Sono a circa a 700/800 ppfd le piante rispondono bene solo che due Red Red Wine sono diventate erma penso genetica nuova e poco stabile (già capitato 2 anni fa sempre con perfect tree) ho eliminato i rami dove c’erano i fiori maschili ora vediamo se nel resto se ne sviluppano altri o se continua a produrre solo fiori femmina. Sicuramente sono genetiche non adatte a tutti perché devi essere molto preciso e con ambiente molto stabile, perché tendono ad diventare erma

Buenas tarde familia, actualizamos el diario de las skunk de Zambezaseeds, y es que estoy tan sorprendido , es una cepa que produce flores muy muy compactas, sigue floreciendo con lo cual sigo regándolas solo agua ajustando el ph a 6,5 . Temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros, 1/3 anda algo sobre fertilizada de las últimas semanas las 2/3 están como la seda , aún así todo pinta fenómeno tengo muchas ganas de cosechar y probar esta variedad y ya queda menos , pasen buen finde semana fumetillas.

This is my Diploid Version of the Orange Bud 2.0 she got a really interesting Mutation wich I can Show yaal in a few days when Shes gettin her finally defo and lollipopping ! Never had it before she topped her on her own wich I Never recognised before and I have it direct in Both cultivars from the ice Cream Haze did it aswell and got 3 Main branches from Day 1

day 50 - everything going OK. im using only water right now. day 52 - today I was in the local Grover's store where I was given a trial package of supplements 10 grams of powder feeding PK Booster. so today will be the first day of irrigation using PK Booster. dosage is 0.25 g per 1 liter - total ppm 140. (pure water ppm is 70) day 54 - another defoliation

Day 100 The plant has reached day 100 and is deep into the flowering stage. Buds are developing beautifully - dense, frosty, and covered in trichomes. The canopy is even and well-shaped, allowing good light penetration. The leaves are dark green and healthy, with just a slight downward curl that could indicate a bit of nutrient strength or light intensity, but nothing concerning.

Lord have mercy on my plant 🙏 After finding some spider mites last week I have released predatory mites. Phytoseiulus persimilis. They came in a bag with leaves and you put those leaves on the canopy. Spray the room with spider mite insecticide. I found no more spider mites and no increase in damage. Until now the damage has been very minimal, compared to pictures I see online. Just a few white spots on a small number of affected leaves. Never saw any webbing, neither on leaves nor buds. Regardless I am treating it like a big infection Oh yeah, it's almost ready, I guess? All I can think about are little spiders. Thanks to everyone for watching, and your tips and advice.

About day 38 i am just realizing that i am stupid and been feeding the biogrow for cocoa coir 🤦‍♂️ way iver nuting with soil it says never to go over 1ml/L So i will be flushing for at least 1 or two waterings. Looking for the tip burn to stop spreading and the tips to not look like there clawing

This plant was healthy and strong from the get go! She quickly grew in height surpassing all other plants around her. Left me scratching my head a bit considering she was only in a one gallon tester pot. She formed a main cola early on and fat buds on the end of each branch. She didn’t really have the classic cheese smell I love and remember, but it was still nice, more on the flowery side. BOHOLD…. The cheese smell has really started to shine through now that she’s been drying almost a week. It’s a deep cheesy/sour mix of funky goodness. Can’t understand where it’s come from as she smelt nothing like this while growing. She was harvested in day 79 and her buds where rock solid and covered in sticky goodness. Easy to grow, would recommend to anyone who has the space and time. Il do an update once she’s dried and had a few weeks curing. 🌱💚

The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems.

Howdy, This week has gone well, plant seems healthy with no noticeable deficiencies. My res leaked because a tube I had in the back was in the wrong place but all is sorted now. Thinking it was a crack in the tub, I drained it... So I had to replenish with a new set of nutes which I'm going to drag out for another 5/6 days. PPM's are steadily dropping and PH is increasing so shes definitely ready for a richer feed. Also learned about different TDS with the whole 0.5/0.7 conversion rate. When topping for the 3rd time, I was a little too rough with one of the colas and it snapped without me realizing. I noticed about 2 hours later by which time it had already dried out a bit, its still alive but the growth is stunted. Added a bit of PK as I noticed a few fan leaves had purple stems, cleared up within 2 days and back to lime green 🙃🌱 Update 22/08 - Day 30 from Sprout. Changed out res as PH kept dropping and leaves started to go very slightly yellow. New nodes are already growing well, 3 times bigger than 2 days ago. I think I'm going to flip on or around the 6th of September, which means a total of 45 days veg, or 6 and a half weeks. Next couple of weeks will just be about pruning lower leaves and some HST/LST. Might get a scrog net, tried using a tomato hoop but the one I have is shit... Going well so far anyway!

Its end of six week of veg... plants looks ok..last week I tied them down.now I do scroog and some cleaning.i think three more weeks and then I will switch them to flower..I add terpinator to nutritions.this is new for me.we will see ... nice green day to you all people💚

D54 - She is growing just fine. However it is a bit slower than my previous growth, and I think that this strain might grow a bit slower. I keep plucking one pair of stems and leaving the next one. I also LST new growing stems. Beast - Cats are rally attracted to this plant and mine is always asking for it.
