D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding. Happy worms = happy soil = happy plants. For anyone interested in learning more about Avocado Tek: https://youtu.be/JFRtNU6W9i8?t=400

First off I believe the strain name is wrong. It should be just FF03 but I’ll need to check with fastbuds. These are photo period test genetics from fastbuds and the FF stands for fast flower. They are supposed to be done in 50-60 days of flowering. I’m going to let them do their thing for a minimum of 40 days just to be sure they don’t have ruderalis. This is a brand new setup I built with floraflex 6” pot pro using coco and I’ll be testing their nutrients out as well. That being said they are about 10 days old but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to get the diary going. Thanks for looking :)

🚨 Durbin thai/Cinderella week 6 update 🚨 🚨 week 6 of veg!! 29 days old!! 🚨 So this is a clone I received on Jan 31st. She has been transplanted from a solo cup 2 a 5 gal pot. She had 2 be topped in her second week of rooting do 2 the top frying from to much light in young clone stage. Since the topping this lady has come 2 life!! She has been defoliated 3 times and is ready 4 another go!! She spent her first month feeding just off nutrients in fox farm soil. On March 2nd I gave her her first Gaia Green trio feeding!! She has exploded with growth since! WW#1: Opening the jar stinks up the whole house...kinda like if you had a basket full of lemons, limes, and oranges...and left them in the trunk of your car for a week of 100 degree weather...very sour/funky. Only one week of cure so far, so can't give a full review on taste, but it's pungent and kinda tastes like it smells...sour and funky with a hint of fresh cut oak (or is it mahogany??) I've gotten a little bit noseblind to the pungency, and now I'm saying that an upclose sniff of a bud smells kinda like a mix of the funky rotten citrus fruit I mentioned before, but doused with a little turpentine. Short/stocky, good branching able to support it's own bigass buds. The main cola was 100g, wet, and just under a foot long. Total dry weight was 85g. WW#2: Murdered on 8/26! Main cola was almost 15 inches and weighed 120g, wet. She's bigger and badder...can't wait to taste her...😍 Total dry weight was 90g. I updated my lighting to reflect actual draw wattage and my grow room space to 4 square feet because that's all that these two plants required. I think the numbers are a more accurate representation of the truth about my yield for the two White Widows in this grow. Can't wait to smoke her!

Have been adding microbe tea once or twice a week to keep the soil's microbeasties alive thriving. Growth has been picking up with the warmer weather but I've had to water a lot more to keep up. Added neem meal and kelp meal as a topdress.

So day 21 of flower today, major defoliation done yesterday and feed only water and molasses phed to 6.5. The plants look good again but very bare with out the leafs, lots of light can peneetrate the lower buds now tho. Hopefully see some nice growth this week 😀. Day 23 of flower. Been battling humidity these past few days, with the de humidifier on i can get it to 48% so not to bad now, a good purchase lol. Plants are stinking really skunky when you open the room up, but to touch and smell its like pure citric 🍋 lemon. There Starting to put out lots of trichomes now, hopefully I have a good pheno.

11/29 - Day 57 - Start of week 9. Fed the plants today with cal mag, base nutrient trio (micro, grow, bloom), and MKP. The plants appear to be very happy and healthy. Flowers are developing nicely on Blanche and Pinky, but Bleu is still showing only a few pistils at the bud sites. I'm wondering whether I should adjust the light schedule from 18/6 to 16/8, 14/10, or even 12/12. Will reassess at the end of this week. 12/02 - Day 60 - Fed nutes ppm=700 PH=6.5 w/ recharge and molasses. 12/05 - Day 63 - Fed nutes ppm=825 PH=6.5. Pinky and Blanche are starting to fatten up. Bleu looks as though she's just starting to kick into another gear, but will probably finish at least 2 weeks after the other two. Excited to see the eventual yield considering she will get the entire tent to herself during the final few weeks, is significantly larger than the other two plants, and is drinking/eating more.

Firstly, the video of the popcorn bud from the mother plant, is showing what’s known as xylem sap from a process known as guttation. I never new that until this. Additionally, I am sorry to have missed out on so much documentation. I can talk forever about my plants so this will be short and to the point. Fast vigorous growth. Very resilient and hardy strain able to shrug of cold damp conditions, and freezing nights down to 32 Fahrenheit. The immune system seemed to be very strong. Never did I find any pathogens or even pests! A few but those little ghost spiders really helped out. During harvest, a thorough inspection resulting in surprisingly clean product! Finishing with large “airy” buds with fat bracts covered in trichomes. A rich musky cheese smell that surprisingly tastes of berries! I suppose I’m getting ahead of myself. But I was able to finish cure and smoke test the mom before harvesting the clone. Finally: this fast 50-60 day pheno will continue popping new bracts up to 90 days!!!! Or at least the mother in the tent did. Also, the dry weight is an approximation as I’m not finished with trim.

Hi, and welcome to my new grow journal! After two failed grows, I’m really hoping this one turns out better. I made some changes to my setup—most importantly, I moved my grow tent to a new location. I think the old spot wasn’t ideal, and I’m confident this adjustment will help me get stronger results this time. This round, I’m running a Pineapple Upside Down Cake from Humboldt Seed Company. The seed popped after just 48 hours directly in coco coir—super encouraging for what’s ahead. For the start, I’m using a 1‑liter AirPot adapted to work with an AutoPot system. I’ll see how it performs before moving the plant to its final 15‑liter AutoPot setup. For nutrients, I started simple: 2 ml/L of Voodoo Juice and brought the EC up to 0.4 using FormuleX, all in 0 EC reverse osmosis water. pH is dialed in at 5.8. Hopefully, this isn’t too much for such a young plant—we’ll find out soon enough. The seedling is in a 70x70x160 cm Mars Hydro grow tent under an OpticLED GMax 300, currently set to blue spectrum only. I’m also keeping a humidity dome over the sprout to maintain high moisture levels around it. The substrate is coco with a bit of clay pebbles and some perlite. I plan to increase the perlite ratio when transplanting into the 15‑liter pot later. That’s it for now—we’ll call germination complete. I’ll post an update in a week once she’s been out of the coco for seven days.
