WEEK 5 (DAY29-35) I have already topped the plants for the second time. I plan to repeat this process once or twice more in the coming weeks. Overall, they are looking good. They have always taken a bit longer to recover from the shock of topping, but I like their general growth pattern.

The ladies are thriving, flipped to 12/12 today, put in week 1 of flower nuts and after 1 week of that.. I will put in my flower spectrum light for maximum results.

Day 1 ....mostly LST to straighten the mains stems...I normally miss this tight window.. it reduces the risk of the stems breaking later.. Will top again this week. End up with 4 main nodes.

This girl started showing her pistils 3 days ago. I amped up her feeding with some extra Budswell Guano. The growth has been exploding pre-flowering.

This is my first grow ever. I obtained a small grow tent and have sprouted seeds that are now in dirt. I have 3 now in dirt. It seems I have done much work in getting the proper equipment ect, its just there isn't that much solid information on watering your seedling at the very beginning stages after they grow tails and put in dirt. I have heard someone say that you should use a shot glass worth if around the center of the pot but directly in the center. Then ive heard people completely soaking the pot. I have 5 gallon fabric pots that i chose to use since they say to put autos in it's final home to start since they dont like to be transplanted which again, i have heard conflicting info about. I have 3 going but already kinda freaking out about if i didnt water them enough or too much. Anyway im learning and open to new info as it comes. UPDATE - I had 2 seeds pop up on 6/13 which was 3 days after planting the first seed and 2 days after planting 2nd. Humidity is high in the tent at around 76 which i believe is ok. I have a couple bowls of water in there for humidity and and small humidifier. I wasn't sure i was going to need the humidifier but got it anyway. I figure it may come into use at a later time as I am currently not running any exhaust fan as that seems to take the humidity and temp way down and im only using 1 light on the lowest setting. Im honestly just super excited to get a couple seeds to sprout out of dirt and would take that as a win. Im into this though and really hopeful for a good first run. Cheers.

Good week so far !! On to my last strength of nutrients !! Then the flush begins. Girls are starting to bulk up. Had to purchase a dehumidifier to keep the humidity down this week. Wish I knew exactly how long this strain went.. any idea ?

Ich bin mit der Entwicklung der Buds sehr zufrieden, wie jede Woche musste ich wieder ordentlich entlauben und die Pflanzen wieder genau anschauen. Die Pflanzen beginnen bereits von selbst die Blätter ab zu werfen , also erhöhe ich meine Lichtleistung auf 100% für feste Buds am Ende.

Big shout out to Herbies Seeds for making this grow possible, this is a very exciting grow for a couple reasons, one being that I love purple haze, and secondly, this is my first run with growdots so I'm really hoping they work great because I don't have the time with work. Anymore to do my old concoction, because it would take me literally 3 hrs some days just to gave all the plans their own individual feed, because I would make each batch for each individual plant depending on their needs... I hope everybody's doing well. I am doing better than I was doing, and so God is good ... i hope everyone's having a great day. And I really look forward to this girl growing out because there's a good chance as well that this is gonna be my last auto flower for a little bit.. I have a couple that I wanna grow ( purple b****** eater by roc bud and banana daddy bx auto my ethos ... both thanks to my buddy @Grow4releaf... So the only thing I wish couldve been different about this grow is that I wish she didnt stutter/stall with the flowering in the begining. She shot out pistils but stalled for like 2 weeks or so. So if she wouldve been flowering for the full time, I thibk I couldve gotten better product(I'm still impressed) but I feel like I couldve done something better with her. 7/26 Day 2 of drying. Everything's still wet. The room is 75 °F with 50%humidity 7/27 day 3 of drying. Everything felt crispy and dense. Humidity was 40% and temp was 75F 7/29 weighed and put into jars with stems the weight was 51.2 grams and without stems 45.5 grams.

Day 58: Scent has stepped up again and I'm noticing some of bud sites starting to develop frost. Day 58.5 Flushed with 20l of PH & CalMag. Day 59: reorganised tent Day 60: Fertigated 3l. Karen has put on a load of frost in the last 24h. I mean seriously. Smell stepped up again. Height 44cm. Day 60.5: I have had a really good look at other KKA grows. I think Karen is going to need a few extra weeks. I think she will be ready for harvest in about week 14. So I think we have about another 4-5 weeks to go. Day 61: Adjusted the LST a bit. She's frosting rapidly now. 😍😍🤩 Height 45cm. Width: 60cm x 70cm Day 61.5: It is only 8 days since I *heavily* defoliated and I think I probably should do it again already. Things are progressing well at the moment though so I am trying to resist doing it too soon. She is still stretching. Day 61.75: Right, I have done some research and I have made a decision,. I'm going to give Karen 2 full weeks from the last defoliation on day 53, so on day 67 (i.e half way through next week) I will defoliate and perform final LST just to space out the colas a bite more at the "top" of the plant.
