teabee All good so far, ones a little weird looking but seems to be growing still. feeding at half strength right now. Planning on mainlining/Manifolding for first time this grow
teabee Topping and cutting them up hardly slowed them down, they are growing well

teabee Everything seems good so far, left for a few days and when I got back they were ready to be topped again. I topped to the 3rd node on each branch and cut out the 2nd growth nodes, going for 8 mains on the 3 plants, and gonna be 12 mains on the triple branch gelato

teabee Moved the plants into the bigger tent and hooked up the watering manifold, have it set to water 4x a day for 2 minutes each time, will adjust the length of time it runs or maybe add a 5th watering if necessary.
I'll continue with the LST, they have been growing great so far

teabee Just been bending them away from center of plant, keeping them even. Been plucking off the bigger fan leaves blocking light and lower on plant. Going to start letting them go more vertical now and hopefully be able to flower them soon
I am trying mainline/manifold for the first time, I have created the 8 main colas, am at about 7 weeks of veg, I am curious if i am suppose to remove the lower growth tips? Do i remove all growth tips other than the 8 Main colas? Or just leave them?
gmslave answered grow question 5 seconds ago
They'll grow into secondary main colas. If your scroging anything below the net should be trimmed up during the strech. Cheers
teabee I was away for a few days this week, The pots were dry when i got home but they seem pretty happy overall. I did some defoliation and swapped the timer to 12/12 on July 22, So the night of July 22-23 is first night of 12 hours darkness. Changed the water pump timer, Have it to run for 2 minutes every 2 hours from Noon (lights on) until 10PM (lights out at midnight) Ill adjust the length of watering or frequency as required.

teabee Everything looking good so far, they stretched quite a bit already. Been about 2 weeks since 12/12 one week since I considered flowering.
I am going to defoliate again in a few days before I have to leave them alone for a few days/week. So it'll be about 2.5-3 weeks from 12/12 when I do another defoliation.
They seem to be drinking more, I added 2 more minutes run time to my watering schedule for next week so it works out to be 7.5 liters a plant instead of 6.5. I'll keep adjusting as needed. Haven't really got run off this past week

teabee So far so good, Ive been Ph'ing the res to 6.0-6.2 and letting it run low, the ph has been lowering to about 5.6 over the few days/week before i top up res again to 6.0-6.2, A lot of grows i would get what i believe to be calcium issues showing around week 3-5 in flowering, I also usually stuck with right around 5.8ph the entire grow. This grow everything has been looking great other than a tiny bit of light burn, but the lights have been risen since than. Plants have been flowering for 3 weeks and 2 days in photos, 4 weeks and 2 days since 12/12 switch. Humidity has been higher than ideal but its been very humid outside, I don't wanna buy/run a dehumidifier so ill just have to deal with it for now, the issue shouldn't last much longer with temps outside going to be dropping now.

teabee When I swapped out fans I accidentally plugged it into the wrong power bar so it has been turning off with the lights.... humidity has still been high..I found 2 colas on a blue dream with budrot, I cut off the colas effected, fixed the fan so it'll run 24/7 again and hoping I get lucky and they are the only 2 I'll have to throw away.
One blue dream is fox tailing...I'm not sure if it's heat/light stress, even the lower colas and ones not directly under the light are. It's only on the one plant, the other blue dream has colas closer to light and aren't fox tailing at all.

teabee harvested the other 3 plants at 11 weeks from 12/12 and 10 weeks of flowering. Have them drying currently, Will update with harvest posts once i have everything in jars and an idea of total yield. The first blue dream was about 5-6oz and thats with chopping off a few colas due to mold.
any significant issues with Gelato? i wanna determine how terrible i am as a grower :P teach me senpai your plants look bigger and sexier than mine, and no issues. Looks very good, hope you get a bountiful harvest.
@Astral, I've had no issues with either of these strains so far, this is my first time doing so much cutting with all the toppings and defoliation and both these strains just powered through everything. Thanks for your nice comments!
Those jars look absolutely stunning with that frosty coverage! Blue Dream and Gelato are such legendary genetics. That harvest looks incredibly impressive ν½οΏ½
Excellent grow. Amazing results. I'd like to ask what are your thoughts on CKS genetics? I keep seeing people repeatedly write negative things, these same people also top their plants twice/ transplants autos/ mainline all while growing in soil. Seems silly to me but what do I know.. Im looking for decent genetics, nothing fancy just good ol' faithful type stuff, from a reputable source. thanks in advance
@MrBingBong, havent been on here in a long time, I find I get similar results with their seeds compared to other banks i have ordered from. I have grown over 10+ strains from CKS with good results tho, a few random hermies but ive had those with other companies also. This growdiary has been topped and mainlined and all that stuff and they kept on going.
