Finishing up this week, turned mostly cloudy last week. Plan is to chop her when trichomes are about 30% amber... likely this weekend. Going to stick her in the dark on Thursday and hopefully chop on Saturday. Tester buds seem great, nice strong head buzz, took a few branches off for my husband who prefers the head type high. Chopped her this morning... she hung and drying. We ended up with 7.3 wet ounces. Will update next week with dry weight. Smells a bit diesel/fuel like with sweet berry/grape type undertones. Skunky aroma started at the end of the week right before chopping her. Male plant did end up pollinating some of the bud. I have been finding a few green seeds here and there. Main tent doesn’t appear to be totally pollinated, a few seeds sporadically throughout the grow but most of the bud seems clear of seeds thankfully.

Video is day 34. They are starting to flower now. Still in 1litre pots Which I might finish them in as I'm tight on space right now. We will see. Either easy there looking happy.

This week we should really see these colas blow up and start stacking really strong. The mixer of 7 hours of sun and 17 hours under my LEDs has really helped my girls grow strong. Nothing compares to good old Mother Nature.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Our weather has finally cooled down and the daylight has dropped to just over 13 hours now. 8/21- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. 8/23- Luckily, with it's wide node spacing, there's not a lot to do with the Papaya Sherbet at this point except to keep her watered! She has not required any thinning out and has had only a few lower leaves turn yellow, which I promptly remove. Overall, this lady is a dream to grow, requiring little to no effort or maintenance! 8/25- There's the second week of flower on the books for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I have great expectations for how this fine looking lady is going to turn out, as she has exceeded all my expectations so far! they are all growing great and starting to get taller. a very robust plant and very easy to grow and maintain. they are getiing 1/2 the recommeneded dose of nutrients 3 times a week

Flush is on. A week or so I reckon. 90% of trichomes are already cloudy. The smell is so complex! The colors amazing! Can’t wait!

Amazing experience with the Mix Pack, I will try it again next summer for sure. Love the variety.

This is the final week of this girl. She has done well, the colas are big and juicy. Nothing much to say, I'll harvest her this friday. I'll update with my impressions.

Some bad news... Had pollen sac explode in the tent (two actually). I'm going to finish the grow, might lose some yield and have some seeds but better then nothing. I new this might happen from the sacs I found earlier in the grow. I did mist the tent down to minimize the pollen spread hopefully not to many flowers compromised.

We took a closely look at our 18 plants, 18 days before the end (harvest) of the 66 days experiment... * Extreme defoliation for maximum lighting. * Low humidity (45-50%). * 24/24 lights all the 7 weeks from seedlings.

Weeks 3 Think different is in need of some NPK in Higher amounts due to the offset in planting it is ahead by 3 weeks from the blue dream that is now in the tent. I have some bottom leaf die off so i will have to feed them differently the other 4 will get a 200 ppm feeding until the catch up in the veg stage Think Different got a 460ppm feeding today at a PH of 5.8 1 gallon of harvested rain water. I am gonna let them dry out for a few days let the roots dig to the bottom and keep an eye on the color they have got plenty of food and water. I might have over done it. I think looking at your Garden every day routinely will help you catch things before they get to far out of whack.

I would believe this variety again ... I think it could be better ... and do not make some mistakes in it ... I recommend it to all growers ...

Week 14 Day 92 | 22/07/2022: No time today Day 93 | 23/07/2022: Watered the girls today with just 1.5L of water. The temperatures have dropped thankfully so it's not too hot for them now Day 94 | 24/07/2022: So many trichomes on these girls, the buds are looking white! Just a few days left! Day 95 | 25/07/2022: The trichomes are looking amazing on these girls! Shame they won't be able to get to their full potential since most of the hairs are still white and the trichomes are still mostly cloudy, but I am really looking forward to trying them! They smell like a fruit juice or something :D Also I decided not to water them anymore so they can dry up a bit before harvest in 3 days! Day 96 | 26/07/2022: Day 97 | 27/07/2022: Day 98 | 28/07/2022: Today was the big day! (for the girls and for myself) So the only thing I did was tidied up the foliage by removing all the fan leaves, cutting the girls at the base and handing them in the tent. I find that the remaining leaves really help keep the moisture at a higher level and they tend to smell less like hay. I will be leaving the girls to dry for about 10 days, and then I always put them into glass jars to cure! I really wish I could have kept these girls growing just for another week because most of their hairs are still white, but unfortunately i had no choice and this is still more than good enough. Let's hope the genetics make up for it in the smoke!
