The plants structure has become more sturdy and have seen development of more side branches developing I have topped both side branches at the 2nd node as didn’t want to top main bud site and have been doing light defoliation of the bigger fan leaves hoping to see more development and have seen a development in the lower 2 sets of side branches and have seen more development in the top section of the plant too and decided to top the main cola bit turned out fiming instead for the last day of week 4 and am letting her recov

Got the screen on her late last week, now it’s a waiting game. She’s growing really fast for only being 5 weeks old. Let’s grow baby!

Week 7. I adjusted the watering system so that instead of 3 minutes twice a day, it now turns on at 5 hour intervals during the lights on period. So the first watering occurs at 8 am when the lights come on, then again at 1pm, 6pm and 11pm.* This turned out to produce too much runoff after the first day. So I adjusted it down to 1 minute for each fertigation, still at the 5 hour intervals 4 times a day. I started seeing trichomes on some of the buds. They are still very early in their development, but I can see some sugar leaves starting to get frosty. The smell, which is sweet and green, has become more prominent when the tent is open, but not overwhelming by any means.

Week 10 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia seeds, Shes now fully bounced back from her last training and shes filling out really nicely. Now just have to toughen up her branches and keep her nice and flat. Being watered once a week atm.

This week went really great! Plants are looking super healthy today at day 22 from seed!! Today they got a dose of just pure water phd at 6.5 ! Temperature an humidity has been staying pretty stable everyday, staying around 70-75 degrees and 58-61 % humidity!! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! I germinated in root Riot Cubes in humidity Dome with heat pad on 23°C. 3 from 8 seeds sprouted after few days but others didnt ....sad but hope at least one of sprouted would be keeper. All seeds was verry small and white...not good Reverse genetics not good for that money...what i can sayaybe bad hands of mine but you know ...newest strain of them with this germination rates? Fuuuck

I still found a few places with bud rot and I keep removing every spot I see. The plants have been doing fine beside that, they are looking and smelling great, they are super dense and I can't wait for them to be ready. Most trichomes are still clear so I am awaiting for the first ambers to show up, aiming for around 5% amber and 95% milky.

So… 12 cuttings, 2 are toast right off the bat. 3 have rooted, 1 of which was transplanted into 3 gal pot and the two 8 day clones will stay another day in the humidity dome in veg tent (now known as Planck). My flowering tent is called Einstein (don’t judge me!) 😂 I have the vs1000 at 25% in Veg tent and sf4000 at 100% in flowering tent. I decided that I want feminized seeds from one (2) of these ladies so I’m going to pick two clones, one to get hit with colloidal silver to make pollen sacks and the other to get pollinated. Since both clones are female they don’t have the Y chromosome so they can’t make male seeds (although you could have a herm I guess and not know it. Maybe? Dunno) When the colloidal silver disrupts the plants normal flowering process it makes the plant make pollen sacks but doesn’t change the DNA of the plant so you are only getting XX from the pollen. And the recipient plant is also XX so the resulting seeds are only female. If I’m wrong please correct me…anyone!! What if I pick two clones from same mother?! Hmmmm. Also got to be careful to not pollinate the 7 in the flowering tent (Einstein). Plastic bags over the plant? Separate tent enough? We will see… I’m naming the clones that root after famous female scientists I admire. The first one is Ada, after Ada Lovelace, who was an English mathematician and writer, chiefly known for her work on Charles Babbage's proposed mechanical general-purpose computer, the Analytical Engine. 10 January - 16 January 10/1- Last feed

Alright all, it's been awhile since I've been able to update so I have a couple weeks to catch up on. Unfortunately my cheap phone was having issues last week and I had to do a deep clean and got rid of some photos, photos I though I'd uploaded to my drive that I actually hadn't. I seriously could have kicked myself. But thankfully I at least have a video instead of nothing. So on August 1st I got some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled the blocks around the base of each plant and watered them in. The purpose of putting the blocks down is that they still have live mycelium in them, and the mycelium creates a symbiotic relationship with the cannabis plant and it's root structure. The cannabis roots can only take up so much surface area, but the mycelium can take up the space the roots do not and form a network where in exchange for sugars the mycelium will provide nutrients for the cannabis plants. Also, watering with the molasses gives the mycelium the sugars it wants. I'm sorry I don't have more pictures, I wasn't even thinking when I was cleaning up my phone because I was so frustrated with it (there's a reason LG stopped making phones recently). It's just been wayyyyyyyy more busy than I expected or wanted it to and I've had hardly any time in the garden. It's all this rain! Last year I was complaining about how there wasn't enough rain, now this year there's plenty of it. When I'm not doing Garden stuff I'm working part time with my husband doing landscaping and tree work, which includes mowing lawns. Last year with the drought we were mowing lawns maybe every 2 weeks. This year it's every 4-5 days. It's crazy.
