Hi all.. Lady's are very happy..still stretching a bit..looks like the push is almost over. Very faint sweet smell starting to come form them. Im going to do another light defoliation soon. Humidity is a bit high and i want to avoid WPM. Sorry for all the wierd couler photos , i try take picks as the lights come on.. I will upload some more picks on friday. Plants got a surge of growth over the week, lookin forward to a decent canopy come flower. Switched to 12, keeping MH bulb going until i see flowers. Slowly beginning to wean off the calcium nitrate as well. Also have begun to do some light defoliation and pruning where necessary - best to nip it in the bud as they say - before the energy investment grows. Gotta be careful with your girls though, don’t get clipper happy. Cheers Late week update: Actually probably keeping calcium nitrate steady since it'll need more for the stretch, after which I'll quickly decrease and change my nute schedule.

Perfect tropical-like weather. No problems to report. Excellent growth. Still rearranging net tent as this bastard stretch a lot. The one that should have the fastest flowering is, on the other hand, terribly late compared to het sisters. But how long does this beast still want to grow? Royal Queen Seeds officially claims Pineapple Kush is better suited indoors than outdoors, for now RQS is wrong.

The salt build up finally caught up to me. I gave her a good soaking watering then followed with fresh feed. I will repeat this once she dries put if there is no ill effects. It should help clear up the issue. Her run off ph was 5.8 which was a sign of the build up. It should be on the right path now. 🤞🏻 next update she is back to healthy, and u can switch her to flowering before she gets too big. This lady is making me enjoy a lot her fragrance that come from her flowers, very good strain, the 3 phenos of ak420 smell exactly the same, very sweet and floral nugs, and they're starting to get very compact and dense, let's see how she keeps developing her beautiful flowers everybody! She's looking so beautiful,very nice strain to grow for sure,I'm trying to give her a good shape before flowering starts. I add organic liquids nuts only once a week and looks like she loves it,let's keep up the work!! 💚💛❤️🌱🤩

Welcome back to another week, finally decided to flip to flower as these girls do grow pretty quickly in DWC. Aiming for some nice quality buds bit also a decent yield of at least 1 gram per watt of light. Nutrient solution has not been changing to complete flower schedule yet but I will be sure to switch it over in a few days. The crucial part now is keeping the EC and pH in a good range to avoid any deficiencies or Nutrient lock out. Let's see what the stretch brings the first few weeks. Stay tuned, and I'll be back for the by the end of the week to report some video feedback. End of the week has ending with a heavy defoliation session. Plants were getting bushy and covering potential tops so that needed to be addressed. For now, it will be selective defoliation once they have recovered, which should be in 2/3 days. Decided to harvest since i found some rotten buds and the plant wasn't gonna get better than that since it was under attack and I rather harvest a week earlier than losing a lot of my crop (last year I tossed it all because of powdery mildew)

This plant was an absolute joy to trim. This plant consisted of buds and stems only, so I am actually curious what the dry weight will be.

Flower Week 9 Day 69 to 71 - 5/20 to 5/22 After a few extra days of dryout I chopped. I decided to wet trim while still on the stems. Lots of rain lately, and the drying process was a challenge but I overcame with fans around the hangers and more dry time. I dried until I could snap a test branch. Then I trimmed off the buds and placed in humidity controlled bags with hydrometers.

Day 13 of flowering : we are starting to see the pompoms appear 🏵️🏵️🏵️

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

Growth rate is a little slow by comparison, still have high hopes for this pheno as it's purple...I love color in my tent.
