Week is going great. Buds are starting to thicken up and trichomes are starting to form. This is the thirstiest plant i have had, probably partly due to the high day time temperature, but it looks to be just a minor problem. Can start to see that the yeald will be higher than i expected just by looking at the buds.

Start Flush

The SCROG net was installed on the last day of Week 6, I included a couple pics from that night, to compare with how the plant looked the next day, which was the first day of Week 7. My nerve damaged fingers caused me to be a little rougher with her while the net was going on than I like, but as you can see, she bounced back very quickly and was reaching for the light less than 24 hours after being mangled lol. I will continue to systematically defoliate the upper canopy every night or two for the next several weeks, and will completely strip most everything below the net. Every night or two I'll tuck any branches that need tucking, and will remove any fan leaves covering bud sites. She spread out pretty well in the net, and truth be known i probably could have gotten away with a 6 week veg after, plants are a decent size in the net with the stretch left to go. Flip happens at the end of Week 7 The manganese issue seems to be getting much better by the end of the week. Will keep my pH levels at 5.8 for the remainder of this grow, and any subsequent grows. I also devised a fan mount to save on space in the net. Instead of standing the fan, i simply cut a piece of 1x3 to length, drilled 2 holes in each end, large enough for zip ties to pass through. then I simply zip tied it to the tent poles, took the legs off the fan, and screwed the base to the board. I placed a piece of foam on top, as the screws were a shade long and I was afraid the small protruding tip would eventually puncture the tent. Works much better than expected. No movement in the mount at all.

Grow report week 6: The recovery and the training Hello dear growers and growerettes, it’s time for an update on my grow. My plants have completed the sixth week and have grown further. But they also mastered some challenges that I will tell you about. The recovery This week I had to save my plants that suffered from a nutrient deficiency. The reason for this was the combination of osmosis water and BioBizz fertilizer, which the plants did not like. I came across reports on the internet that reported the same problems and switched back to normal tap water. The plants already started to turn yellow and showed signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. On the day of realization, I fertilized the ladies with normal tap water, as well as twice a week a mix of water, Acti-Vera and Fish-Mix from BioBizz as a foliar fertilizer. To be on the safe side, I watered two liters per plant today after almost complete drying out of the pots, which is a lot, but I wanted to make sure that the soil is equally well supplied. Since I have fabric pots, I worry less. I believe to recognize that the plants will make it, as their development has improved greatly. The next two weeks will show it. The training This week I continued the low-stress training and bent and tied the plants further. The low-stress training is a method to gently bend and tie the plants to improve the light distribution and air circulation. The goal is to keep the plants low and wide and promote more side branches and flower clusters. The training works very well with the gained experience now. The plants are bent in one week and will then be allowed to come up again. I hope all the work will pay off despite the short weakening of the plants. The outlook I am very satisfied with the result of the sixth week. My plants have recovered well and trained and have shown great growth. I look forward to the next two hopefully healthier weeks. Hello growers, I harvested all the chicks 🐥 and La Bomba was left alone in the coop 😀💣. The aroma is sweet and spicy, hard to describe but very pleasant. The buds are dense and beautifully colored. I put them to dry in a space at 17 °C and 60% relative humidity. Peace and happy growing! ✌️

Going great. Just topped, transplanting by Saturday into final 5 gallon smart pots. 1/4 nutes. Probably fire up the MH after transplant.

Had to toss one of these but have a clone still. Going to post pics of #2 in its place. Aight so the other day I found another hermie in the very early stages. So I emptied the tent and sat in there in the pitch black for 15 minutes to let my eyes adjust looking for anywhere light could get in. Because I have 2 veg tents in the same room on 19 hr schedules it's impossible for me to have the room the tent is in be pitch black. There was no leaks in the fabric but the air vents at the bottom, even tho I only have 3 open a little bit, let in the slightest amount of light. I had to toss out a mandarin cookies R1V2, a bwiz x Rocberry and a gushers. I found a male flower on a Hawaiian snow x wc x g33 on a lower but instead of tossing it I removed all the lowers and am going to check daily to see if its aight or not. I ordered a ac infinity 4 inch fan, some light proof ducting and a intake carbon filter to be able to set up a intake and close the vents. Very little pollen may have dropped which could seed everything but I might have found it just in time we will see. I almost retired on the spot but I'll give the intake fan a shot as a last ditch effort. Otherwise I would have to remove the veg tents or have intake fans and no open vents for all tents. The two fastbuds are showing many pistils, whereas the two zambezas seems to be a bit behind in flowering, must be for the ruderalis genetics I imagine. Haply with the way the canopy is developing, looking forward to see these babes fatten up!!

48 hours in wet paper towel, after to the coco peat pellet. the pellets really expand, hydrate them first. I am not trying to be an example of coco medium, this is my first time working with it, diary for documentation. Once I had a good menu of nutrients I started to look at the coco. spent a good couple of weeks with free time to read about the coco, not as easy as prepared potting soil but a few have said it is good results once you get the hang of it. so i am set to go. I also have one seed from a retail cannabis package. It is from GAGE - Strawberry fire OG, Packaged AUG 2020, Purchased Sept 2021. One seed inside. I will see, it is in the wet paper towel at the moment. thanks and best to you's' day 7 from number one sprout: I am omitting the pH down 2 feedings now, little yellow tone in the first two seedling, going to balance straight forward from now on. number one seedling has now pushed up, ready for calmag tomorrow , number two is 7 days on thursday but looking like a good push start still a bit tall although straight. i will be rotating calmag - root booster for the first week of feeding. the pH down is a powerful concentrate, 6.5 to a hard 4 with a few drops in a 4L. wow! so I am using one 4L as a pH down to get a rusty orange (that is on pH water drops for the feedings). I have not tested but I think the root booster and calmag will pH down as is, so I am looking to pre-mix each in separate 4L. (20-12-21 4:20PM) ** interesting observation - I am used to wet paper towel to (as some say ) "pop the seed" which in my experience results in a tail like growth, (that is a few drops of water on seed between paper towel between saucers). but with a cup of slightly warmer than room temperature water covered in foil, the result was a seed split down the middle like a clam looks. ok thanks! - number three was germinated in cup of water.

Week 19 november - 25 november 23 november - D1 flowering I watered it a little too much. as it is colder I will start giving 1.5L of water instead of 2L

The plants bounced back after the defoliation and a watering with Squid concentrate and some water that had banana peels soaked in it for a few days. I just got the Fox Farms trio of nutes and will introduce those on the next watering.....probably tomorrow. Now, to search for what the light patches on the leaves are. Hmmmm?

28.8 Eight flowering week is done now and one week of flushing. Both look excellent but they'll go nine weeks. Other one maybe at day 60 because she already is pretty ripe looking. Barney's recommend was 60-70 days so I'll check at 9 weeks 63 days... I'll keep flushing and girls still swell and stack trichs nicely.👌 Not much to report.. Thank for checking in! Happy growing! 👽
