Aug 19th, Cappy #2 has been steady and filling out really nicely so far. Have added Phos-Fixer Blend Tea for her to build up her buds easier. This stuff has been working great with the Growdots, Azomite, Langbinite, alfalfa meal combo lately. Gonna keep working on that but think I found my start point atleast .. Still growing at a good clip tho, she's reaching for more light so I had adjusted the DLI some roughly between 35/40 now about the highest ill really ever go. Lights about 75% (640w) but get nice tight buds no need to run up my electric lol. But that's really about it for this week. Can't wait to see how this one goes I kinda biffed up my first one not being home to harvast it wasn't handled right .. learned alot this last year lol, definitely gotta automate more and get atleast 1 solid helper for times I'm physically unable. The Afghani x Mac1 auto from DNA recovered well from the training and is in full bloom. Bud sites are looking great. Had an issue with humidity this week and the leaves started looking rough. She got a dose of Recharge this week and drinks about 8-12oz of water throughout each day. All in all she's trucking right along. Very happy with how smooth this solo cup grow is going.

The Red Hot Cookies are looking beautiful. Very nice looking buds with fantastic colors. Very promising in terms of bag appeal :) The pheno 1 shares many traits with the GSC. The effect is amazing despite of the quite boring terpene profile which is unidimensional (very sweet base notes along with creamy peach head notes that reminds me of the peach flavored campino hard candys). The high has the soothing and calming effect of the GSC while being more uplifting and energizing. The pheno 2 is more on the Tangie side for both the effects and the terp profile. The high is energetic but a little bit racy. The limonene content seems far higher than the myrcene, and it translates itself in both the taste and the effect. I will be looking for a Tangie-dom pheno that is richer in myrcene, in hope of getting more of the tangerine taste/aroma and the relaxing effect that we can find in the Tangie and Tangerine Dream strains. As for the Amherst Sour D, they all share the same woody and tropical aromas with subtle specific nuances (pepper, fuel, skunk/sulfur, lavender). The effects go from slightly sedating to highly energizing and euphoric. A great afterwork hard hitting sativa that tastes awesome, without being the terp bomb of the year. The Dinamed CBD plus is a very short, bushy and stalky plant. The Pheno 1 smells like straight pine/fir on sweet and fruity base notes. The structure is nice with lots of lateral branching and the buds are looking very good too. I could have got a way better yield be giving her an extra 10 days of veg. The pheno 2 is more one the fruity/fuely/tart side. Definitely not the best pheno. Very slow growth...

End if week 5. A little tip burn but no problem. She is looking stacked and ready! No smell really. 100% rooted out this 2.5 gallon bucket.

The Titan is growing as I had hoped. The many side branches are growing larger and in the center is a nice main cola. Beside the LST clips a few weeks ago, no more training is needed it seems. I did some defoilation to optimize the airflow and to give the developing buds in the side branches more light. More pics and updates coming later this week. The Titan is developing a really nice flowery/citrus like smell. I added some Bio Tabs Bio PK 5-8 to the mix to support the many buds she is forming.

Pretty much half of the flowering cycle has been completed! 28 days today. She's very vigorous, thickening up and frosting A LOT. I've also done some more gentle LST to spread a few branches further because new shoots are coming everywhere. Beautiful to look at. It's been quite moist at night, the sun sometines only starts at 10 am because of fog. When I decide to grow we have the rainiest year in the past 13 years and also the coldest May since 2006, fuck...at least the RH drops to 30% when the sun's at max, it's also been quite cold, that'll probably avoid mold problems. She started to smell very gently this week. Started as a ripe guava sort of smell that has now developed to VERY sweety and fruity profile. Strong skittles smell when I press the flowers, which is awesome! I'm a big sugar fan, I did not expect this smell but I just loved it! Thank you for visiting and see you next week! This was a super easy variety to grow. It does well in a SCROG and is very robust. They are really very fast from seed to harvest. This one is an all time favourite. I like to share my weed, but this one goes on the top shelf :)
