Week 11 flower - day 82 flw - day 140 of cycle End of week 11 flower and plant could not be more ready. I postponed the harvesting day because I will be traveling so it can dry in my time away. Still trichomes are around 15-20 amber.

FBT2308 has grow great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in the Agrogardens nutrition. She has a awesome frost, and a fruity aroma. She has a lot of cloudy trichromes and a few clear ones still. A few more days and she will go to ph water for a flush, and fade for 1 to 2 weeks. Everything worked great, and some nice tester buds to boot. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. This girl is doing great! Let her dry out a bit and then gave her some heavy feeds. Next week she will get her first heavy flower feed and koolbloom. She is loving the second light.

Day nine of flower and so far so good. I’m gonna let her go another 12 days or so before I do a deep defoliation and open up the canopy for better light penetration and clear out some of the lower branches and leaves. For now I’m just tucking fan leaves daily to expose bud sites to more light. Might give her a small amount of amendments next week to send her off to the finish line with. So far she looks good to my novice eyes. My favorite part of the grow cycle is just around the corner!

I am glad the 3rd time the charm with this one. Seeds are on the smallish side, I suggest the breeders start the reversal process 2 weeks prior to treatment, allowing more time for everything to form this will allow for bigger seeds in the end and should resolve this tiny seed problem. As you can see with this 3rd time the charm, it is really growing well. Due to a miscalculation I do not have any room for it as yet so it will have to stay small and bushy in the seedling station until i can make some room somewhere. I will use some tricks to make it grow small and compact. Here is one of my biggest old school hacks my great uncle showed me when I was very small. I always place all of my seed into a magnetic field for a few seconds, this aligns the ferrite molecules in the seeds unlocking their genetic potential. Numerous authors have established the positive influence of the stationary magnetic field on the plant seeds. The treatment fastens plants development, improves germination and seedling growth, and activates protein formation and enzymes activity. I also like to use corse sandpaper rolled into a tube and then shake my seeds in this tube, which scrapes the outside of the hard seed shells allowing for easier water ingress. I then place the seeds to soak in the seaweed water at about 25c for 12 to 24 hours. Once The seeds have cracked open I gently place them into a seedling soil mix in a 6" pot and then placed into the warm, moist arms of the seedling station. Which will protect and nurture them until it it time to go into their final pots. I find that this method ensures germination and quick, vigorous growth. It is a particularly good method to use on very old seeds and/or seeds that were not stored correctly. Also I no longer disinfect my seeds because new studies have shown the plants actually place bacteria on the outside of the shell of the seed and inside the seed to ensure the plant has all it needs to thrive

Hello Growmies, We're now at week 11 with our Epic Buzz, and the flowering stage is hitting its stride. The buds are making their presence known, stretching around the colas in a spectacular display, and I'm starting to see the early stages of trichome production. This glittering onset is a clear indicator that our plant is entering a peak phase of resin production. In response to this, I've increased the resin-specific nutrients to support and enhance this natural process. Epic Buzz is proving to be quite the thirsty one, almost depleting her 2-liter daily water ration, which has led to a few challenging moments. The small reservoir size has resulted in occasional nutrient lockouts due to the rapid water consumption. However, I've adapted quickly, now refilling the reservoir every two to three days to keep ahead of these issues. These adjustments in our watering schedule are critical, as they prevent the water level from falling too low, which could stress the plant and impede her progress. It's a delicate dance of vigilance and response, ensuring that Epic Buzz receives the consistent care she needs to flourish. As we move deeper into the flowering phase, the anticipation grows each day. Watching the buds develop and the trichomes proliferate is a daily joy, a reminder of why we cultivate these wonderful plants. With each challenge overcome and every new development, the bond between grower and plant strengthens. I'm looking forward to what the next weeks will bring us. The final stages of flowering are always the most exciting, as we watch the fruits of our labor come to full maturity. She's officially shifting from stacking into ripening. This week she got another Build-A-Bloom feeding along with Recharge, and the flowers are swelling nicely. The fade is progressing, but the buds continue to frost up and pack on weight every day. Purple hues are getting deeper, the trichomes keep spreading, and she's looking like she's'll finish strong. Just keeping her happy and letting her do her thing from here.

I completely changed the water and nutrients this week and added some Canna PK13/14. I have also added another MARS Hydro TW2000 light to the tent to try and get more light to the lower buds. Gave both plants a trim also for the same reason. I was concerned they were still not ready to harvest, but expert advice from FastBuds420 told me they probably needed a further 4 weeks. And I will give them an update and the information they requested. I think it's probably because I had the lights turned down to 25% during the veg stage and only at 50% for the early flowering stage; it was not till recently, about 3 weeks, I think the lights got turned up to 100%.
