I flipped the plants to flower and in a 12 hour light and dark routine. I have put up the trellis net to improve the canopy. I have dropped the nitrogen slowly a little bit and added bloom in its place.

The last Zoap (back-left corner) is the slowest of the bunch but not more than 3-5 days behind the most developed plant. This bodes well as far as not having too large of a harvest window from fastest to slowest development. Trichome development is visible on a few of the plants. This is usually a good sign when you can see them before end of 3rd week, but doesn't necessarily mean any of the others are lacking. Still plenty of time and I expect them all to have a nice dense coating by the end. Garlic Storm^2 is stretching like crazy, as expected. The first zoap pictured is also a lanky girl but a couple inches shorter than GS^2. The rest of theh canopy is roughly the same stature. Going to allow those 2 plants to remain closer unless I see some damage to pistils. The 2nd to last Zoap has some awesome node spacing and warranted a couple extra pictures. I pruned off lower, weak axilla on FD14 - 1 day after last update. Feeling good about my choices as well as timing. Should result in an easier trim and maintain grams per square foot production. I never tried to refine this in a systematic way, but I am putting in the effort the last two grow cycles to remedy that. Some plants retained a bit more lower growth just so I can compare the results and make better choices in future grows. Mostly done training the plants. Colas are well-spaced. Wih another week of strong growth coming and then tailing off, the remaining gaps in canopy should fill completely. Effectively reduced necessary pruning and wasted growth/resources/time with good timing flipping to flower phase. A couple plants could be spread out slightly more. I'll tug those branches outward from center with some garden wire this week. Nitrogen ppm reduced to 99 - a little under 25% drop in total from vege formula. There was an intermediary step down on last reservoir refill, too. While some concentration levels shifted a bit, most stayed consistent to what was provided in vegetative phase, unlike nitrogen levels. Rounded to nearest integer: N 99 P 67 K171 Ca 91 Mg 76 S 101 So far avoiding the extra lushness that often creeps in mid-to-late flower in my typical grow cycle. Will know more about these adjustment over the next 2-3 weeks. It's been a slow work in progress the last few cycles. Splitting hairs at this point in regard to formula adjustments, but slightly healthier plants can't hurt, right? Phosphorous levels are higher than I prefer, but it is a necessary evil to maintain Ca levels, that I prefer were more than 10% higher as is. The canopy is finally providing enough moisture on its own. Dehumidifier is now turned on and avoiding RH levels greater than 65%. The hygrometer on this dehum is off by 10% or more. As the data rolls in, i'll get it fine-tuned to a roughly 60% average based on expected temperatures. Really enjoying this run. Despite the hiccup with the humidifier wick, all the minor adjustments to improve future grows are working out well and will be incorporated going forward. Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼 Flower day 19- Got a bigger dehumidifier because I was having problems on days I would water the humidity would go through the roof at night so to prevent mold I bought a bigger dehumidifier but now it is throwing off so much heat the tent is pushing 90 degrees F at some points throughout the day so I’m not exactly sure how to fix the issue! Will definitely not be running so many plants in the next run for the 5x5! Hopefully things get better!😅😅

Aug 31: she looks pretty close to done but I’ll see how much longer I can hold out on harvest. Chemdawg is a personal fave strain for effect and taste so I’m really looking forward to this one. Sep 1: still fighting the urge to harvest. Maybe next weekend. Nice weather and lots of sun lately so might be good to keep it going for a bit longer. Sep 2: harvest a small branch with three buds. Itching for some fresh stuff. Found my small scale and the branch and three buds weighs 8 g wet.
