And now there was two. At the begining of the week I chopped down and hung the first two plants. Cut the plants in two pieces at the stem and hung the halfs. This was after two days in darkness. Continued to flush the last two with straight tap water all week. Plucked some fan leaves getting ready for drying. Today is the official last day of flower as I put the last two in darkness. The drying room is 66 degrees and 55% humidity. Sounds perfect to me for a longer slow drying process. This will be my last update until the harvest report. I did a clean and bleach in the flower room and will now move in the Black Dog plants and flip to flower. Perpetual growing is happy days! Thanks for looking. Cheers.

Earlier in the week, I saw a discolored bud, and upon closer inspection, I found bud rot. Ugh. I immediately cut off the infected bud and the one closest to it. I looked through the canopy but couldn't see any more affected buds. Right after, I went out of town for a few days to Mary Jane, the big Cannabis Conference in Berlin. It was the first one after legalization, and it was wild. I had an awesome time, and it was great to meet up with friends while in Berlin. What wasn't so great was seeing more signs of budrot when I returned home—those days of +85% humidity at the start of last week made the botrytis go brr. Sigh :( Checking the trichomes showed it was still early to harvest, but I decided to chop anyway to save the unaffected buds. I also decided to hang each branch separately, as it would allow me to inspect each one closely to ensure no affected buds made it into the drying tent. Another reason is to decrease the drying time. Usually, I prefer a long dry, but due to botrytis, I aim to speed up the process. Overall, I found 12-15 affected buds, and of course, they're always the nicest-looking buds. I don't care about the yield loss, as more than enough is still left. I only hope the remaining buds are unaffected, and I'll inspect them daily throughout the dry. Now we wait. And hope.

WEEK 8 (Day50-56) Week No. 8 went quite smoothly. One of the plants still has a slight deficiency due to the intense light, while the other has stretched way too aggressively. At one point, it was almost 15 cm taller than its neighbor, which I didn’t like at all. So, I took a rather bold approach. Using supercropping, I brought the plant back to approximately the same height as the others. I bent the shoots and stabilized them in the new position using plastic training clips and some tape. This was done just before the photos were taken, so they don’t look their best at the moment. However, I’m confident it will work out well. Other than that, I haven’t changed much. The lighting remains at 24 hours, and I slightly increased the amount of fertilizer again.

Giorno 57 - procede bene, ho tolto qualche foglia morta sotto, l’odore é davvero troppo forte anche fuori dalla grow box, comprerò Ona Gel Giorno 58 - ho continuato a defogliare sempre su “CARAMEL” le foglie morte, domani irrigherò Giorno 59 - fornisco 0,5 L di acqua a testa, procede bene, i fiori di “CARAMEL” sono rimasti nettamente più piccoli a causa delle carenze Giorno 60 - prima rilevazione dei Tricomi al microscopio, ancora trasparenti, credo che ci vorranno ancora 10 giorni prima del taglio… Giorno 61 - procede bene, domani darò ancora acqua Giorno 62 - alla fine non ho dato ancora acqua, la daró domani, hanno iniziato a ingiallirsi le foglie di “CREAM” e manifestare carenze, spero di raccogliere tra una settimana Giorno 63 - fornisco 1 litro di acqua a testa. Le foglie di “CREAM” hanno macchie marrone rotonde, carenza di calcio, mi hanno consigliato di dare CalMag ma ormai sono a fine ciclo e attendo di raccogliere

Quite a week!! I did a light defoliation on day 30... I just did a heavy defoliation again on day 36.... I hope they handle this well!! I watered them on day 31 & 33... I I fed them a half dose of all 3 nutrients on day 35... They are starting to stink!! The Cloudline T6 works great!! I also LST'ed them on day 30... they seem to be opening up pretty good... even though I was really late applying the LST.... still learning!! Alana is 16" tall and Anna is 20" tall... Alana grew 6" this week!!! Incredible! I've been battling some humidity lately... it's been in the low 60's for the most part... that's part of the reason I so heavily defoliated today! Otherwise, this grow is going really well!! You'll notice I moved them into the flowering 4X4 tent... I needed to make room in the veg tent.... I germinated 2 Seedsman Strawberry Cheesecake Auto seeds and I'll start their diary tomorrow! Cheers!!

