Yesterday was a big day! I finally upgraded her to the 4x4 tent with a 650W light, moving from the cozy 3x3 with a 300W. 🎉 During the transition, I made a few rookie mistakes that led to some discoloration on the upper canopy leaves. But hey, no worries! As @autopotamus wisely says, “We’re growing flowers, not just leaves.” A little defoliation is part of the journey, and she’ll bounce back stronger than ever! 💪 Every experience is a lesson or a blessing. This time, I learned! 🌟 What lessons have you all picked up on your growing adventures? Let’s keep sharing and growing together!

Week 4 flower are still looking great. Buds are fattening up nicely through the whole tent but these ladies are especially nice. My time trying Seedsman seeds and I am very impressed. I have more seedsman stains I will be trying moving forward. No top dress until next week when they will get their final feeding.

July 21, 2024 Day 92 This week may be a little weird with pictures. My phone's screen died, so pictures may be a little messy if any at all. I'll do my best to get as good as I can. Anyway, I managed to get these 4 before the screen went black again. I'll update as I can. So the focus this week will be flushing and flushing only. I don't have enough flawless finish so I have to flush with plain water. Sour Diesel A is looking pretty good. Her branches are getting heavier and heavier. Some are starting to lean a bit too much and will pull down other branches as anchors. A good and a bad thing. Not too bad though. Sour Diesel B is just doing her thing now. Her buds are huge and solid. Her leaves are starting to show more color and some are yellowing out. She's getting there. Sour Diesel C is looking great and is definitely thirsty. She's already getting light. It's a good thing I'm flushing tomorrow. After that, it will be just bottom feed of plain water for the rest of the week or 2. Sour Diesel D is still bulking up. Her leaves still aren't showing color, but they are starting to show signs of hunger. Just barely around the edges. The environment is actually not that bad today. The humidity is below 60% and the temp is just at 75 degrees. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76 RH: 58% VPD: 1.25 kPa July 22, 2024 Not much going on today. I managed to get a daily pic, but that's it. I will be flushing tomorrow I think. They are still a bit heavy. Sour Diesel A is looking really good. She has super frosty buds and they are nice and heavy. The fade is starting to pick up the pace. It is to be expected now. Soon enough we will have some beautiful colors. Sour Diesel B looks great! Her buds are nice and fat as well as getting even more frosty. I cant get trichome pics for now because my phone is broken. However, I can Still look through a loupe. Currently they are half clean and half cloudy. Definitely looking at another week. Which makes total sense for the time frame. Perfect. Sour Diesel C is looking amazing with her bright green leaves and tight buds. She's starting to fade a bit more now. It's looking like we will see some yellows and maybe some pink. no purple though. I don't expect this strain to give purple anyway. Sour Diesel D has this stupid looking fat cola that's more like the end of a club than a plant top. Its about as hard as one too. Too bad I don't have a baseball bat. I'd love to see if its actually fatter than the end. The environment is about the same as it was yesterday. The humidity is just below 60% and the temp is around 76 degrees. ( cant find the degree symbol lol.) I cant really say much for the averages. i cant see the app on my phone. I will update everything when I get a new phone. For now it will be just an average from what I've seen throughout the day on the display at the tent. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76 RH: 59% VPD: 1.20 July 23, 2024 Flushing day and picture day! I flushed each plant with 3 gallons of water PHed to 6.5. Sour Diesel A has this kind of wind swept look about her now. I just noticed it today when I was flushing her out. The branches all seem to be bending toward one side. Like they are bending toward the center of the plant. Sour Diesel B is looking marvelous. Her buds are fat and the foxtails seem to be stopping now. However I did notice the lower buds have much more pronounced foxtailing. I believe it's due to the smaller size of the lowers. Sour Diesel C is fantastic. Her buds are solid and frosty. Definitely packing on more weight too. Sour Diesel D is just ridiculous. Her main cola is like a football. Super solid cola. Can't wait for the harvest. Soon enough. The environment is still like yesterday. Just under 60% and 76°. