Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

This week you realy can see the DIAMONDS glitter.. Did a experiment whit 660NM but the rusults need some more atention before i can tell you about it.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Coop Poop, Feather Meal, and Soluble Kelp are ml/gallon of soil top dressed. Everything else listed in nutrients is ml/gallon of water fed to plants without checking the solution Ph. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 79°F. We missed the rain, but had a big dew and it was 90+ humidity. I watered about 5 gallons each. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 78°F. It was mostly cloudy and super humid, but again no rain. I watered about 5 gallons each. I fed coop poop at 75ml top dressed and Soluble Kelp 50ml top dressed. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 89° with clear sunny skies. Humidity is still up. I watered about 5 gallons each pot. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 88°F with mostly sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 91. Skies were clear during the day. I watered about 5 gallons of well water Day 6 we had a high temperature of 91°F with mostly sunny skies. I added 160ml of molasses to top of pot and washed it in with my watering wand. I watered about 5 gallons. Run off isn't an issue. The girls are rooted through the pots into the ground and the loved the K in the molasses. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 87°F. We had over cast skies, some gusty wind, and rain. Luckily the thunderstorms missed is. We did get enough wind to blow one of landrace crossed over the wch3- which requires some attention. The rain did the watering for me. This week was a success. Buds are filling out she's super loud and frosty. She's really trying to finish.

aDiese Woche war entspannt ich konnte schön ohne Probleme meinen Babys zuschauen wie sie dicker werden :) Der Geruch ist sehr angenehm und lässt mich träumen :) bisher entwickeln sich sie Blüten sehr schön ab nächste woche kommt Phosphor Plus und Bopost hinzu ab da müssten sie in die Breite explodieren :) mittlerweile werden alle 3 Tage 200 L Wasser auf die vier Babys verteilt ! DIe Sonnensegel entferne ich auch fortlaufend :)

Week 2 and the girls are looking more yellow and funky than I like. I'm pretty sure my soil is just way too hot. I tried flushing it through, but that just seemed to lead to general overwatering issues. I'm planning on transplanting to larger pots with more neutral soil this weekend and hope that will help straighten things out.

Day 58: Scent has stepped up again and I'm noticing some of bud sites starting to develop frost. Day 58.5 Flushed with 20l of PH & CalMag. Day 59: reorganised tent Day 60: Fertigated 3l. Karen has put on a load of frost in the last 24h. I mean seriously. Smell stepped up again. Height 44cm. Day 60.5: I have had a really good look at other KKA grows. I think Karen is going to need a few extra weeks. I think she will be ready for harvest in about week 14. So I think we have about another 4-5 weeks to go. Day 61: Adjusted the LST a bit. She's frosting rapidly now. 😍😍🤩 Height 45cm. Width: 60cm x 70cm Day 61.5: It is only 8 days since I *heavily* defoliated and I think I probably should do it again already. Things are progressing well at the moment though so I am trying to resist doing it too soon. She is still stretching. Day 61.75: Right, I have done some research and I have made a decision,. I'm going to give Karen 2 full weeks from the last defoliation on day 53, so on day 67 (i.e half way through next week) I will defoliate and perform final LST just to space out the colas a bite more at the "top" of the plant. Incidentally, Nesia is now easily the same spread as Karen.. Nesia is going to be much bigger than Karen. As well as the ongoing stretch she has started to frost over this week and I am hoping this continues because more and more is appearing all over the place.

They grew really bushy because the light was too intense. Topped them to get more light to the side branches

Can’t wait to run the other seeds in the mix pack! Wish I would have grown them all for my outdoor. She’s a beautiful plant with thick sticky smelly buds.

Wow what a strain! The flowers are absolutely caked with trichs, making the flowers look heavily frosted. The smell is pungent and pretty dank smelling. The taste I find to be pretty mild. Where this strain stands out is the very powerful punch it packs! WOW lol this one will have you staring at a blank tv screen for 30 minutes before you remember what you were doing lol no complaints on this strain, have it growing again this run too! This week went a lot better than last, although still not optimal. After last week's transplant they all did well, as you can see in the time lapse. They do all have one or more deformed leaves and a slight calcium deficiency but look otherwise healthy. Increased base water (RO+calmag) EC from 0.3 to 0.4, feeding 0.7EC in total. At the end of the week, the root systems looked very well developed and I transplanted them into their final 5L pots. Decent so far.
