Week 10 beginning of the final stages. Smell is amazing 🤩 What would you guys make different?

Hum wondering if plant won't get to big and if my LST is wrong

Great colour coming into the buds and decent thiccc factor coming it. Very similar in smell profile/build structure to the Purple Lemonade Auto from @Fast_Buds. Not as fat overall in terms of buds yet but the base is there for a very strong finish in the final weeks. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Has a lot of bud sites on the main cola adding to the chonk but will need to give the sugar leaves a pre trim before the final bulk to avoid bud rot/mold. Seems very dense in there. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. So... It's that time again, I was planning on keeping her going for another 11 days but the trichomes are telling me differently, they are around 10% amber, with 70% cloudy and 20% clear. Personally, I like slightly speedy highs, and not such a fan of couch lock. So, she will be chopped in 4 days time (D121 - F74). I have cut back the nutrients, water is around 500ppm now, leaves on the top of the canopy are yellowing. The pistols have turned a pinky brown, and there is a real difference in smell these past few days, proper heavy dank smell. I will be swapping out the water for a final flush on D118 - F71. She will be in the dark for for the last 48 hours and temps will stay at 16ºc. She will be wet trimmed, a cola at a time, and then hung in my grow room in the dark at 55% RH and approx 14 - 16ºc. I will post one last flowering week once she is hung up in 6 days time or so, and then will post harvest details once she's dry enough to go into jars. Happy growing all!

Frosty Frostbanger isn't growing any taller. I started measuring the cola today for height and width. It is 10 inches tall and I am not really sure how one determines its width. I took a picture and will ask a question to someone who is more experienced than me. I plan on entering this cola in a contest, however, I don't really know what I am going up against. :)😬 I have continued to feed my plant on a regular basis. It has been hot enough here in this area that I water/feed on a daily basis. We have a few more weeks to go until its harvest time. I am curious to see how big the buds are going to get. I can definitely see the dense, tight, resin-soaked buds that glitter like fresh snow in a sparkling winter wonderland as per its description of Fast Buds. . Buds also appear to be very compact. still seeing bud swelling and pistil growth. no visible fade yet.. vase cutting finally started to fade.... going to taper back to the boost only now going forward and ensure it doesnt dry out.. can see a bit more of its sativa traits in the bud structure now too which is interesting

🗓️ WEEK 4 / DAYS 22-28 (flo) 💧 The fourth week of flowering is marked by the introduction of a PK 8/9 booster, Green Sensation, into the nutrient solution. This joins the Power Buds flowering stimulator already in use since the transition phase, precisely following the Plagron feeding schedule. Consequently, given the plant's current needs, we are increasing the concentration of phosphorus and potassium in the nutrient mix. The pH is oscillating between 5.9 and 6.2, and she is consuming approximately 3 liters per day. 🌱 The plant is now entering the full flowering stage and appears to be in great condition. She is still stretching, having grown from 54 cm to 65 cm in height this week, although this is expected to cease shortly. Encouragingly, several side branches have almost reached the same height as the central cola, which is excellent news for uniform light absorption (look at day 27 flo). Towards the end of the week, I performed another substantial defoliation, 13 days after the previous one, and also removed the lowest branches that were not receiving sufficient light. Having already undergone several defoliations during the vegetative and transition phases, the plant is responding well even to this significant intervention during this delicate stage.

So this lady is almost ready quite few of the trichomes are starting to be milky ,so another 1-2 weeks and will start flushing smells rather gassy and stacking up nicely now 💪💪💪

Week 6 . These ladies have certainly got with it this week and all been busy root building. They have all hit the bottoms with ice thick roots , ready for all that food coming. The Gorilla Glue#4 has been pushing so many new growth tips it will be sad to strip them out again Wedding cake is similar with a lot of height gains ( but encouraged to stay low again with some stem bending and bruising/crushing. This should make it easier to bend them once in the nft trays. her growth tips are numerous now too. Ghost of is another matter altogether, she has been struggling to catch up and now has at least drawn level with a recent newer growing. I have ow stripped it back to the 3rs and 4th node but oddly there were no real paired nodes. She seems to be growing more like a clone at this point???. I know once they hit the nft pace they will fly so I am hoping to flip them at about week 8 so I can keep them managable during their stretch. Have a great week Growmies.

Freaked out this week cause I couldn't smell the plants anymore. Turns out I caught covid, yay! Not much content because I was resting up mostly. Getting plants ready for chop, many seed packs say you can chop by week 8 of flower - that's actually the earliest one can harvest. If given the time like a home grow, one can wait 1-2 weeks longer to harvest. Also in the cases of sativas like mine, they can flower for up to 12-16 weeks.

Well she’s is strong and today is day one of flower. I have turned the lights off for the next 24 hours. Cleaned the Reservoir. Increased the nutrients for the flip. I am running 1 mL of each flora grow flora bloom flora micro silica and Cal mag. My 12 hour light schedule be from 8 AM to 8 PM lights on 8 PM to 8 AM lights off. I will need to dehumidify a little bit to get it down to about 50 and then 45 I believe would be good once the pistols start coming in and colas start to grow. Ive been thru a lot with this plant due to user error but the genetics are strong and this plant can take serious abuse. I would absolutely recommend the strain for a beginner as you can see my many mess ups and still this plant survived and is ready to be budded now. She scroged well with topping multiple times. She’s not a fan of heavy nutrients she also does not like a high pH. You can clearly see the bomb genetics in it as these plants tend to explode in growth very easily. I am extremely happy with this growth so far even with the hiccups. I cannot wait to see these callers grow hopefully fat and happy and heavy.

This week has been awesome as far a new growth . The girls are coming along fine . I’m seeing some yellowing on the leaf tips so for the next few watering I’m going to use straight water and no nutrients. Overall both plant are healthy. I have some defoliating to do on both plants . I started low stress training but I stopped because with my work schedule ,it turned out to be a lot of work . So I plan on ordering a Scrog net to keep the girls evened out. Also every week or so I rotate the plants about a 1/4 turn to distribute sunlight and I’ve been tucking some of the bigger fan leaves 🍁 to get more light at the bottom.
