Was very happy with yield and quality. Very satisfied with the 2 mars hydro sp150s used in a small 20x36" tent! Over 1g/w

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

Day 15 since seed touched soil. All is going amazing. Yesterday topped them up a bit. Stems looks lanky, would expect stronger by now, but generally girls fly ! Off course i watered them straight after goodies were rubbed into top soil. Great White - 4 g sprinkled around for each plant BioSys same amount. Ecothrive Bio Blend - 200 grams added to each pot. Bomb should be my back up plan, but she is behind, like 3-4 days to other two girls, now on Day 16, she looks better, they grow each day a lot, but she is still the smallest babe ;) Lights are still on 40%, Mars as always has great products for growers. Think this week i will start some training. Day 19. Yesterday girl got 600ml. She is way smaller than other two, maybe even no training will be done to her. Other two gets LST tomorrow. Day 20. First LST. Watering straight after, plus Biobizz Leaf Coat shower. Approx 2 liters went in, first big saturation. Happy Growing !!!

This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

OK so I think I had a nute burn problem, this week they are on pure water and seem to be perking up a lot more now. Punch 2 has deffo put more on in buds, Punch 2 seems to be lagging idk. Anyway that's it for this week! I actually only have 2 more weeks to finish them off😭 I don't think I'm going to have enough time.

End of week 3 currently. Will be updating end of the week for week 4. Plants are growing fast and strong. Started the low stress training by pulling the ladies over. Going to keep monitoring environment and watering when dry with decholrinated tap water at PH of 6.3-6.6.

All the parameters look good, and so does the plant. A few days ago, it was very hot outside, causing the temperature to rise to 29°C. However, the strain didn’t seem to mind. The other plants drooped their leaves, but FB appears to be very resistant to high temperatures or able to handle them well. Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Now they are a bit bigger , this is the start of week 2 , now day 19 in real time from germination. I would appreciate any help to maximise the yield. I feed around 500-600 ppm. How much should the drain be ? I have to plants struggling, one had 500 run off , should I give nutes or flush them more ?

Hola , luego de estar 8 días en macetas de 7 litros las pasamos a floración este cultivo de clones y semillas ,agregamos el otro panel que teníamos apagado para abarcar bien todo el espacio de cultivo con el espectro de luz . realizamos una poda de bajos para potenciar las flores más altas . Se realizo foliar preventivo de tierra de diatomeas. Hello, after being 8 days in 7-liter pots, we passed this clone and seed crop to flowering, we added the other panel that we had off to cover all the cultivation space with the light spectrum. We perform a low pruning to enhance the highest flowers. It was made preventive foliar of diatomaceous earth.

Everything is dense with tight buds. Decent yield to her, I think. Nice light green color and smells. Fruity/blueberry scentbto her for sure. Going to be harvesting in less then a Week. I started flushing a couple days ago. I want to let her pot dry out, become lighter in weight, before I chop it. To ensure she's properly flushed and because I'm going to chop as an entire plant so If I chop it when the container's lighter then heavy, it'll dry faster for trimming/jarring/curing. All the hairs appear to be orange and curling back in; if not already done so. I checked with my scope and am beginning to notice amber trichomes far and few. Another reason im giving her another 4-5 days before taking it down. Definitely there, but i like to wait a tad bit longer. Also, I feel the flush is important, although others can say otherwise.

Switched into flower this week!

Care Bears was an awesome plant to grow, it grew fairly smaller but massive colas on the whole plants. The fruity smells that come off this plant is amazing but also has a hint of that good old dank smell, awesome purple/pinkish colours off of it . Highly recommend growing this strain is you haven’t already. Breed by: firebuds genetics

12/20 Week 7 Happy with the growth and the smell is so sweet, minty, and berry so terps are doing just fine. Backed off nuets ever so slightly 12/21 new pics and backing off the nuets more tonight - 10ml each see if I can get rid of those white tips Helps if you upload the right files 😎 12/23 pics 12/24 All is good but think I am going to continue reducing the nuets and checking EC of runoff as still getting some small issues on leaf tips. Maybe I am chasing ghosts we will see 12/25 White tips under control, runoff checked at 1600ppm unadjusted 950ppm unadjusted in, adjusted for water thats 1400 and 750 so ok now. Buds building fast swapping positions in the tent tonight.
