The rainbow Saltz has a very unique set of leaves it doesn’t have the traditional looking leaves that 80% of plants have I think when this plant flowers it’s gonna wrap around the stem This week was smooth sailing I topped all the plants

Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she’s looking beautiful. She definitely not as big as I was expecting but she’s really starting to fatten up, looking and smelling amazing. Can’t wait for these last couple weeks for her to finish and chop her. Day 51 - All is looking good and hoping by the end of week 10 she’ll be ready or close to ready for chopping. Starting to get milky trichomes but still quite a few clear. The next couple weeks are gonna be fun to watch her fatten up more. Day 52 - She definitely looking good and getting a lot of milky trichs but there’s still a bit of time before she’s ready to chop, at least that’s what I’m thinking. Might do a split harvest if she calls for it but hoping she’ll be ready by week 10 or 11 at the latest. Just need her to fatten up a bit in the middle. Day 53 - Gave her a feeding of water today and continuing to watch her fatten each day. She’s starting to get really frosty and smelly and I’m loving it! Excited for the last few weeks. Day 54 - All is looking good still and it’s like this girl is almost turning into one big giant frosty bud and couldn’t be happier with how easy she’s been to grow so far. Right now she’s almost 100% milky trichs and looks like she still has a little more time to go still. I’m going for a little more couch lock so need those ambers to start showing up. Day 55 - All is looking good still, just watching her fatten up everyday. Day 56 - Last day of week 8 and she’s smelling sooo sweet and getting frostier everyday. Thinking about just giving her pH’d water from here on out. I’m guessing another week or two and she should be finishing up but just gonna continue watching trichs. Waiting for them to start turning amber. Still a few clear in there but not many, mostly all cloudy now.

Another week gone by and the plants are growing nicely. I had some yellow coloring of the lower leaves at the beginning of the week and so i increased the fertilizer a little bit and the plants are responding well so far. Since they are in the bigger pots i also dont need to water them every day anymore, this week i only watered them twice. I also picked some of the lower leaves which dont receive so much light anymore, topped the remaining strains and tried to bend down some of the branches with some garden wire but didnt work as good as i hoped it would. i still have a scrog-net which im going to use later, but i think the plants are still too small. in the future im going to try different techniques and materials, for now i'm not going to overthink it and just let them grow now,.

Nothing but colas on all 3 this is going to be a big harvest. Another 2 or 3 weeks max.

Buds are really fattening up. Now comes the difficult part, deciding when to start the flush and then when to harvest. With likely warming days, quite likely an early harvest is on the cards so I can avoid curing in a hot tin shed. Closely monitoring the extended forecast to hopefully harvest at the perfect time as all will be wasted if curing in a 30c tent. At the moment due to a changing forecast its possible I will only achieve a 5 day flush, and have 3 days to cure in mild temps. Unfortunately from then it looks.like things seriously heat up, if extended curing is required then likely I'll bring in side the house in mason jars during the heat of the day then cure further on the drying rack in my tin shed till during the cooler evenings until ready. No. I know this isn't ideal but I've done this previously and always ended up with good.buds just way more effort that's for sure. This being a secret grow has additional challenges that's for sure. My wife, and 2 teenage kids have no idea what goes on in this shed as to their knowledge only garden tools are stored here, if anyone in my house did gardening apart from me then this grow would be impossible that's for sure

Was a tough last few weeks lots of work to be done big problem with humidity finally sourced a good enough dehumidifier and added another 1200 light. Lemon skunks were suppose to be autos but no signs of flowering yet so I'm forcing them with 12/12. No room left in the tent now because photos are going into flower too

12/17/23 - Day 41 - It flipped to flower today. I didn't document it via video because it's just like all the other videos. Except this change uses different level of the nutes for Flowering. Alot of the bud sites have tons of pistles on them. The plant itself is so round and bushy. The plants branches are very close together. There is a video up there of me using the software to change from veg. to flower. I'll update you tomorrow once the lights come on. Now I only get 12 hrs of light instead of 18. 12/18/23 - Day 42 - FLOWER POWER! Look at those flowers starting to form! It looks amazing!!!!! I think starting from a good seed is better than a clone. If this ends up better than the last grow..... it's already off to a better start. The leaves looks super healthy. 12/23/23 - Day 47 - What a WEEK! The whole family got sick and I was the lone ranger on the battlefield taking care of all the units! So posting had to take a back seat! I did manage to grab some pictures during those days. I posted them up top. This week is the first week of Flower, and its going great! As you can see in the pictures that the buds are starting to take off from the bushy part of the plant. I installed a second Scrogg net, the buds are already starting to launch upwards and I can tell they are going to need some support as they get bigger. The Leaf box has been taking great care of the nutes, humidity, temp, and lighting. There is only one thing that I have had to do manually. Toward the last day of the week, the day before the water change the PH seems to dip down to 5.5. It's not a bad thing to be there for a couple of hours, but it is the lowest range I would ever let PH go in a hydroponic (DWC) setup. I have been adding 2 cap fulls of PH+ to get the PH in check. To be honest, adding 2 caps full of PH+ once a week is NOTHING. I feel like it's the least I could do. The box is creating the perfect environment. It's the perfect Cannabis Oasis, I treat my girls to the finest of living before the end. :) Happy growing and I'll post again after the water change tomorrow! The Afghani x Mac1 auto solo grow yielded 9.7g of potent, stank nugs. Smelling a bit like fruit and paint thinner in the jar, and transforming into sweet tarts candy once ground up. Excellent flavor and blissful effects.

16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.
