Plants are doing well. Watering roughly once weekly continues to be the current schedule. In this week's watering (week 6, Thursday), a nutrient mix was added (19% Nitrogen, 5% Phosphate, 20% K2O). pH was measured (via the runoff/drainage water collected) on all three plants using a pH probe, of which was measured to be slightly acidic for all plants (exact pH numbers above in the photo descriptions). We are aiming for a pH range of 6.0-7.0, so in next week's watering, we will add a buffer solution to alkalize the soil. All three plants lower branches were also pruned.

Spent the week rinsing and massaging roots, cleaning, filling then re-cleaning and refilling reservoirs. The rot is gone. Replaced with beneficial microbes from Advanced Nutrients Tarantula, that I made into a tea. This tea has cured the rot and also made a huge contribution to the roots and therefore, the whole plant. Am very impressed with the plants progress, vigour, vitality and strength! Now that the crisis is over, I'll be using the tea twice weekly to replenish the ranks. Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

I used my Max-see magnifier to take some close up pictures of Miss Dosidos trichomes. She is getting closer and closer to a harvest. It rained a little this week so I only fed her a couple of times. I am currently feeding her @AdvanceNutrients Jungle Juice. I have not had to defoliate this grow. I just didn't need to open up any space for sunlight, so I left them all in contact. Start of week 4. This girl did not stretch during week 3, but her bud sites continued to pack on size and take shape. She is very sticky to the touch, almost finger hash sticky, which is really impressive at this stage.
