03/18/24. Entering week 4 wow. Times flying. Nothing really interesting to update on. #2 is driving me crazy. It seems like she’s always getting upset about something. When I think I figured her out.. she’s like nah, here’s some other strange leaf issues. The other 2 seem perfectly fine. Im thinking now maybe from me cutting back on food before because she seemed over fed-now she’s too hungry. Her leaves seem a bit pale in certain areas now with tiny reddish coloring on edges. Aside from that it seems like she’s still doing her flower thing. All 3 seem frosty and the leaves are sticky and smelly lol. Going to feed #2 a bit heavier than the others for now. This drought is wild, 300mm rain deficit around the island. Hot, dry, no clouds or rain in sight for the next month. While this is awful for everything else, this gal is living life to the fullest. Irrigation up to 3hr of drip every 5 days and that is it for this week. Still amazed by the water retention with this Hugel. Whats everyones thoughts on defoliation outdoors? I've kept it fairly light this year, loving the shape, and while canopy looks bushy from front, it's quite clean inside. My topping from 2 weeks ago is barely noticeable, this stretch coming into flowering will easily get her past 9 feet. The combined fimming and topping has really helped this shape. Rain at the end of the season is always a problem, smaller buds is more desirable to me. Nearly always use my herb to make FECO for Gummies, so small is better. I've ran a major support pole through the middle, and I end up using string to internally support all the branches to the center post. Gives me much better control over shape and support. I don't have a ton of room for a trellis so this is easier.

They already have a really great start. Both of the seedling pushed the seed shell off without any help. Every day that passes these 2 plants are showing there going to be really strong plants already. I'm already getting excited to try the final flower from these plants even thou there seedlings idk what it is about the name blackberry moonrocks just has me seeing stars I think these plants are going to be winners

Last week went well after I realized that I had the light a tad too close and I had to up cal-mag 1 mL per gallon more. She is showing improvement. It seems that she just had some spotting on some fan leaves as a result of the light being too close. Adjusted the lst ties and other than that, it's been smooth sailing for her. Started giving her big bud during feedings. I am going to say that the next run of this strain will be a good one! Has great potential. Wish I had the light for her to be under by herself from the start, but things happen. I am a believer in the quality of Mars Hydro LED lights and I am going to be using them from now on. Evening, Cannafam and Happy Easter to those of you that celebrate it 🐇 This has been yet another great week with my 3 Green Crack girls. I can't remember if I mentioned it in my last update but I switched out my 300 watt Viperspectra LED for my 600 watt Mars Hydro, also lollipopped the 3 of them and whenever I see a leaf that I didn't notice in my initial defoliation that is obstructing light to bud sites I pop it off but never more than a few leaves at a time. The plants are pretty much in auto pilot right now just cruising. There's no more maintenance left to do on them and aside from feeding them I don't really have to do much except setback and wait on my weed lol