******** Week 9 - Feb 3 to 9/20 (Days 57 - 63 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs are turning this week. Kind of a boring week in a way because she has been such an awesome girl to grow!! Have not spent anytime looking at Trich colour this week.....too early anyway. What I have reflected on is that this girl has been very impressive to grow even though I have thrown curve balls at her. A little more attention to the LST ensuring a more even canopy and lighten the feedings, this girl can impress!😍 I wouldn’t get let her go in a tent as she will likely be kissing the light at some point😃 XL strain anyways.💪 On bigger branches I would clip off another node lower than I did to give a little more energy to fill in the tops. Not sure this girls top colas will fill in as much as one would like but........take your time girl😀 Much debate this week over how long she will run in order to determine her last feed.🤪 She had her last feed three times😃 but it was finally Saturday Feb 8, Day 62 as the last day of feed. Plan it to just flush with water and Rezin & Liquid Weight to the end.....or early 70’s anyway. Changed the light schedule again this week. Moved her to 19.5 hours of light because she is still not falling to sleep at lights out. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, will likely use Flawless Finish to flush the medium. Little more detail: Feb 3/20 - Day 57 - Water feed today. Runoff in tray was 6.3pH from yesterday. - 3L plain water. 30ppm and 5.8pH going in. - One minute she looks to be swelling and then others you think she is stalling.....”watched pot” idea. Feb 4/20 - Day 58 - Full feed today. Pot still had some weight. - 3L off full feed with 1125ppm and 6.05pH - Runoff water in tray before feed: 1900ppm and 6.5pH - Runoff water in tray after feed: 1800ppm and 6.3pH - Heavy leaf strip today. She is sticky :) Feb 5/20 - Day 59 - nothing today. - noticing more red hairs today....starting to finish more.....lower is still nice and white.....harvest in stages???? - Light cycle changed to 19.5hrs on and 4.5hrs off. Feb 6/20 - Day 60 - Verify medium today....close to flush - 3L feed of Sensyzime and Rezin @ 2ml/L and Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L. = 100ppm and 5.8pH - Runoff was 1450ppm and 6.4pH. - Followed the feed with 2L of 5.2pH water with Sensyzime & Liquid Weight.....bring down pH. - runoff after that was 1100ppm and 6.3pH.....better :) Feb 7/20 - Day 61 - Nothing today, still heavy. Feb 8/20 - Day 62 - ********Last Feed******** - Giving a bit of a flush with Sensyzime, Rezin, and Liquid weight @ 2ml. - 6L feed with 100ppm and 5.25pH going in. - Runoff - 350ppm and 6.3pH. - Evening giver her last full strength feed as listed for the week. - Going in was 5.2pH as she was not coming down much with high 5pH feeds. - Medium got a good soak and good runoff amount - That will be it. Hope she goes 10 to 14 more days.... Feb 9/20 - Day 63 - Dry out day - raised the light a bit.....will use lower pH water in flush......not much else other than let her dry out at this stage....... - her top colas are pushing out more new growth. - the tops are getting wider and forming a point more. Still growing, still healthy, flowers are here. I continue to scrog through the fence, and it looks as though the stretch is over. Some nice dark purple forming on the sugar leaves close to the flowers. Will let this one go till frost. Thanks for looking

Es war Zeit für die Ernte, im Urlaub hatte sich an der Pflanze im Folientunnel Schimmel an der Hauptcola gebildet und auch etwas an der Pflanze auf der Terrasse. Es hatte in dieser Woche sehr viel geregnet. die Pflanze wurde geschnitten und zum Trocknen aufgehängt.

Last leaf trim. Hopefully there's enough light getting to the lower bud sites now. Upped the bloom feed a little and turned on the secondary fan. Started to get a couple wet leaves where they were touching. I set up another tent too. 😬😬

Se sueltan amarras de LST y se deja de tejer en la malla. Ramas presentan crecimiento del 100% durante la semana. Se sube un par de cms la malla. Defoliación selectiva en día 14. Riego por medio con fertilizantes. Riegos abundantes solo con agua. Pistilos comienzan a ser más notorios. Leve olor. Poda de bajos en una semana más. Ventilador en mínimo durante la noche. Al máximo durante el día.

Explosive growth this week! Must of doubled in size. Some kind of hungry insects, caterpillars maybe? Minor leaf damage, nothing major. Going to keep up with Neam/Aloe/Kelp spray. No rain in the foreseeable future, 26c every day, early summer for sure. Doesnt appear to need any extra nutrients, will add some more Gaia Green next week. I've had Lupins here for the past few years, which are Legumes and have great nitrogen fixing qualities, not to mention this entire patch of land had 20 years of old decaying blackberry bramble which were cleared 3 years ago when we bought the place, and the soil is some of the richest I've ever seen. No shortage of Nitrogen in there. I'll be honest, this plant is twice the size this time of year then the last 2 years I've been growing outdoors. I'm a little concerned I'll need my ladder come Oct! I did FIM once earlier in the week, will FIM ever 2-3 weeks till July to try and keep the height under control.

So okay, this is the start of week 2 of plants life, as i stated in the previous week I bought a chiller with a compressor because the one that i bought previously did not work, so far had to change the bulkheads because of leaks and it seems that leaking just ended, so today i finally put some fresh water into the system and things look great. pH was 5.85, ppm 49, no juice is added yet, I'm suporting the humidity witha humidity dome over them and PPFD is 250-ish, can't adjust much, the lights i've got dont have a dimmer box , because of the lack of that some of the initial leaves did burn but eveythings nice so far. Will continue to update as I go, but for my first hydro I'm exhausted, learned a lot and wil continue to do so. Also!!!!, if someone comes by can anyone tell me WHY on earth one of my bucket fills more than the others??, i have 3 25w pumps, saame pumps distributing water and one of them is ALWAYS fuller than the others, ahd to adjust the knob that the pump has to level them out, and even after taht is not perfect.
