50 days since my little girl sprouted from seed 🌱 Seventh week of growth for my OG Eddy Lepp Auto 💚🌺💚🌺 Nutrients: As I mentioned last time, I switched to mostly organic nutrients from Plagron and Biobizz💓 - Plagron Alga Bloom - is a complete fertilizer designed exclusively for the flowering phase. It contains all the important substances that the plant easily absorbs 🌸🌾 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plagron Sugar Royal - is a supporting enzymatic fertilizer designed exclusively for the flowering phase. It contains hormones, enzymes, vitamins and trace elements necessary for proper flower development 🍭🍭🍭 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plagron Green Sensation - Green Sensation is a professional flower stimulator and activator. It contains all the necessary ingredients that support flowering and also the formation of sugars, and thus the overall yield 🌊🌿 -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- Plagron Power Buds - is a biostimulant for greater bud formation and accelerated flowering 💚🏵️💮 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JUNGLE X Environ is a highly effective complex preparation for stimulating flower formation 🌸🌼 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------- BioBizz Bio pH - is an organic pH regulator. An aqueous solution of citric acid, which is naturally found in citrus fruits 🍋🍋 - I use it regularly after measuring the pH. Since the pH was now 6.5+, there was no need to lower the pH. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------- Terra Aquatica pH Test Kit - Very reliable, easy to use and inexpensive. The pH test kit conveniently replaces expensive pH meters. It contains a wide range from 4.0 to 8.5. 🌈 I have gently switched to mostly organic nutrients, with the addition of very gentle flower stimulants that are only slightly or partially mineral. General: OG Eddy Lepp Auto 💚🌺💚🌺 - The girl has taken the new nutrients very well. She is a tall, slender beauty that forms a large bud at the top 🌼💮 A few leaves have turned slightly yellow, but that is completely normal at this time of flowering 🍃🍂 The plant has long, strong branches on the sides, which are also full of distinctive flowers, which are now still white, like tufts of feathers. Light: Mars Hydro TS1000 The plants respond effectively and the light is technically very well managed - I try to have 50 cm between the light and the plants, so I move it up regularly 💡💡💡 Thanks for the likes :) See you soon 😍😍

it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).

She looks absolutely awesome, has come stronger since the supercroping technique, she got the branches up again, and now she's more open and can get a bigger light penetration in all the bud sites, let's see how this wonderful lady performs, the aroma it's not too strong yet and the resin production is not too much either but smells very sweet, let's see how she performs! 💚🌱✌️💎

D-70 : Chaco Haze. They just look amazing, even 1/4 is very small (about 40cm). At this stage she should be 60 or 70 cm high... Anyway, the flowers are doing great. I really hope the will continue to grow. I dream of a grow room full of flowers between 1 and 1.4 m high ! Still 8-9 weeks to go, so they have time :)

As of day 14, the Blackberry Kush is still exhibiting it's abnormal leaf growth. I've only ever seen this on another genetically purple strain, so I am curious if there is a connection. If anyone has seen similar issues in their own plants let me know! It's growth hasn't been too bad, and I am sure it's going to continue to take off over the next week! I usually top my plants between day 14 and 21, so i am hoping it is growing vigorously enough to prevent any stunting. I haven't seen any adverse effects from temporarily switching to my plentiful dry cal-mag, so I am happy about that so far! I am still adding a similar EC worth of Cal mag (.5) so it's good to have dialed in a rough equivalent. I hope everyone is staying safe, and happy growing! 👍🌱 Day 15: the leaf growth continues to be very screwy, and even if it's at least partially a genetic issue I continue to triple check all my practices and parameters. The PH drifts up mildly in my reservoirs between cleaning/remixing of nutrients, but it is going from roughly a 5.8 up to a 6.2 (at worst) with no change in the EC/PPM. Between the lack of EC drift and lack of smell, I don't think there are any major bacterial issues. The outflow PH is also acceptable (5.8) and the outflow EC is around .2-.3 above inflow, which is also acceptable. I dug into the coco a little bit, and the medium is not oversaturated with water (it is always a bit "fluffy" with good drainage and never compacted) and the roots are white and healthy. With the healthy vigorous growth of the other Blackberry in the same conditions, it brings me back to this being at least partially a genetic issue. I looked through grow questions of other diaries for similar leaf issues, and it seemed that most were either blueberry or blackberry strains from a range of breeders. This could be purely a coincidence, but it does make me wonder. The grows with similar issues seemed to otherwise have no commonalities in how they were grown. I am going to keep trying my best with this plant regardless, so I hope it pulls through alright! Day 17: being very careful with my PH and keeping it a bit lower, to rule it out as a possible cause of the twisted leaves and less vigorous growth. I am keeping it between 5.5 and 6 for the time being to make sure there is no lock out of micro elements like boron. As per the comments, I am being more accurate be using a pH pen as opposed to drops which I may have misjudges. I topped the plant, which is definitely a risk! But I am hoping for some healthier leaves to come in, and the plant hasn't stunted so far! It has grown the number of nodes it should have for its age, it just not as filled in and lush as I would like it to be. Day 19: I have been monitoring PH especially carefully, taking a few measurements per day and keeping it between 5.6 and 5.8 (a little on the low side). The runoff is consistently under 6 as well. EC and other conditions have stayed where they should be as well. I reduced any PH drift by running the air pump for the res 24/7, instead of just for mixing and before fertigations to rule that out. But I haven't seen any overall improvements for the leaves so I am reverting back to my theory of a genetic issue with this particular plant. It's growing larger and it's stems are thickening, so I'm just going to keep it growing as well as I possibly can and see what it yields!

