Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Wow monster growth this week!!! last week 9cm, same time this week 30cm!!! Also I fimmed/topped her earlier in the week too!! Looks like she started flowering this week too. Look how much she has stretched! I've tried doing a bit of LST. Truth be told I have no idea what I'm doing, but it seems like a good idea to me to spread out the branches so they all get decent light.

4/20 Still having trouble getting seeds to grow! 4 out of 6 seeds from the initial pop have died, so I've popped one more Chemdogging and one more Sour Diesel. Placed the popped seeds directly in the pot they'll stay in for the whole grow per suggestions. Built a 30"x36" trellis out of 3/4" PVC pipe, will install a double trellis netting on it once I set up the Blumat watering system. Also added in a smart power strip that now has built-in timers I can control from my phone. Organized all my extra grow equipment and cleaned up the room! The little pots in the photos are some random seeds I'm starting off in here to give to some friends to grow outdoors. 4/25 - sour diesel popped up today! 5/2 Still no luck getting the Chemdogging to sprout, currently waiting on C-dog and a Blackberry auto to sprout in my other two pots. Set up some random plants from seeds I found in a bag of Black Lime and Cookies, put them in a separate room to flower so I can find out if they're female.

I crop/bend down some high branches for level a little bit the canopy, doing this with another net which I will use in the future as support by raising it. Day 46 veg. spray plants with neem oil. the weather is getting fresh so i dim. up my lamp from 100W to 150W. I'm warried about overgrow in flowering stage so i flip in flower.

Decided NOT to water one more time. Put into the dark around 1:20 P.M . Usually do 48 hours, might just do 24 this time. Leaves are still a great color and very healthy. Took the light out of this tent. Going to attempt to rearrange things AGAIN! Spider Farmer 2x2 was just at 90 rh! Thinking of moving that light ( Alphapar) back into the Alphapar tent. Can't remember why I moved it in the first place, think it was for drying another.

Well day 63 in flower and still maybe only 25% red hairs. 022320 - day 68 flower, still 50% white hairs, almost time to start watching trichs 😁.

Spero nn cresca di più xké ho paura poi di bruciare le foglie e i fiori come mi è già successo anche con l ultimo ciclo, apparte questo sta evolvendo tutto bene ,grandi foglie a ventaglio si moltiplicano e le cime iniziano già a intravedere il colore ,per fortuna,viola di questo splendido fenotipo!! 😽😋💪🍀 Che piacere vederla crescere e che la mia piccola grow box con pochi accorgimenti si è riempita di verde ! Forse grazie alla magia che fa la luce FC E3000 che diffonde la luce dappertutto uniformemente e si vede che le piante ne stanno beneficiando come non ho mai visto in vita mia !
