Over the course of week 1, this strain is moving along very fast. These girls are only in their first week and I’ve seen some serious stretching. Have a feeling this plant is going to grow at a rapid pace. Going to increase the nutrients slightly when week 2 begins.
Growth is moving along steady. One of my girls have a weird mutation going on since planting her. Up the nutes slightly during week 2 and will continue to do the same as the weeks go by.
End of week 5 and this probably been the smoothest Grow I’ve experienced so far. No issues I’ve run across just yet. I’ve topped and been using LST. Onward to week 6!
End of week 6, pistils started to form so I decided to switch to a 12/12 light cycle and move them in the tent. Defoliated both, and did LST on one and super crop the other.
We’re in early flower now and everything is still running fairly smoothly. Notice some slight nute burn so I’m going to scale back on the nutrients a bit. Think I fed them a little to much nitrogen last feeding. Other then that, more pistils are starting form. This plant takes 70-75 days to flower out and we’re on day 12 since I flipped them. Think I’ll get a decent yield off these two girls.
Things are still moving along smoothly. No major issues I’ve seen this week. I was watering once a week but going to start watering atleast twice a week now. They’re starting to dry out a lot quicker. Don’t want to under water these girls. Got about 50 days left till harvest and I want these girls to reach their full potential.
Not much to really speak on about this week. One plant has Mag or Cal deficiency. Did some defoliation because the humidity was out of control. Going to be running dehumidifier at night when the lights are off because that’s when the humidity spikes like crazy. I watered the bigger plant with just plain water today and I didn’t pH the water. Think I have around 40-45 days left until I harvest.
First off let me just say, boy does these two ladies smell pretty dank. Smells like skunky cheese if I had to describe the smell. One plant is still dealing with a cal Mag issue and started to foxtail a bit. I attribute the foxtailing to the light being a little too close, so I moved it up a few inches. Pretty much cruise control from here on out. Got less than 6 weeks left till it’s time to chop!
Man this strain has been the easiest strain I’ve grown to date. Some minor issues occurred but nothing to crazy like my past few grows. Going to be watering with plain water pH’d between 6.0-6.5 from now on. So essentially, I’m flushing these girls out, seeing that I have 3.5-3 weeks left until I chop these girls down. The smell is so potent, feels like I’m getting high by just sniffing them lol. The nuggs are pretty dense too. When I give them a light squeeze, I can feel the density. Well that’s it for week 7 of flower, onward to week 8! Happy Growing!
Week 8 is upon us! These girls stink up my entire place, that’s how dank they are. Everything is still running smoothly. Still flushing these girls out with plain water. I water them today but I didn’t pH my water. (My water’s pH is naturally 7.0-7.1) I also upgraded my light as well. Now running one optic 2 205W COB/LED light in my tent. I have 2.5 weeks left until harvest! We’re getting close and I’m literally counting down the days! Onward to week 9 🙏🏾
End of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. 1-2 weeks left before I chop these girls down. All my girls are loving the new light and so am I! Highly recommend. Only things to report on is, I’m still flushing, my buds are getting denser, and also they’re starting to turn purple! This is my first plant to actually turn purple and I grew a plant just before these two that’s were supposed to be purple, but never did change colors. Fun fact: my favorite bud to smoke all time is purp diesel, so this is great for myself! Well, see you guys on the next update. Happy Growing! ✌️🏾
This one of the easiest strains I’ve grown so far in my short time. I feel that my past two or three grows, taught me a lot. I did my best to control what I could and manage what I couldn’t to the best of my abilities. I felt short of my goal of 2 oz but I wasn’t that far off. I will say this, my yield has increased with every yield. Upgrading my light definitely helped boost my overall yield. I went from a cheap LED to an Optic 2. Worth the small investment. As for how it smokes, it’s a great smoke. The high lasts for awhile and the it hits nice and smooth. A good flush equals a smooth smoke. It tastes sweet and smells like cheese. I love it and will be growing it again!
Easy strain to grow. No major problems, no mold or pest this go around. Upgrading my light really help my final yield! So I’ll be growing this strain again under my new light from seed to harvest in the near future! I can definitely pull some pounds out of this strain! Until next harvest ✌️🏾