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.7° RH: 59.9% VPD: 1.20 kPa July 24, 2024 Nothing going on today. Just the daily pic and a quick check of the plants. Sour Diesel A looks great as always. Her leaves are still pretty green, but I can see more purple coming through. No other colors yet. The smell is great too. Sour Diesel B is also looking great. Her buds are big and fat. Her frost is frosty sweet. I can't wait to see how she turns out. Sour Diesel C is smelling sweet and gassy. Her buds are really frosty now. The buds are still putting on weight and are getting tighter. Sour Diesel D is getting frosty now. She was frosty before but now it's getting more noticeable. I can't express enough how solid this massive cola is. Its SOLID. The environment is the same as it has been for the last few days. Humidity below 60% and the tempmis around 76°. It will, of course, drop down to the low 50's% when the AC kicks on. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.7° RH: 59.4% VPD: 1.16 kPa July 25, 2024 A first thing update: So it's before my actual diary writing time and I need to address this. A friend of mine saw heat stress in my plants and I was really confused as to how it could be. Well, it was getting hot in the tent before I woke up in the morning. So 2 to 3 hours of 80° everyday for the last week if not longer. I fixed the issue today with mu AC. I'll just keep it on 24/7. It's picture day! No watering needed. I'll be doing one last flush I think. Theblast one didn't show clear water. So one more time should do it. Sour Diesel A is showing signs of heat stress now. Although, as I said earlier today, I have fixed it. But the humidity is really high. The back branches are leaning hard with one falling over flat. It's a good and a bad thing. Lots of weight, but not as good of light. Sour Diesel B is under a lot of stress. I didn't realize it was heat stress as I thought the temp in the tent was 76°. Her buds are still really nice, but I think the heat stress is causing lower foxtailing. Sour Diesel C needs nothing. She is also showing signs of heat stress. Not as bad as Sour Diesel B, but still there. It should be fine now. I'm not sure what the humidity is going to do, but it's high. Buds are tight, frost is on point. Sour Diesel D is showing the least amount of heat stress, but is also the only one not showing signs of fading yet. She is still beautiful and huge buds. The environment is back to really high humidity and good temp. So I'm trading heat stress for humidity stress. Great. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 62.8% VPD: 1.04 kPa July 26, 2024 Nothing going on today. Just the daily pic and observation. Sour Diesel A is looking super good. I don't know if she is suffering from much heat stress, but she should be fine now. I took care of it. Her branchesbare leaning more and more. I can tell she will be a decent harvest. Sour Diesel B is by far the worst with the heat stress. It must be the location of the plant and the airflow. Maybe there is an empty air pocket. Interesting. I'll have to look for it. Sour Diesel C looks great! Just a little bit of heat stress and that's about it. Her buds are nice and tight. No leaning, butni have a feeling we will run into thar with her. Sour Diesel D is showing a slight sign of heat stress, but nothing serious. It should be fine with the temp fix. One of her side branches is starting to lean a bit. Not a lot, but enough. Otherwise, she looks great! I really wonder what the main cola will weigh. 2 Oz? We will see. The environment was giving me trouble for the last week and last night I left my AC on. It was chilly when I woke up, but the tent was at a comfortable 74°. The humidity is also a bit lower, down to 57%. Not too bad. I would like it to be at 50%, but this is what I got. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.8° RH: 58.7% VPD: 1.11 kPa July 27, 2024 It's picture day! And video day! I was going to do another flush today, but tomorrow is the start of a new week, so I'll wait for then. I'll also start taking trichoke pics starting next week. I think I was supposed to start this week, but there's no point in looking at clear trichomes. Sour Diesel A needed some support for the rear branches. They were leaning super hard. So I propped one up that's now holding the rest ofbthe branches up. Let's hope it holds. Everything else looks good. Sour Diesel B is still showing signs of heat stress. I'm guessing it'll take a few days to recover. Not good for the last week of life though. We shall see how she turns out. Sour Diesel C is looking great! Her branches are starting to pull out a bit from the weight. We shall see how she looks at the end of the week. Sour Diesel D needed 1 branch propped up. It was one of the lowers, but it has a nice big bud on it. Other than that, she's looking pretty good. The environment is better. I kept my AC on all night and shut it off this morning. I'll have to turn it back on in a little bit, but yah, it worked. The humidity was also below 60%. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.1° RH: 57.4% VPD: 1.12 kPa

