Blue Dream

New grow #3 under way and another new strain. Day 1, week 1 of veg, this clone also came from a mother plant that I have been tending to. I'm really looking forward to growing this strain.

Start of week 2, I have not fed her again as the medium has not dried out from the week 1 feeding. Hopefully she's adjusted by now and will start to grow this week.

Start of week 3. Week 2 went well and the plant grew about 2 inches. Hopefully she doubles in height this week.

Week 4 starts for Blue Dream. Nutes increased to full strength, with this week's feed. I hope to see a jump in growth from this girl, this week, now that she's getting more food.

Start of week 5, this girl looks healthy but she did not jump in size like I was hoping for over the last week. Hopefully she stretches out some this week.

Start of week 6. I'm a bit disappointed, this girl has not stretched as much as I was expecting, through week 5. Hopefully by the end of this week, she will have grown up some.

March 31, flipped to 12/12 light - have not fed with bloom nutes yet, will wait until she shows signs of being in bloom, before feeding her nutrients.

April 6 - first week of feeding bloom nutrients. The Blue Dream stretched 2 inches over the last week as she settled into the 12/12 light cycle. Hopefully she'll stretch another 4-6 inches this week, now that she's had her first bloom feeding.

April 13 - week 2 of flowering. Added Big Bud and sensi cal-mag to this week's feeding, however feeding volume was cut from 6L to 3L, the medium was not completely dry.

Start of week 3 of flowering. Bud site development over the last week was impressive! This girl is starting to smell and is already sticky to the touch. Hopefully this girl will stretch a bit more this week.

Start of week 4. This girl did not stretch during week 3, but her bud sites continued to pack on size and take shape. She is very sticky to the touch, almost finger hash sticky, which is really impressive at this stage.

Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, bud site development is going great, she's gaining size and weight, the smell is starting to stand out and she's very sticky.

Start of week 6. Week 5 went really well, this Blue Dream lady is packing on bud weight, size, density and she has a sweet smell and sticky buds and leaves! She has shown some signs of deficiency throughout the grow, but it has been minor and only in the largest leaves.

Start of week 7! Week 6 went really well. The Blue Dream has show the most signs of nute deficiency, but it hasn't gotten any worse. She's also very sticky, with dense buds that are starting to fatten up. This lady is on an 8 week schedule, removed big bud and added overdrive to the nute lineup.

Start of week 8. Week 7 went very well, the buds really filled in and packed on weight. Their are tons of red hairs in this Blue Dream beauty and she's got an amazing smell!

Let the flushing begin! Week 8 went well, this girl packed on the last of her weight and density. She's showing a lot more red hairs and she's got a 50/50 mix of clear/cloudy trichomes.

Chopped and drying in the mess rack, will update in about two weeks, with dry weight and smoke/flavor/high profile. She was a great plant to grow and I'm excited to smoke this strain! Update June 18, amazing smoke and flavor! Dry weight came in at 45.5 grams, 44 on th scale as I removed 1.5g for the smoke test. Blue Dream is impressive, great color in the buds, nice high to go along with it!
