03.03.23: Started in glass of water in a dark warm area for 17 hours when the seeds sank. 03.04.23: Then put them in a damp paper towel for 24/48 hrs in a dark warm area. Checking on them to keep them from drying up. 03.05.23: Seed taproots were 3/4 inches and were ready to go into the pots. I then poked a small hole into the soil with my finger and carefully put the seeds in and gently covered them with dirt. Then sprayed a little water onto them and then covered them with a dome to keep them humid. Now we wait until they pop out of the ground.

Hi guys, as we are in isolation I thought it would be a good time to try and grow my own weed so got my self a 1.2 x1.2x2 tent 600w hps light and all the shogun nutrients I’ll need. Also running a 4” carbon filter system. I did some research on the best way to start autos and I went with just planting them straight into there final pots on 18/4/20 the medium I am using is already charged so using just 6.8 ph water with the light been on 24hrs. All 3 seeds Sprouted in 72hrs. Going to keep the light on 24hrs for another 4 days then will switch to 18/6 in week 2. Was struggling with low humidity a couple of days in, so purchased a humidifier which seems to have helped bring it up to between 60- 75%. Also adapted the clean air intake to my tent so it’s bringing in cool out side air. Can’t help but keep on checking on them like a kid in a sweet shop 😂.

Auto Flowers: Humboldt Seed Company — best autos you've grown. Extremely resinous, especially the OG Triploid. Top tier for autos. Fast Buds — very close second. Super fast, nice flavors, reliable. You like them a lot but note they're in a different class (not fair to directly compare to Humboldt). Why RQS Strains Underperformed The 7/10 rating and "needed a lot of power to switch to flower" comment is classic for some RQS genetics, especially certain autos or hybrids. Possible reasons: Genetics: Some RQS lines are finicky about light schedules or have slower/more reluctant flowering responses. Mike Tyson 2.0 and Corkscrew apparently needed the 12/12 flip to finally push. Light/Environment: With five tents running, light penetration, spectrum, or intensity might not have been ideal for these particular strains. Autos can be sensitive to stress during the transition. Nutrient response: They may have needed more phosphorus/potassium or different ratios to bulk up properly. The fact that you had to force Corkscrew into 12/12 at week 20 and it's now only "OK" suggests it was a slower or lower-yielding pheno for your conditions. Strong Performers Brothers Grimm → These sound like the real winners in your tent right now. Brothers Grimm has a reputation for unique, high-quality landrace-influenced genetics with excellent resin and flavor profiles. "Otherworldly better" is high praise — they clearly thrive in your setup. Humboldt Seed Company autos → Excellent choice for resin production. OG Triploid is a standout for trichome density. Fast Buds → Reliable, fast, flavorful — a safe, consistent auto line. Recommendations Going Forward Double down on what works: Keep running more Brothers Grimm (especially the ones you loved). Stick with Humboldt for autos when you want maximum resin. Fast Buds for speed and flavor. 3/30 4am Pink Kush CBD is SLOW.... she never really recovered from early problems, I LOVE this strain, smoke and smell are 10/10. Again, a week has passed. I repotted the plants into their final 15L/4 gallons shoes with Plagron All-Mix. Plants are looking fine, not perfect, but okay. It feels like they are a bit overwatered and/or very slightly overfed because of the All-Mix. For now, I reduce the watering by 50%. Furthermore, I did a FIM on another Jack Herer (#3). The first FIM I did on JH#1 is looking to work out perfectly, as I can see the development of four new stems (check out the pictures). Great! The SP 3000's intensity was increased to full power, it's very bright. I am happy with the quality of the light. It does what it was built for and does it very well. Temperature and humidity stats are looking perfectly so far. I hope it stays like that, the days are getting warmer as summer comes our way. But my ventilation is currently running on intensity level 1/5, so we still have some room for maneuver. In addition, I will get a second oscillating clipfan soon. Next week I plan to FIM plants that have not been FIMed yet and let them recover. By then, most of the stress for the plants should be over and I can let them grow in peace. Stay tuned!

Hola a todos, al fin comenzó el periodo de engorda, ya van 3 días en las que la planta dejo de espigar, esta semana aumenté la dosis de PK a 0.7 ml/l, ajuste un par de ramas para dejarlas bajo el foco, los cogollos ya están repletos de tricomas (adjunto fotos), la próxima semana ya estaremos viendo cogollos mejor formados, ya debo comenzar a pensar en mantener la humedad a raya, he notado puntos de estrés en zonas de más luz, la planta esta consumiendo más agua así que aumente la cantidad de riegos diarios (170ml cada 3 horas). Empezamos cultivo. Semillas HUTZ de BaskTringleFarms Cruce: Zero x Gluerke 13 Semillas Regulares. Se usa tecnica de la servilleta para germinar. 13 de 13 germinadas en 2 días. Se pasan las 13 a Jiffy en un invernadero y en 3 días tenemos todas las semillas listas para trasplantar a maceta de 1L y meterlas en el armario. La lámpara LED TheJackson 250W es regulable por lo que los 2 primeros días esta al mínimo 20W. A partir del segundo día subimos a 50W. Lo mantendremos una semana. Por ahora un solo riego en el trasplante con Rhizotonic de Canna
