Day 30 toady, i switched to 12/12 3 days ago e the babies are already stretching hard and some are showing preflowers i'm pretty happy i'm watering with no nutrients as i'm using Canna Pro Plus soil and it should have enough nutrients for the first 3/4 weeks of flower. I cleaned the bottom of the plants from lowers branches and leaves and i will continua till day 14 of flower and i fixed it with a bamboo stick i got gifted from @AlpineGoat i will fix the other branches in the next weeks i'm pretty stocked with this grow this genetics are really solid growing strong and fast! Girls are fine, plain water today. Thinking to leave Control Garden with all leaves, but despite them growing not under direct light they are 70+ cm height. Now they cause shadow and block air move... In doubts a bit... Day 83. Control garden is a lot behind and still stretching , took 12 leaves in total from 3 plants. Now second canopy will have more light, should really chop bottom branches and leaves, but maybe will do it on second defoliation round... All girls getting heavy feed 1250 ppm. Alien vs Triangle is coming along great! Good bud site development and she is starting to stink. Its a unique aroma I haven't quite come across before. Very pungent, slightly fruity, but still unique and hard to describe. I'm looking forward to the smoke report on this girl! 👍

20/01/2025 Seedlings have definitely grown in size! Bottom watered again today. Mixed 3L solution of Calmag, Growell Plus 8:8:8, Seaweed extract (2ml / 1ml / 1ml) and watered 1L per pot. Solution was sucked dry from tray relatively fast, guess the roots are growing. 21/01/2025 Measured PPFD / DLI today and found that my existing light had a relatively low ppfd value output. Reading 50 plus PPFD / 4.5 DLI at 24 inch height 75% power, generating insane amounts of heat if the grow tent is closed. Thing is the max ppfd is about 150 at 24 inches. Can't bring down the lights more without potentially causing light burn due to the high DLI low ppfd ratio. Fortunately I have the tent in a temperature controlled room so I had to leave the tent open to ensure there was good airflow cooling down the excess heat without causing too much of a temp shift. Managed to bring up the humidity by adding a larger humidifier maintaining 60 to 70 % range. Did myself a favour and ordered the vivosun aerolight a200se to go along with the rest of the vivosun kit. Hoping it arrives by week 3! Besides this, seedlings look healthy, did some foliar feeding with homemade wood vinegar (5ml to 1L) after lights out. 22/01/2025 I almost killed my plants with light lol. Turns out my existing light was putting up alright dishing out 1200 pfd from 24 inches at max. I noticed some skewed reading when I was tilting my phone screen so decided to take off the screen protector and damn.. ppfd was at 800 ppfd! It was the screen protector not the lights 😆 Since there were no signs of yellowing or wilting I decided to keep it at 400 ppfd. Bottom watered with 1L each of (2ml CalMag / 1ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 / 1ml Seaweed to 3L phed to 5.9) had about 100 ml excess after waiting for 10 mins so I drained out the excess. 23/01/2025 Fortunately my blunder with the lights didn't cost me too much. Plants still looking healthy, 3rd set of true leaves opening up.

This week has been a significant learning experience for me, as I’ve discovered a plethora of new equipment available to growers compared to the time I wanted to start my own grow twenty years ago. I spent countless nights meticulously budgeting, scouring for deals, and ensuring that I made the most informed purchasing decisions for the limited space I have. We picked up the Spider Farmer Small and Large Plant Stand on wheels with LED glow lights. We still need to build an environment with fans and humidification.

The LST i did in the past few weeks is starting to pay off. The plants are spreading nice and even, not bad for a first timer but it can be better. In this week, i’ll try to water more to boost their growth because in the past few weeks i only water them once a week for the reason that I always wait until the top soil goes dry and it took almost a week for that to happen. I read in an article that you should carry your pot after a day of watering the plants to able to know that is the weight of the pot when it has water, so you can determine if the pot is light that means you can water them even the top soil is still wet. I’ll try this method lets see if i’ll end up overfeeding my plants or not. In this week will be doing same routine like last week, always monitor humidity and temperature. Spread the fan leaves so the leaves underneath can receive enough light.

My favorite week, the buds are swelling nicely except for the platinum oreoz, they jus have long pistils. The colors are starting to come in. Did a small flush and defoliation.
