Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Erste Blühwoche und der Sticky Brokoli hat beschlossen, dass Kompaktheit zwar nett war, Höhe aber jetzt auch ganz charmant ist. Der Stretch ist deutlich, aber wohlerzogen, kein wildes Spargeln, eher ein kontrolliertes „Ich könnte noch“. Viele Triebe mussten trotzdem gehen; keine Tragödie, sondern klassische Personaloptimierung. Wer es nicht rechtzeitig Richtung Licht geschafft hat, wurde höflich, aber endgültig aussortiert. Nach der Entlaubung wirkt das Blätterdach wieder wie geplant und nicht wie ein schlecht gelüfteter Dschungel. Licht kommt durch, Luft zirkuliert, die verbliebenen Triebe stehen stabil und selbstbewusst da. Technisch bleibt alles angenehm unspektakulär: EC 1,8, pH 5,9 Bisher ein entspannter Grow, gute Struktur, Stretch unter Kontrolle. Der Brokoli wird langsam sticky, und man ahnt, dass das hier kein Snack, sondern ein Hauptgericht wird. 😎

Day 136.... buds are swelling and looking nice, don’t really do much beside chill in my closet with my other plants but all in all it’s great smell and destroys all my chances of smell control, which is very little to a point of non existent

Its the beginning of the week, all of them showing white hairs and began to flower. Hope they will stretch a bit more, one of them is super healthy , one is showing deficiency but i really cant tell of what, another one that grew very small compared to her sisters and just began to explode. For now i keep water every two days and spray the soil every few hours. 3 lt of tap water mixed with microdosing of bio grow,bloom,top max. 1ml/4lt each. And slowly increase as needed. Lst and a little bit of defoliation. Very busy plant. Needs some defoliation and crying for low stress training. Im in love with this one.

30/07: Wir starten heute in Blüte-Tag 1. Die Pflanze hat sich super entwickelt und viele gesunde Triebe entwickelt. Das Netz habe ich auch schon eingehängt, so kann ich die Triebe noch Lenken und möglichst vielen von ihnen Licht geben

Whew, what a hot, humid and wet week. Although we had a major storm this week, Miss Dosido continued to dance her way through it. The Royal Queen Seeds Website said "it is one of the strongest auto flowers you can grow." The website also says that an outside grow could reach heights of 140 cm which is 55 inches. We are only at 30 inches, but I will accept part of the blame because I used Miracle Grow for its nutrient--I also blame the weather. If you have followed me and read my weather reports, you will agree that hail and 100 degree temperatures are very hard to grow in. LOL. Like I said last week, I stopped using Miracle Grow and started to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice Grow. I am hoping that these nutrients will boost her bud growth even if she is a tad on the shorter side. In addition, Royal Queen Seeds website said Miss Dosido should be ready to take down in 9-10 weeks from germination. She still has some time to perform. Day 77 The buds have fully stacked, with dense colas coated in a heavy layer of trichomes. Pistils have mostly darkened to a deep amber-orange, curling back into the calyxes. The sugar leaves are sparkling with frost, giving the flowers a very sticky and resinous appearance. The fan leaves are fading to yellow, showing that the plant is finishing up and putting all its remaining energy into the flowers. Aroma is strong — a mix of sweet earthiness with a pungent undertone that really fills the grow space

01/15/19 Day 15 week 3 Zkittlez # 1 seems to be the smallest but is quickly catching up. Did bump up to 2 Tsp/ Gal since they all took it very well.

Vegetationswoche 6 Tag 50: Heute wurden unten die ersten Triebe rausgenommen , welche es nicht über die Lichtgrenze kommen und insgesamt eine etwas größere Entlaubung, um noch mal schön Licht an die kleineren Triebe zu lassen. Dann noch je 2l ph 6.1 Wasser in die Bewässerungsbasen pro Pflanze. Tag 51: heute in Vorbereitung auf einen Kurzurlaub je 3l Wasser mit ph 6.2 ins Reservoir 😊 Tag 52: Urlaub Tag 53: Urlaub Tag 54 Rückkehr vom Urlaub,Ladys extrem gewachsen(65cm) Alle 3l Wasser mit ph 6.3 und 0,5ml/l Calmag gegossen und Wechsel in die Blüte 😊 Ende der Vegetation

Day 1 Kinda fattening up now. I guess I'm getting close to the end now. No feeding so far. Trichs are still mostly clear on the buds (with some amber and cloudy in between) so I'll need to wait some more for the flush but it won't be long... let's see... Nutrient values above are still at 100% from the last feed but next feed I'll back down for sure. I'll go 75% next time, maybe 50%, maybe 0% and I'll flush depending on how she gets along...
