Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! This is the first time I have experienced such a bad run of germination. I have contacted the vendor and I am still awaiting a response. I have been very loyal to these guys and I'm now 3 weeks behind on stocking up for our winter meds!

Very good buds as for me) I am really waiting for dry weight. The smell is very very nice, like black currant and a little diesel... It has been 7 days from the beginning of flowers drying. So I have 73 grams dry buds. I think it's not better results but quality of buds is perfect👌 They are very crystal and strong but very lite for smoke and unbelievable color of flower and stem: 1:I have been tasted her and ofcourse she has mostly indica effect as it was expected from the beginning)) and I'd recommend use this in the evening because you will be rest and sleep more strong than usually😉 It's not strongest indica effect I have ever tasted but it has very good quality doubtless... week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1 and 1.2 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 566 ppm - 1.1 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 392 ppm - 0.7 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 630 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. Overall the plant yielded good dense nugs with strong smell, if your planning on running these seeds make sure you have a good germination rate so you can get at least 1 good pheno with good color on it. This strain was very resistant to deficiencies, large amount of root development and decent lateral growth. I will post nug shots after dry and trim

She is growing beast mode I'm proud of her.. I was able to top al outside branches today again , basically the ones who were sticking out the most.. Still only water for now💦💦

Well it's dry and cureing in jars. I ended up with 78 grams of dry sticky buds. Growing this cultivar was a breeze! I mailined her for 8 main kola's and I would say that it was a success. I did however end up with more larf than I would have liked, but I'll be using that for fresh flower rosin in my Rosineer press. This particular pheno did not like her nutrients above a mild strength at all !!! I did flush her 3 times during her life and with good results. The first was to clean and build up of veg nutrients , primarily nitrogen. And the other two times were during flower. I wanted a good transition into flower. I've had a bad habit of thinking that a super dark green plant is what I want in flower. All in all she was a delight to grow. Not to finicky and a forgiving strain imo.

Day 64 the queens got some fertilizer 💪😃👍 Day 65 that massive smell and these juicy buds 😃👌 Day 66 that massive smell 😍👌 Day 67 i think the results are near 😍👍 Day 68 final countdown 😎👌 Day 69 only a few days more 😍👌

Hello here we are now in flower! Start of the first week of flower and let me tell you we are ready!!!! I had so much fun training this plant! Ive decided im naming her patience cause shes definitely gave me a lot of patience learning, humbling me helping me thru some hard times I've had to go through. I'm blessed to grow and blessed to have the miss Guava Slushy - Green Bodhi Genetics. As far as the tent goes things have been dialed in! Recently got my humidity down to roughly 45, 50 % humidity. With a roughly temp 70s thru the day and 60s to high 50's in the Am. Im beyond proud of this plant! Lets go guava Slushy welcome to the Bloom! Oct 30 - Milky and clear Trichomes on mature plant, I suspect she's very close to harvest. The other plant is a little behind, with mainly Clear and Cloudy Trichomes. Continued to defoliate dead leaves as they're found. Senescence is starting to resume with colder temps. Oct 30 - Watered Mature plant at 7.30PM. Checked Trichomes, they seem pretty close. However some calyx' aren't pumping in volume + Stigma/Pistil colour whilst others are full with brown / orange coverage 50%. Oct 31 - Defoliated and Watered younger plant at 9PM. Nov 1 - Watered mature plant at Noon, purple starting to present on more colas. Nov 2 - Watered younger plant at 10AM. Trichomes on younger plant are mainly clear with one or two amber on calyx. Nov 3 - 8AM Watered mature plant, checked trichomes - more amber appearing in calyx - although clear trichomes still very present. Day 83, I suspect Day 90 will be chop day. I'll put both plants in 50 hours darkness on Day 87. She's Oily, when defoliating, My knuckles were slimy. Nov 4 - Amber Trichomes definitely present on calyx' Lower budsites are slightly behind, I might be chopping earlier - In fact, I'll put them in 48 hours of darkness starting tonight. If the younger plant is not ready, which I suspect the case - I'll resume regular lighting for another week or two. Nov 5 - After getting feedback, I'm surprised to see I have another 2 weeks. The purple plant is definitely putting on size. I suspect the weight of buds will be too much to stand freely.