I harvested plant1 after checking the trichomes, I wasn’t expecting much from it since she was a bit odd since from the beginning and was growing slower than the others 🤷🏻‍♂️ I got 15g dried, trimmed buds from the first one and stored them in a 750ml air tight jar for curing. Of course I couldn’t resist to not smoke before being cured 🤣 From plant2 I got 25g of dried and trimmed buds, could’ve been more but it had budrot on the main cola, so I thrown away a bit of the medicine🙏🏻 From plant3 I got 28g, dried and trimmed Total outcome of the three autoflowers: 68g dried and trimmed. It ain’t much but it’s honest work

Day 8. Girls are happy, nothing to add, let's see flowers !!! ;)) Pain to wait ... Found some bugs on those plants aswel, will apply neem oil therapy in a minute. Day 10. Yesterday soaked in soap and neem oil main tent, today was dry room day ... I hate applying any soap for living soil, its a big disaster if loads of spray will get into pot, plus changes of ph. I can only hope for best, but first valuation after 4 hours shows no visible bugs, sticky traps installed, they should and have to make it !!!! ;))))) No flowers yet, just pre starts to form, so neem should not get into bud and destroy taste ... Fingers crossed ... Girls got theirs name by size, so Tallest, Smallest and Standard ;))) Think to raise Smallest pot in a week, she is a bit too far, hard to find good lamp distance for all three ... Happy Growing !

Vegetation Phase - Week 4 The Donutz ladies are cruising through Week 4 in style, with no major changes to their routine. Simplicity is the key: just consistent care, reverse osmosis water, and keeping the vibes steady in the tent. Growth is strong and steady, with no signs of stress or issues. Updates & Maintenance: Watering: Still exclusively using RO water. No overwatering, just light and consistent hydration as needed. Lollipopping: The plants got a little cleanup this week. Lower growth was trimmed back again, keeping the stems neat and focusing energy on the upper canopy. This helps maintain that signature Sea of Green look and primes the plants for fat main colas later. Observations: The plants are uniform, healthy, and stacking nicely. Each one is starting to show its individual character, but they’re all working toward that tight SOG canopy. Marienkäfer buddy is still around, keeping the ecosystem in balance. No pest issues, no drama. Next Steps: It’s all about staying steady and letting the Donutz do their thing. The lollipopping ensures the plants are focused on upward growth, and the stable environment in the tent is creating the perfect conditions for success. Week 5 is around the corner, and everything’s looking set for these plants to keep stacking up!

We are day 21 of flower. Looks like we’re getting towards the end of stretch I will be defoliating this evening more. I also released more predator, mites, two different kinds, and minute pirate bugs to finally deal with the thrips! I also will be adding another trellis net for my Nana glue.

