Day 46, 30th of October 2020: Crazy... I went on holiday only for 6 days so my friend looked after them.... Guys... They fucking grew 20 cm it is crazy look at them I had to do LST and now giving them darkness one day and switch the lamp to 12/12.... They went totally crazy.... The smell is coming as well I bought extraction fan system with filter as well.... It is not a question all good and everything will continue the same way well from next week pump a lot of nutrition ;) Cheers!

Welcome to week 3 of veg. They’ve been growing about 1” per day lately. I’m planning to SCROG these three girls with a portable scrog screen. Supplies arrive today and I’m anxious to test this. (Note that my portable scrog screen didn’t work, so I’m using a 2x4 stretch screen). So far the self watering feeders are working well. The reservoir ph does tend to climb, so I make regular adjustments by adding RO water to the nutrient mix and using ph down. The PPM of the nutrients is climbing too, so adding RO dilutes that. As an example, it had climbed from 925 ppm to 1080 ppm overnight. I diluted it back down to 880 ppm. Saturday: installed scrog net Sunday: checked reservoir ph (6.4) and ppm (970). Added ph down. Adjusted scrog net. Discoloration in leaves appears to be worsening. Waiting for a new dehumidifier to arrive. With all of the humidity that the fiber pots put off, I’m going to need a dehumidifier in flower. Monday: ran pipes for humidifier, heater and dehumidifier through a different tent outlet. I’m ready to start dehumidifying at flower flip. Removed humidifier since I won’t need it until after the harvest (I dry in my tent ideally). Topped off reservoir water with a heavy emphasis on CalMag. Reservoirs are at a ph of 6.0 and 750ppm. Lowered ppm due to start of burnt leaf tips on one plant. Wednesday. Lowered ph in reservoir from 6.4 to 6.1 with ph down and diluted nutrients. Lowered ppm from 780 to 700. Removed growth below the SCROG net. Adjusted lighting to a DLI of 35 which proved too intense for the plants, so I backed it down to 30 DLI. Thursday: wrapped up the week by giving them a foliar spray after lights went out. Feeding 5ml/g or CalMag and 30ml/g of Seaweed Extract. Topped off reservoirs using 6ml/g of micro, 9ml/g of Bloom, Seaweed and 2ml CalMag.

Another week closer. It's almost time, with a week or two left, the girls leaves are starting to yellow up and the buds are turning rock hard.. Going to be a nice harvest. One thing that did happen is one of the Banana Puddings ...the big girl...we had some Bananas pop out, along with massive swelling of pistils..I'm not to worried its late in budding with only a couple of weeks left it shouldn't be a problem...Also Her buds are massive and what looked like some bananas was just swelled pistols that exploded with hairs...I don't know the reason why it happened i was not really pushing them and everything is in check...we did get a couple of hot days but not crazy hot..so hard to tell if it was some kind of stress or just a genetic mess up. I was a couple days late this week getting back to where this....the autopot reservoir was just under 50 litres, this isnt enough pressure to feed the plants the furthest away from the res, i caught it early so there shouldnt be any problems but will be more mindful now

The girls have basically exploded this week! They were drinking a ton and have responded really well to the steady increase in nutrients. With the room being basically self sustaining, it’s been a lot less work. Yesterday was the second round of defoliation and because this is my first time getting this far, I decided to be pretty moderate. There’s a few plants I took quite a bit off as an experiment and they seem to be doing great! The guy at my local hyrdo store recommended GH Floralicious Plus for flavor and smell, so I decided to try it out and this is some pretty potent stuff. After their first feeding of the Floralicious they are smelling delicious! The one plant furthest into flower is starting to show some fade in the lower leaves, she will certainly be done before the rest. She has a very sweet and sour aroma, especially if she gets rustled around a little bit. I’m stoked for the rest of flower and seeing their progress. Also I haven’t seen a fungus gnat in weeks so those yellow sticky traps are a must.
