Hope you guys had an alright week, the rain and floodings here in Europe has wreaked havoc on my outdoor garden, however this diary isn't about my Chamelauciums, its about that sticky green stuff. and boy this lady has started her stretch! I think I might have made the right call flipping her when I did because I can tell she's going to stretch big. Made adjustments to a couple of things this week; my bucket needed more oxygen, so I got a bigger pump and I have fixed my temperature issue by Literally just aiming an air-conditioner at the back of my tent, where my air pump is and as a result, now my water remains a chill 18 degrees! I also need to start keeping my tent closed, even though I absolutely love watching my plants during the day, some critters have made their way inside, eating at the leaves, for now in veg I don't really mind all that much, but I don't want any creepy crawlies when flowers start forming, those are mine and mine alone, not sharing those with any grasshoppers! I recommend keeping a go pro or something in your tent, its quite fun to observe grow, like how the leaves droop 20 minutes before lights out, and start praying upwards before light comes on, these plants really do get into a sleep like rhythm. doing a diary in general just adds a whole lot to the hobby, whether you do a private catalogue, or public, try it! She's steadied out on the stretch for now She has taken her own weight throughout, a nice feed of silicon gave her the boost she needed.

The final result is acceptable, compared on how strong and good are the buds I am definitely satisfied...hopefully I still have some seeds of it 😂. That's all lads... Got the filter that could be used to clean the tap water, so we changed the water in the system to be filtered water and make some upgrade on the system.

She looks beautiful, happy, and strong, the purple buds make you fall in love with this automatic kush by Dutch passion, she's being grown 100% organically with Biotabs organics. Can't feel any aromas yet, we'll see how she performs the rest of the way with her sister. ✌️🌱💚

The plants were so crowded I decided to put them into a Larger tent to allow some light to the lower bud sites and to help lower the humidity amongst the plants. I'm sure they will love the extra space. The light has now been raised 20cm (20cm taller tent) Allowing me to turn out right up which is 45000 lux in the centre right below it. I will up the bloom to 2ml/l this coming week.

1/25/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 1- took 2 Tops today and cleaned up a few lower leaves that were hanging down. The FiM seems to have worked well and looks like I have three branches coming in where it was FiMed. 1/26/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 2- took 2 Tops from the sides and took a little of the foliage that was touching the lid. She seems to be doing very well.. Water change day tomorrow.. YAY!! will get a good picture of the roots and see how she is doing. 1/27/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 3- Water Change Day! I noticed a slight red coming in on the STEMS which I added a pinch of EPSOM salt to help correct. I added 36 Gallons of Water I added the following Nutes: Silica = .5Mil/Gal= 18Mil CalMag= .75Mil/Gal= 27Mil FloraMicro = 4.2Mil/Gal= 187Mil FloraGro= 3.8Mil/Gal= 137Mil FLoraBloom= 3.0Mil/Gal= 108Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal= 18Mil EPSOM- 1 big pinch 1/28/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 4- I cleaned her up just a little bit on stuff hanging down. I also made sure the PH is balanced so she could soak up the New Nutes. 1/29/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 5- I Got sick, Possibly food poisoned.. Luckily for me the system was able to do what it do and hold it down until I was feeling better. 1/30/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 6- I was still to sick to go to my grow room... Possibly food poisoned.. Luckily for me the system was able to do what it do and hold it down until I was feeling better. 1/31/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 7- First day back.. Her PH was down to 5.72 so I raised the PH back up closer to 6.0, I took a few pictures and got her height.. Feeling better through prayer so was able to get some pics today.

Day 70 — Cruising right along with the grow. Can’t say enough about the Sensi Bloom. I will definitely be using it for the next grow. Both Veg and Bloom. Buds are really filling on the short LB. Getting fat and sticky. Smell is really nice as well. Remind me of the pot from the 70’s. I’m starting to stress a bit about when to harvest. I don’t have a magnifying glass strong enough to see the trichromes. Is there another telltale sign the plant is ready? I’m starting to see the red hairs so is that an indication flowering is winding down? I still think I have a couple weeks, but will be watching them closely. Thanks for reading.

How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. She's looking very very frosty, strong minty sweet aroma,very powerful aroma, sticky buds, super frosty, compact nuggets, super happy with this strain can't wait to grow her again, super recomended strain. 100% organic grown using biotabs organics, guanokalong and florians living organics.

Not much to report. About 4 weeks to go. Everything seems to be progressing nicely but I don't have really have enough experience to really be sure if it's optimal. I'm hoping they really start to fatten up soon. Started PK 13/14 on day 40 of flower.

What more can I say it's Day 50 the plant is coming along beautifully I was worried at first as it looked like it might have been having some growth issues but my fears were dispelled. She's starting to change colours but still has tons of white hair so I asked the maid at least another three weeks till harvest I could be mistaken I will keep testing the plant to see how the trichomes are developing hey hey Day 51 and i took a small clipping to put under the microscope and she is getting nice and cloudy with some amber, nex time im getting and black base so both you and i can see better Day 52 and I'm starting to see more Amber trichomes. I'm doing the best I can to get his clothes a picture of the actual bud as I can with my phone seeing as I don't have a laptop to bring my microscope into the grow room Day 53 so i took a clipping from one of the buds at the top and it has almost no amber tricombs go fig lol maybe i have a bit more after all. maybe i will hit that 70 day mark hello again its Day 56 and it's the last day of this week's cycle still on the wall about whether I should flush starting Saturday. Just about all trichomes are cloudy with my estimate being about 10% Amber. I could probably push it another week I'm just not sure I want 30 to 50% Amber trichomes.