7/20 Went over this morning to plants soaking wet and heavy rain. Went back around 4pm and plants actually look really good. The rain has stopped for a bit and the girls looked great. Apart from some septoria leaves I needed to defoliate on the first plant I treated. I also noticed a few others on other plants so it's spreading albeit slowly. I treated the three in the middle with their second dose of Plant Doctor at 3tsp/1gal. One gallon administered to each plant via root drench. I think I may treat the other plant showing signs with a diy Dr. Zymes using citric acid as the active ingredient. That way I Gould start treatment right away without having to rely fully on plant doctor. Plus it would kill any pests. Ive seen damage but the birds do a number on them. I dont want to spray my plants with a bunch of chemicals if I don't have too. I shouldve replaced the pallets and cleaned the cage better. I think I did a good job sanitizing as I have no wpm. Just this septoria I probably got when the lady mowing the lawn cut all tjis fucking grass and blew it in my pen, throwing bird seed and I'm sure tons of disease into my grow bags. I literally had to harvest a bunch if fucking sunflowers. It looked like my plants had been mulched. Just with small disease carrying shrubs. At some point some of this stuff has to be on purpose. You CAN'T be that stupid. A couple kushes in the back look hungry. I think I may need to up my feed. I've written to much. I'll keep this updated. Thanks if you made it this far. 7/21 I guess it rained last night. Oh well. It was blue skies for hours before dark. It must've rained late/early morning. I'm sure the app of plant doctor will be fine. Like I said I'm considering using citric acid as a foliar spray to help with the septoria and clean up any pests. I don't have enough pests to warrant spraying. I just don't want to put all my eggs in the plant doctor basket. Today is overcast and windy. The wind has really assisted in spreading this virus. I remove anything I see infected immediately and since these plants are reveges they have plenty of leaves. Plants are really stretching. I know I talk about the septoria a lot but realistically if someone looked through my garden they'd have a hard time spotting it. I don't want to exaggerate the problem but I don't like dealing with ANY fungus or molds. 7/22 It was 55° this morning when I went over. I defoliated some septoria leaves and a few that were fading or damaged. I saw almost a whole leaf eaten so it's probably a good idea to move forward with citric acid. I can add that to the plants I've already treated with plant doctor. This is the first year it's been so noticeable. It's the reveg 10th planet that started this off. Oh well. I've dealt with MUCH worse. Plants LOOK good (other than septoria leaves (on bottom of plant). Today is water day for me but it's been raining and it's a lot cooler today. Bags still had weight to them. I want them to have a proper wet dry cycle. Temps top out at 75° so I'll monitor during the day and if something NEEDS WATER I'll give it to it. I'm suprised I have ZERO WPM. The septoria is much more identifiable but pm is usual present in these conditions bur I don't have a spot of it. I may do some defoliation today. I also need to add supports for flowering but one thing at a time. EDIT: Went over around noon. 70°. Bags seem to be holding weight (it was easier to tell as ONE plant was substantially lighter than the rest) so I decided to hold off on watering. At least until tonight. There are three plants (at least that are going to NEED water). They look phenomenal now though and we've had lots of rain. Plan is to go over later and get the light ones and mix the water for the others so I can administer it in the morning quickly. I have an early doctor's appointment but I don't to overwater or water unnecessarily just because. But when you grow alone sometimes you need to do things when your able. I have people there that would help if I asked. And I have before but its late . I'm very grateful. I defoliated quite a few septoria leaves. They were all from the bottom of the plant. A couole wete bottom interior. I know there are worse things to contend with but still a pain. EDIT #2 WENT BACK AT FOUR AND PLANTS LOOKED FANTASTIC AND STILL HELD WEIGHT. THE REVEG MK ULTRA IN EARLY FLOWER "MAY" HAVE STARTED TO DROOP AND "SEEMED" LIGHT. THE LARGE SPECIAL KUSH FUETHEST IN FLOWER BY THE DOOR WAS ALSO EXRRENELY LIGHT. I HAVE AN EARLY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT BUT DONT WANT TO OVER WATER MY PLANTS JUST BECAUSE IM IN A HURRY. ITS COOLER THIS WEEK. 70 TODAY AND HIGH OF 80 