Wow good growth this week. Early in the week I noted she fell over and needed support. Seemed very top heavy. She seems to be growing much faster, much earlier in a small pot as opposed to my normal 20L pots... Still don't know if she's auto/photo yet either 😬

Room is still yellowing quite a bit prematurely. I’m going to feed once more and adjust ph back to 6-7. I’m starting to cut my RO water with filtered tap water at 1:5 ratio, to stabilize the ph a little more and to see if the tap water can help with deficiencies I’ve been seeing. I have heard that it’s not good to add calmag in mid flower and I really don’t want to mess with heavy metals that could affect the way the plant smokes. The powdery mildew has come back. It is only affecting the cheese, slurricane and black garlic #2. All three of these plants are in the same corner so it must be something I’m doing environmentally. That’s the coldest part of the tent so maybe the added fans are letting it get too cold. The small fan I added is probably unnecessary and I might move it to my veg tent. If the powdery mildew keeps getting worse, I’m just going to let it ride out and then wash the final product. I should have trained and topped these in veg a lot better but I got lazy and didn’t want to.

D43. The start of a new week, and not much to report. ------------------------------ D46. The reservoir is finally just about empty after 17 days. I'll top water with compost tea and sprouted seed tea tomorrow before filling the reservoir again in a couple of days. ------------------------------ D49. We're at the end of the third week of flower, and things are on autopilot. I'm not completely happy with the soil I'm testing as I'm seeing clawed and burnt leaf tips. Maybe I'm being picky, as it's relatively minor, and the plant looks happy overall, but I have never seen this growing in my own soil mixes. I filled up the reservoir with 7 liters of water @ pH 6.0. I adjusted the pH to be on the lower end since it has a tendency to creep up over time. ------------------------------

During the third week of vegetation I started practicing Mainling's technique. To do this, I patched the plant at the third node and cut all the underlying shoots. ✂️🌱 I tied the two main branches with string to keep them down. The plant appears to be responding well and shows no signs of excessive stress. ✔️

10/10 great plant. Had to move three times while she was flowering and she only gave me a handful of seeds from stress. Diary is a bit short because I don’t have many pictures of her from while I was moving her. But I have more seeds and will definitely grow again.

Started the week with a flush and have been preparing for flower/ recovering from some stress. Trying out the flush to see how good of a response I get to flower nutrient uptake...open for advise. Ive been doing a lot of research and am just doing what seems rite to me as I continue to learn, this is 1st time ever training or applying a feed schedule to a plant I started Foliar Feeding daily this week with Bush Dr Flower Kiss by fox farm and have noticed the plant really liking it. I changed up my Cal mag to advanced nutrients Cal mag Xtra because it seems to have everything my plant was telling me I was missing recently, I like that it replaces the Kelp me Kelp you by fox farm (recommended in the FF nutrient schedule) and gives you slightly stronger doses of cal mag my plant seems to like now.

