Carried out more minor defoliation, only trimming fan leaves on one side of a bud site in alternate fashion. Strategy is to expose more bud sites to light. Leaves are getting sticky and glistening brightly. The canopy has a few branches stretching out typical of Sativa genetics. Hoping the bud sites grow bigger soon filling up the space. Feeding a high EC nutrient mix whilst monitoring run-off EC which remains below feed EC. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering just under 3L per day. Bud sites are beginning to take form and the ScrOG setup looks full, ready for the development of some large buds. Removed a few more leaves from above the canopy which were blocking bud sites below. Also cut small stems (with bud sites) below the canopy from both plants which were unlikely to grow strong. It's now looking clearer below the canopy. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Run-off EC has been slowly rising over the weeks but still under the feed EC - will be keeping my eyes on this. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. The 4-week-old plant in the rapid growth phase is a fascinating organism to behold. It's incredible to witness the transformation of a tiny seed into a thriving plant with a sturdy stem, extensive root system, and vibrant green leaves. As the plant enters the rapid growth phase, it seems to come to life, eagerly soaking up sunlight and nutrients to fuel its growth, stretching its leaves towards the sun in the morning. The excitement of watching your plants reach this stage is hard to describe. It's a reminder of the beauty and wonder of nature and the incredible potential of life. She is receiving 4 ml/l general purpose organic flower fertilizer based on guano.

And then 1ml of each additives to 5L. 2L Day 56 Thursday (end of week) Ooooooo I went an invested in some hands free 😁💚 ** New Spyder farmer automated drip irrigation 50L system installed 💚🙌 Done 15 L of water and a light feed of 9ml base nutes each. Into week 8 - I think I've managed to time these well... yes, they've had 40C+ temps - but only in the really final weeks and I bunched them towards the wall so they got more shade and less of the infernal sunshine. Sometimes you can have too much of a good thing... the heat is good but it sends them crazy and stunts their growth really badly. Feed schedule is mostly the same except in the last 10 days I've skipped the feed on 2 nights because I wanted to make sure they've extracted all they can from the soil/water/nutrients. It's also a bit of an experiment to see if it pushed the calyxes to swell a (little) bit more? I've got some photos running alongside these and I might make a diary for them as well. The very last plant in the video above is the Sweet Seeds "Gorilla Girl XL" - amazing colours that the camera can't pick up properly. My pick of the bunch aesthetically, she exploded beautifully. The very first plant is the Barney's "Gorilla Glue" auto - this and one of the "Sweet Mimosa XL's" seem to be a week slower than the others. Still a lot more furry than finished :)

Been busy starting back at work, not had as much time as I would of liked to keep an eye on the garden especially now they are all flowering. I thought I may have harvested a plan or 2 by now but the girls are still doing their thing. The original Russian is going to be the first over the line though. Lovely smell coming off her is unreal. Hope everyones gardens are doing well. Peace 🍁

This week went by fast! They're growing really fast and always hungry! They're getting ready for the flower stage and entering Bloom. They're getting 2L of H20 per day that's pH at 6.8. I water 2x a day! I turn them on at 6am and give them 1L of H20 at 9am that way they're awake and 1L of H2O at 9pm that way they're split. I feed my nutrients at the 9am watering. I pH my nutrient mix somewhere between 5.8 and 6.2. I also have amended the soil with Soil Recharge and that's once a week as well as the Fish Shit and The Stash Blend. Then, I always flush with only pH H20 the day after any nutrient mix. Overall, the plants are healthy and I'm waiting to see how they turn out!

Day 15 🌱 everything is going well but I have accidentally decapitated N1, in reality I had topping already N3 but with N1 I broke without doing it on purpose. hope for the best. Day 16🌱 wow today N1 I see it well it does not seem to have accused the topping. everything seems to be going well for N3 too, he seems to be growing very strong. N2 is in excellent condition. Day 18 🌱 i am struggling a bit with "lst" but i guess because i started early. otherwise they seem to be growing well Day 20 🌱 I let them rest for two days. some training again today, they look fit and grow great. Day 21🌱 N1 and N3 grow great and look great. N2 grows well but has yellowed leaf tips as if I had given too much fertilizer, I think due to the pre-fertilized soil. Today was a very cold night. Temperatur changes from 30°c to 20°c. U can tell that by looking at her leaves. usally it should change when the Temperatur gets higher again. The grow was very simple, a very tight bushy structure but ended up being a perfect circle, 8 beautiful tops. I did a combination of topping and my own version of mainlining. I would recommend using half dose of nutrients in veg, a very delicate plant when it comes to toxicity, until flower then it's just nitrogen toxicity to worry about. Recommend 10 weeks of flower, for around 80% cloudy trichomes. The bulk in the buds didn't really kick in till after week 8, but at right around week 4 that smell 🍋 will kick in and take over your nose anytime your around it. Very recommended top notch smoke 💨🔥🤑💯