TOMORROW BUT DAD SAID THATS NOT UNTIL THE AFTERNOON. I MIXED UP ENOUGH WATER TO WATER EVERYTHING IN THE MORNING IF IT NEEDS IT. I HAVE AN IMPORTANT DOCTORS APPOINTMENT EARLY THAT WILL TAKE ME AWAY AND IM FEELING A LITTLE ILL SO I WANTED TO GET DONE WHAT I COULD TODAY. WATERED THE TWO THAT NEEDED IT WITH TWO GALLONS A PIECE (30GAL REVEG MK ULTRA AND THE BIG SPECIAL KUSH IN FRONT I DIDNT TOP THATS FLOWERING THE FASTEST. EVERYTHING ELSE CAN WAIT. 7/24 Surprisingly the plants still held weight this morning! The looked pretty good too! However its going to be highs in the 80's for the next 7 days. Since the plants still had some heft to them I watered everything just a gallon. I gave the 10s a half gallon and skipped the 50gal container plant. I think this is a good happy medium. I'm still seeing random septoria leaves but still no WPM. I defoliate daily sometimes a couple times. I need to get a minute to myself and add a foliar spray. I'll start with a dih Dr. Zymes while I'm looking into other products like bicilus (i have bt but its a different bicilus) or trichodermia. I need to feed sometime this week too. 7/25 Plants looked great this morning. I watered the 10th planet on the end that hadn't been watered in forever. I think I had been overwatering during those 100° days. I didn't water today as everything looks great and they don't seem to need it. I'll check later today. I did water the pink kush beside the 50 as it was much lighter (1/2 gal) to get it on par with the others. I'm starting to see pest damage as well so I think an app of Dr. Zymes would be a good idea. Both for pests and septoria. Plants are REALLY stretching. One special Kush is far ahead of the others. EDIT:WENT OVER AT NOON AND 4PM. PLANTS LOOKED GREAT APART FROM MIRE SEPTORIA ON THE 10TH PLANET. I NEED TO WATERING DIFFERENT IN THESE TEMPS. IT WAS BREEZY AND 80° BUT THE BAGS DIDNT FEEL TOTALLY LIGHT AND THE PLANTS LOOKED AWESOME! THE HUGE EARLY FLOWERING SPECIAL KUSH IS PRETTY DAMN LUGHT BUT ITS PRAYING AMD LOOKING GREAT. I DECIDED TO WATER AND FEED IN THE MORNING AND HOPFULLY APPLY A DR. ZYMES PRODUCT ON THE ENTIRE GARDEN IN THE EVENING. PLANTS LOOK HUNGRY AND I HAVE RANDOM PESTS. ITS MOSTLY FOR THE FUNGACIDE ASPECT. PLANT SOCTOR SEEMS TO BE WORKING GREAT ON TWO OUT OF THE THREE I USED IT ON. THE THIRD IS A REVEG AND HAS TONS OF FOLIAGE I NEED TO ADDRESS AND CLEAN OUT. IT SEEMS LIKE IT WILL SPIT OFF SOME SEPTORIA LEAVES A DAY OR TWO BEFORE ANOTHER APP IS DUE. I'M LOOKING INTO MY OPTIONS. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE A SURE DIRE WAY TO DEAL WITH LEAF SEPTORIA IN EARLY FLOWER HIT ME UP! IM NOT TOO WORRIED THOUGH. I CAN SUPPRESS IT ENOUGH IF I HAVE TO EVEN IF I GOTTA SPRAY THE LEAVES WITH THAT 9.0PH ALKALINE WATER. 7/26 Supposed to be REALLY hot with thunderstorms. I watered the two thirstiest with a gallon and a half. Everything else got a gallon (but the 10th planet on the end that was still heavy and the 50). I fed everything too. I SHOULD'VE done the DIY Dr. Zymes spray but I wanted to keep feeding and adding an unknown foliar spray seperate in case of any reactions. A day before plant doctor is due to be applied again the 10th planet in the 20 starts showing signs of septoria again. I've defoliated quite a few septoria leaves. I'm not giving up. I assume I'll do something tonight and I MAY just look to see what I can find on Amazon. Luckily my plants still look beautiful. I hope it continues and I can stay on top of it. 7/27 Wow everything looked amazing this morning. EVERYTHING. The runt in the 50 has septoria but it was such nice fine Kong branches. I haven't treated tjat plant with anything. Plant Doctor app is due tomorrow. That product is working wonders and saving my crop. I'll pull a leaf or two here or there but this keeps it suppressed at least. For the most part. I think I might just treat everything with preventative doses and ANYTHING I've seen with a spot a cure dose (even though I know it's not "cured" but it's "supressed"). Plants I think are almost over the stretch. I have one special kush pheno that is much further in flower than the others. I can't wait to see what the flowers look like.

Finally harvest time arrived 🤗 It’s been a great run, though I had to improve a lot along the way. But as usual there was a way to get things done and finished up😎 After a long heatwave I decided to chop the whole tent, just a bit before I actually wanted to. But I see amber trichomes and heavy buds, so I think it’s safe to chop now, so here we go. 🤩 Can’t wait to taste this after so long watching over it🤤 More details to come.

Very start of week 16 Day 117 Didn't flip to flower until day 67