Let's step into her world once again and revel in the beauty of patience. A Symphony of Patience and Growth <3 As I gaze upon our Purple Lemonade, I'm reminded that patience isn't just a virtue—it's a symphony. Each day that passes adds another note to the melody of her growth. The buds, though close to perfection, are still withholding their final act. And you know what? That's perfectly okay. Buds Basking in the Limelight <3 Oh, those buds! They've continued to flourish, each one a testament to the care and love poured into this cultivation journey. While they tease us with their resplendent beauty, they're not quite ready for the harvest party. But rest assured, when they're ready to shine, it'll be a spectacle worth waiting for. Anticipation: Nature's Grand Gift <3 Anticipation, my friends, is a gift from nature. It's a reminder that every stage of growth is a treasure, every moment in the garden a blessing. The longer we wait, the more profound the reward. As the days unfold, the flavors deepen, the aromas intensify, and the experience becomes more nuanced. A Lesson in Letting Go and Letting Grow<3 Our journey with the Purple Lemonade Fast Flower is a dance between our nurturing hands and nature's timeless wisdom. It's a lesson in letting go, allowing her to flourish at her own pace. As growers, we're caretakers and companions, learning to listen to the whispers of the plant itself. Embracing the Journey, Not Just the Destination <3 While the finish line may still be on the horizon, the journey itself is a treasure trove of lessons and joys. The process of cultivation is as enriching as the final harvest. It's a testament to our dedication, patience, and connection to the natural world. Nature's Masterpiece Unfolding <3 So here's to another week of growth, another chapter in the incredible story of our Purple Lemonade Fast Flower. As we watch her unfurl her petals, let's remember that we're witnessing nature's masterpiece in motion. Thank you for accompanying me on this patient dance of growth. https://lumatek-lighting.com/ <3 <3 <3 Growers love to you all <3 <3 <3 " Arising from a cross between purple and citrus Cali genetics, Purple Lemonade FF (Fastflowering) offers a complex high made up of perfectly balanced cerebral and body effects that are ideal for daytime use. Expect an extremely enjoyable high that boosts your mood while deeply relaxing your whole body and getting rid of muscle pain. This meticulous cross produces up to 550 g/m2 of some of the most beautiful purple buds, with pinkish and reddish hues that will catch everyone’s attention. The beautiful purple buds are ready for harvest in 7-8 weeks and come hand-in-hand with unbelievably sugary citrus terps that are just as refreshing as a cold lemonade on a hot Summer day. It’s the ideal variety for the sweet-tooth stoner seeking strains that deliver both in quality and quantity of resin. Bud Description Purple Lemonade FF grows chunky, spade-shaped buds that boast a whole range of pinkish-purple hues with rich, dark orange pistils shooting out of every direction. This variety stands out for the, oftentimes, lilac trichomes that give them a gorgeous pink tint and make for outstanding purple concentrates. The buds give off a delicious tart lemon aroma that reveals a sweeter, more fruity scent as you break the buds open. Definitely a must for flavor chasers and those looking for pungent terpene profiles. Smoke Reports Purple Lemonade FF offers an effect that’s just as unique as the flavor. Expect a potent uplifting high that gives you that energy boost you need to get things done while 100% happy and stress-free. The effect gradually transforms into a wave that works its way along the limbs and through the muscles, deeply relaxing your body and putting you in the right mindset to go through a busy day with a huge smile on your face. This is an excellent all-day smoke as it not only increases energy but can also help combat chronic pain, migraine and stress. Plant Appearance This feminized photoperiod variety develops a thick and strong structure, growing a medium-sized main cola with multiple shorter side branches, typical of hybrid strains. Purple Lemonade FF develops fairly short internodal spacing with gorgeous purple buds growing stacked on top of each other, making it the perfect choice for growers of all levels looking to get lots and lots of top-shelf purple weed, as this variety can produce up to 550 g/m2 in a 7-8 week flower cycle. Grow Tips This is a super fast feminized photoperiod version that takes approximately 7-8 weeks to flower with a 5-week vegetation cycle,, this means you can have faster harvests by shortening the veg cycle or have a longer veg cycle for bigger yields. Purple Lemonade FF (Fastflowering) makes for a great candidate for growers of all levels as it’s a vigorous strain that will thrive with basic maintenance both indoors and outdoors. This is a resin powerhouse so make sure to have your trim bin close by as all the resinous sugar leaves will make for the most mouth-watering hash and extracts. Flavor Expect a long-lasting citrus zest that taste just like it smells. Purple Lemonade FF reeks of a delicious blend of sweet fruits and tart citrus that’ll make your mouth water. On the inhale, expect sour flavors that taste just like lemon candy with hints of orange and a really subtle earthy background. And on the exhale, the citrus flavors open up, giving place to a more sugary berry fruitiness that leaves your whole mouth tasting like an extremely sweet weed-infused lemonade.

2/26: Harvested both Black Jacks and both Gorilla Girls tonight. They got a rough live trim, then chopped, washed, and hung to drip dry. Big, heavy, frosty buds on all 4 of them!👍 3/2: Still drying in the closet...amazing aromas!
