Day 35 Flowering: The bud fun continues to impress me with these Exotic girls.The heat has been ridiculous this last week and in the 37°c area more than a few times. It shows the brilliant resilience of the genetics. They have not stalled or shown any heat exhaustion during the practice for hell week which has been a relief. I think without the co2 bag , they would have feared a lot worse. The Banana are really filling out nicely now and when I tested the smell with a rub, the hit of ripening bananas hit me hard. They are not as chunky as the purple monkey but there are a lot of mains among the 4 plants so fingers crossed for a good haul. The Purple monkey are doing really well with some excellent examples of buds on them., they should start to really bulk up over the coming week you. I still think they could finish early around day 49 flowering maybe as they are so well developed and are starting to show more orange hairs all over their buds. The smell is amazing too with a really sweet candy and lemon hint with it nice and tacky to touch now too. The 2 crosses are trying their best to catch up with the main ladies and all look healthy and well too thankfully. Playing the waiting game now with the last 4 weeks to swell and ripen . It seems like the stems have stopped growing and it’s in full flowering phase.

Dropped my light as well as adjusted my fans and intakes all in the name of lowering the humidity. Some hairs are turning red which worries me but I will try to maintain the same environment as much as possible for the rest of the grow. Also I need to figure out my plugin timer which isn’t the moSt reliable. ✌️🏽

Guys, I haven't done anything this week 🤦🏻‍♂️ but i made a lot of content I had a lot of other things to do, so I didn't touch the girls and gave them complete freedom - they turned out to be whores and got very loose 😂 This weekend I'm taking the girls to the salon, we'll do a new haircut and then I'll give them 12 hours of rest 💚☘️🥦💕❤️😍

Very happy thought I'd ruined the buds with a homemade spider mite spray. Brought contaminated top up soil into the grow room without sterilising, lesson learned. Spray worked perfectly though and washes off fine with no bad residue or taste. My spray bottle is going to forever smell like garlic I think 🙈😂

09/04 - So I'm germinating in a Root Riot pellet which was soaked in 5.5pH'd water. Should be up in a couple of days - check back!! Thanks so much to @SwissKush and @Hashy for the guidance and the courage to try this new way of growing - at least new to me! For 70+ years, I've only grown things in soil but a day not learning something new is a day wasted... and no, that is NOT a picture of me in that meme! LOL! 09/07 - I HAVE A ROOT!!!! The cotelydon has yet to make an appearance, BUT I HAVE A ROOT!!!!! She will be set on the bucket this morning to continue her journey. And she's now in the bucket, air pump is on, water at 5.8pH.. This afternoon, the seedling broke through and I removed most of the cling film covering the pot... I can't wait to see how much she grows over night!! YAY!!!! Talk about "FAST buds" ... WOW! 09/08 - Added a few more clay pieces and gave the seedling 1tsp water twice today. Bucket only needed about 1/4 gallon to top up to just under the pot... 09/09 - moved her into her new home and all is well. She had been stretching a little too much for my liking when she had to share the light with my other FastBuds grow which are well into flower... moving her to her OWN home now allows me to get the light closer to her and she's appreciative! 09/10 - I didn't get to take a pic of her on Day 3 - completely slipped my mind! She is soon going to take off - her new home is a funky little space that measures APPROXIMATELY 32"x32"x7' - more than enough room for her to grow as big as she wants! 09/11 - Day 5 of this little one's life... and she's getting bigger and bigger... can't wait for her roots to hit the water! I'm loving the Root Riot - gives her good nutrition to help her grow in this early stage.. Shout out to @FastBuds - this one's going to be GREAT!!! 09/12 - Day 6 and tomorrow, I get to add another week to this diary! But what I REALLY want is for her roots to hit the water! I can't wait! I'm ready to replace all the water in my bucket tomorrow and add 1/2 strength of my DaKine420 nutes so that when those roots hit the water, there will be something for them to latch onto and GROW!!!! Love these nutes but can't find anyone who is growing with them here and they don't come up on the list when I'm filling in the weekly nute information. Well, what we feared, became a reality, one of the regular XTrakush plants is a male. This is why I planted two and I'm happy it seems to be only the one. But with the canopy going nice and full it hurt to get it out. Of course, I hoped to have two females but nature went its course. Considered leaving it in, to pollinate the others, or keeping it somewhere, but I do not have the space or light for it. Thus with pain in my gut, I went about getting her out. I notice a nice developed root system, very healthy, which was very hard to get loose. After shaking the soil off I have a rootball the same size as after my whole grow last time. I could lift the whole 57 ltr bag by lifting the plant. Sturdy stem, thick solid branches. This is what I was aiming for and it works. The soil again is proving itself to be a winner. The light this low gives some higher temps as expected, but manageable within ranges. The SP-3000 is performing really well and I cant wait to see the bud development coming weeks. I'm sure it will deliver a great amount of bigger buds looking at all the flower sites and the thick branches that support them. The plants seem to take the light well on only 45 cm. I've started adding the BAC Organic Bloom Nutrition. It is designed to work with the microorganisms I added with the micro life. With this I do a little bit of Calmag, but not so much, since I don't see any evidence of shortages, again proving my soil is dialed in for growing under LED perfectly. Everything went according to plan. From germination the plant displayed a very good development. With no training I believe she gave a very good yield. She always looked very strong with no signs of any risk.

This week has been great for these 2. They grow about the same as each other. They are both short stocking compared to the other 3 plants in the flower tent. They are both getting covered in resin already that's kinda nice to see 👀 They smell musky and skunky kinda dank!!! They take about 3L of food every 2 days they is dry. Water till runoff out bottom always keep ph in 5.6-5.7 range. Need to climb in the tent and do a defoliation 1 more time get some more those bud sites in direct light. Love yall ❤️

11/4 Week 6 Light training to get the buds in light and keep her dry. Watered 11/3 one gal @6.5PH - Fish Sh!t 5ml - Karo syrup 5ml Just keeping an eye on her 11/5 Gorgeous smell coming off her purple buds, reminds me of a taffy shop. Drooling over her Growing well got her into the canopy better. 11/7 Update and bragging! Watering/feeding day today, she loved it! She is turning so pretty! The deep purple looks like fairies stole in the night and are using the little brushes to color her leaves. He hairs stand tall! First strain I have seen with them this tall. The smell is sweet with a warmed fruit smell...for those that bake, closest I can come. Still have some questions as if this is a true Runtz. From her coloring and bud development and her leaf shaping she is a good match.
