Started seeing first pistils , everything going smooth, continue training through net . It's a big job scroging, all that plant training through the net can wear you out! Just ask the Urban Grow Cat, he's absolutely worn out from helping me in the garden, as you can see from the photos. I have noticed a mistake on my diary, it say's that she is still in veg. However she is currently entering week 3 of flower, i have edited it to flowering. ( Sorry about the mistake , Grow cat is still learning how to use a laptop!

As of day 36, the NYC Diesel continues to have nice healthy growth and decent flowering. It started more indica in structure early in the grow, but has been showing more sativa growth traits as it has progressed in flowering. The buds have not started to bulk much, but there is still a good amount of stretch and blooming. I am trying to decide how much more defoliating I want to do, as it seems to fill in with more growth as soon as I finish a round. With the good light penetration I get I worry about over doing it and having a weakened plant later in flowering, so I am going to take my time with the next rounds of leaf removal. She is a monster measuring 1.94 cm 6'4 ft the same as me. She grew slow due to cloudy days. she is 2 different processes the bottom is the list and with big buds ready to be cut. The upper part has just begun flowering. her buds were cut at the bottom with 5% 15% amber in different buds. There are some big buds. I hope almost all ready as soon as possible this spring

31-08-2019 Another glorious week with the new system, getting the RO water is less a challenge than the Soil or CoCo with previous grows and soo much better than feedings of 2 or more gallons every other day. She seems to be coming out of the shock mode as some stems are changing back to green from deep purple. Some new growth has started to appear so that's a good sign 😎 Nutrition will be doubled on the next Nutrition Change out in 7 days. So far! All variables are under control. I like the fact I can turn the tap and check accurately and adjust if needed unlike soil unless you are using a soil kit all the time. I have notice a few drips coming out of the unit but not much to be concerned with. Pump work 15 min intervals pumping Nutritional spray. 2 different Air flows 1) in solution with air stone and 2) open wand spray inside directed at the roots to provide additional oxygen.

Is a potent strain & has a spicy aftertaste but sweet & candy gas terp on the low. Can definitely tell leaning on the Runtz side & yield was okay but not like Permanent Pounder yield since I harvest both on 420. Runtz Head a tasty strain while Permanent Pounder gassy funk & sour.. will update pounder .. I think I shall do better in future. Going to go with a 4 gallons fabric pot & see what happening without the net trellis

Day 56 of flower and it needs a little bit more. Looks like it needs a couple more weeks of flower. I am sure this is a result of being on the outside edge of the light. No room under them. Still feeding this week and I will stop when I start seeing amber tric's. Buds did not change much and feel dense. I will keep watching the tric's for change. I will harvest when the tric's are 20 - 50% amber. Thanks for looking Cheers

So now she is really starting to showing her nice buds. As you can see she stretched out more and thats good because I have a feeling that they are gonna bo some nice full colas. I start adding Alga Bloom with 2 ml and by the next watering I upped the volume to 3 ml. Next week I will go up to 4 ml of Alga Bloom with 1 ml of Green Sensation. She is really looking strong like bodybuilder. Branches are tough and hard. Her roots are hea;ty and stron too. I saw a little piece of root sticking out of hte hole at the bottom of the pot. The roots are so strong that I can hold the main stem and lift it with the pot and all.😀 Till next week!

Started the first week of flower so I've added the needed nutrients for this phase at 50%. Still going strong, drinking 2l of water+nutrients every other day. No signs of pests but there are some mosquitoes flying about.

Welcome to week 6 of flower for this lovely project! Last week was exciting this week should be even more exciting! With the ladies beginning to put on serious weight it's only a matter of time before I'll have to install a second net to help support the branches. Day#38F Macmelonz continues to stretch and stack but looks like its nearing the end for her stretch phase. Hopefully she pumps HUGE kickass flowers for me. Day#39F Flowers are almost the size of a soda can now. The trichomes on these plants are wild like trichomes over trichomes. The flowers have really picked up on the aroma department as well very please with the plants. Day#40F Raised the light abit, Flowers are starting to display colour in them now can't wait to see them in a few weeks! Day#41F Pictures N/A. Ladies are still beefing up flowers some of the pistols are starting to turn. Day#42F Ladies are still putting on mass daily. Lots of lovely unique smells coming from the plants. Recap: Things went well this week , the ladies really put on some mass and all the flowers are hard as rocks! Still have upward growth from the ends and switched to full flower nutes. Temperatures in the reservoir are starting to get worryingly warm 20c upwards. Middle of summer and a heatwave all compounded temp problems. May need a chiller to compensate.

The buds have developed very well this week. I had to run the dehumidifier for a few days because it was too humid for me. I had had experiences with mold and therefore preferred to be more careful I am very satisfied... The gorillas already look very sticky and shine silver, like a silverback gorilla.
