Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! 8° Semana- Aeroponía - Están muy bellas las raíces, están 100% sanas. Diese Woche verlief größtenteils planmäßig und ohne größere Zwischenfälle. Leider habe ich ein paar Thripse entdeckt, was mich dazu veranlasst hat, sofort zu handeln. Ich habe die betroffenen Pflanzen mit Neemöl behandelt, um einem größeren Befall vorzubeugen. Die Pflanzen zeigen weiterhin ein gesundes Wachstum, reagieren gut auf die Pflege und entwickeln sich wie erwartet. Maßnahmen der Woche: Sichtkontrolle auf Schädlinge (Thripse entdeckt) Behandlung mit Neemöl Reguläre Pflege und Gießen wie gehabt Ausblick: Ich werde die Pflanzen in den kommenden Tagen weiter genau beobachten, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Wirkung der Neemölbehandlung. Falls nötig, folgt eine Nachbehandlung. Ansonsten läuft alles weiterhin nach Plan.

Day 42....plants looking healthy and starting to bud nicely. Still just feeding organic spirulina

Veg44, defoliación grande, y ajuste de amarras. Siempre digo que será la última defoliación y termino defoliando más, ahora a qué crezcan un poco más antes del cambio 12/12 Veg46, las plantas están ya recuperadas y creciendo a buen ritmo. Veg48, riego con solo Sensizym y Sensi CalMag, con pH 6.3 y EC 0.8, drenaje de EC 1.9 y pH 6.1(ok). Debido al crecimiento de debe ajustar amarras y quitar una que otra hoja.

I was finally able to sex them all. 1 Male/Hermie, and the rest have beautiful white pistles forming. They are starting to go through a stretch now as well. I also ordered some more grow lights 3 Mars Hydo TS1000's. I can't wait for those to arrive.)

Blütewoche 6: Die Woche begann okay. Das Vergilben ist nicht gravierend schlimmer geworden.. 🙏 Also sollte es hoffentlich doch bis zur Ernte reichen 😁 .... Ich hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass es irgendwie nicht so wirklich weitergeht.. Die Buds wurden nicht sonderlich dicker, bei 3 von 4 Pflanzen blieb der Stretch fast völlig aus.. Also nochmal jemanden fragen der Ahnung hat. Einen Tag darauf bekam ich Besuch von meinem Kollegen, welcher den Grow das erste mal sah. Er schaute sich die Pflanzen etwas gründlicher an... und sagte, dass dort eine Stelle verdächtig aussieht... Nach weiterer Begutachtung stand fest. Es sind 2 sichtbare Pollensäcke versteckt an der hinteren linken Pflanze... Er beruhigte mich und sagte ich solle nicht durchdrehen.. wir schauen uns es morgen früh im hellen an und entfernen die Säcke vorsichtig.. Das Problem mit dem ruhig bleiben ist nur ... dass es mir nicht so liegt, wenn ich meine gesamte Arbeit schlagartig als gefärdet sehe... 😓😐😶 Am nächsten Tag stellte sich heraus, meine Panik war nicht unbegründet ... kurzgesagt ich habs leider trotz aller Mühen verkackt 😓😓😓 Alles ist voller Samen.. jede Pflanze wurde von der kleinen Skywalker bestäubt. Von unten bis in die Headbuds... Aber Hey bleib locker, kann passieren, lernste draus und gut ist ... Das ist was man in solchen Momenten gerne hört 😡 Das Fazit ist jedoch... Genauso ist es. Es kann passieren. Man kann nicht alles von vornherein wissen. Man kann nicht alles perfekt machen ohne es einmal geübt oder fehler gemacht zu haben... Es ist einfach zu viel, dass man einfach wissen müsste. Ich bin Perfektionist durch und durch .. Aber diesmal war es gaaanz weit entfernt von perfekt 😩 Die ganze Zeit, Nerven, Mühe, Vorfreude und vorallem das Geld .. alles erstmal futsch.. Aber eine Menge dazugelernt habe ich... Hoffentlich kann ich das nächste mal mehr davon richtig anwenden 🙏 Für mich ist der Grow hiermit Emotional und aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht als gescheitert zu betrachten. 💤 Alle Pflanzen werden nun wieder gemeinsam in die erste Growbox unter 200W gestellt um ihre letzten Wochen hoffentlich ganz schnell hinter sich zu bringen.. damit sie mir aus den Augen verschwinden 😕 Die neuen Samen sind bereits eingesetzt und werden mir hoffentlich etwas mehr Glück bringen! 🙏 Vielen Dank fürs Lesen. got some nice smell now! shes growing slowly but surely. have some nice little flowers and they are slowly growing. another 2-3 weels until harvest. cant wait!

Most of them made it only 1 six shooter definitely didnt make it and a cream cookies is a lil stuck. I threw a mexican airlines in the old six shooter cup but just letting it germinate in the soil I havnt done that in a while. They are going to get another feed tmm. The medium is a 50/50 coco/soil mix since I'm using the green buzz and its organic I figured a little soil might be beneficial. Day 7 from germination they should be ready to go into their final pots in the next few days.

Smallest of them all but the sturdiest of the four plants. As it looks now I see a good 3 weeks remaining.
