LA is doing lovely, she's was originally the tallest but after folding her like a lawn chair after a big day on the beers her upward growth has slowed right down and she's starting to push outwards like I was anticipating. LA punch is an unreleased genetic from Cali connection. I suggest if you top her to top her once. Relax on the defoilation and let her grow out. She is quiet compact and wants to stay together so you need to try and be forceful to get your way but do be careful. Doesn't like stress in the sense of defoilation and topping early on but handles high PH, high EC and high temperatures so far but obviously not for long otherwise you can seriously stunt your ladies. Light went from 60% to 90% over Week 5 to Week 6, next 2 days she'll be at 100% ready for flowering. 2 set AC infinity bar lights will go in over this week as well as my scrogg net. Weekly update on these girls. They got a major defoliation this week so it'd allow the lower flower sites to mature some. They're sweet candy smelling when you rub the stems. The flower stretch has stopped now the sites are swelling daily. Over all I'm excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing

Day 121 31/08/24 Saturday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron products. She is now settled, and now flipped. Like I said she has full roam now. Video update, I'll get better pictures and videos when light is off ✌️💚 Day 123 02/09/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag. Day 124 03/09/24 Tuesday Feed again today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag. Her pre flowering is in full now. Day 126 05/09/24 Thursday (End of week) De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today full 5L no run off now. Will up to 6L next week.

This week I decided to use mother nature and let the cheese finish off outside, currently in winter in the Southern Hemisphere with good mild temps during the day and colder evening temps that should allow the plant to go into trich production over drive before I decide to chop. Plant has been flushed as well in preparations of chop, I am torn between chopping her this week or next week, I do hope that the amber trichs don't come out all of s sudden and turn this grow into sleep medicine🤣🤣 I also have three clones left over that I am running in the tent on a 16/8 light schedule

ok so ive repotted the clones into bigger pots and im thinking of moving them outside tbh i wanna get rid of this strain has done it for last 2 crops took a few weeks to notice any new growth roots forming etc but now plants are looking good and ready to be vegged properly

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 3 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster this week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also will be switched the light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of this week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 42" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 38" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. We did get an unexpected heat wave this weekend and it has been a struggle keeping the heat and humidity down but the flowers are just starting so no need to worry about mold or anything like that yet. As soon as this heat wave is over the temps should be good to go the rest of the way this is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. Well was my third time with this strain and she didn't disappoint. Nice solid sticky AF buds. Could have left it thicker and gotten more yield, but I think there will still be 1.5-2lb after drying, and it's looking like quality will be great for outdoor. Also with all the rain I'm glad I left her airy, there were 0 issues during harvest and growing. Came out of the netting nice and easy, just cut at the branch closest to main stalk, then pull from across the plant and put she comes. Always glad to have friends around to help.made for an easy day.

08/01/2020 Lots of pistils popping out on her, no stretching yet but that will come soon! I will measure her in the morning to see how much stretching occurs by harvest time 70ish days I am told.

I’ll start by saying I’m NOT using both bud blood and bud ignitor in one solution, I am using bud blood on the rear tropicanna poison plant and bud ignitor on the front one to test the outcome of them individually to see the best results! I tied down and defoliated twice in the week and have switched to 12-12 yesterday so they’re transitioning now and should be in bloom by week 7! I made some extract them made some gummies successfully I might add and added the photos in the diary!
