Still a Mystery… Or Maybe Not? 🤔🌿 Alright, growmies—this “Mystery Autoflower” is keeping me on my toes. The more I observe her, the more convinced I am that she’s no auto at all. At this point, there should be pistils everywhere... but nope, still no sign of preflowers. That’s definitely not typical for an autoflower this far in, and I’m starting to think I might’ve accidentally popped a Red Hot Cookies seed instead. 😅 Well… turns out my so-called "Mistery Autoflower Magic" from Sweet Seeds wasn’t quite what I thought she was. After week after week of no pistils and a stretch that just wouldn’t stop, I had my suspicions—and now it’s confirmed: She’s not an auto at all, but a photoperiodic Red Hot Cookies! 😅 Honestly, I’m not even mad. She’s been growing beautifully, showing strong structure and healthy vigor all along. She did stretch nicely over the past days, which had me thinking bloom was kicking in—but so far, it’s just veg vibes. Still, she’s looking healthy and happy, so I’m not complaining. 💧 Feeding Routine this Week: 🔸 BioBizz Grow, Bloom and Top Max 🔸 CalMag 🔸 Alg-a-Mic 🔸 Silica spray (every 3 days for strong leaves) 🔸 Homebrewed compost tea (2 days after feeding) 🔸 Effective Microorganisms (2 days after that) 🌡️ pH: 6.5 📈 EC: 1200 Let’s see what the next week brings—maybe she’s just fashionably late. Time to take off a few fan leafs. Most plants are 5-7 weeks old. (Start of week 7). 2TD just popping their heads up. 2 - LZ, 2 - CJ and 1 D are 2 weeks old. Hate to spread it all but but just made a big move into a new home... the older plants were stressed to much in the first few weeks and it shows in their size. I have higher hopes for the new plants and they are looking on point for sure. Love organic weed!!!

She seems to doing well but I'm curious to see what will happen if I keep trimming her to shape her. Instead of having to lollipop later in the grow.

**EDIT** just an FYI... SmokieMcPot wants NOTHING to do with Seedsman!! Appreciate the response I got from them after replying to one of their spam mailers in dm... lets me know everything I need to know about their company... I'll continue to plug breeders/vendors that I feel deserve the advertising. I won't EVER plug a Seedsman bean! How time flies... Start of week 6 is it?? I feel I've put these girls a week behind, but then again I'm sure they'll bounce back just as hard as they have already. I just keep stressing these bitches out 🤣. so far have ive topped both, supercropped TF out of em (should have tied em down again too), swazz'd (to an autoflower point I guess)... what else can I do to hurt these girls feelings?? Running the GHE wk 1 bloom feed at full strength (1237ppm total). Will continue to adjust strength depending on how much TDS drops in 12/24hrs. May update later with a vid to show how thick the main is. BTW I forgot to set timelapse for day 34, so the carnage and immediate aftermath won't be added to the week unfortunately. Day 36- i accidently farted while working in the closet tonight... i think i may have to burn everything in there now and start from scratch.. it was THAT bad!.. i dont think a million apologies will make up for making these girls inhale THAT, nor flush it out of their systems. damnit!! Day 37- woke up to a puddle in the catch tray!!! couldn't find it so i ripped out the net. didnt really want it in there yet, but was helping with a few branches. ended up being the silicon light protector pad in the back directing splash from the dripper next to it right out a LST hole i drilled in the bucket. easy fix.. RES change tonight. same week 1 bloom medium strength since its the same as week 2 formulation. ended up being 1327 after PH corrections. water started off 300ppm calmag and started using hydroguard again since the h2o2 did the trick a while back and we're in the clear. plants looking awesome, and have another 19 days before another major defol. uploading vid of a new system im working on as a teaser for the next grow... its far from finished... but the final product will be showcased later on. Bigger version of this waterfarm and its upgrades. Plus something a buddy wants me to try, but I'm waiting on the plated titanium mesh to show from China to finish that piece and bring it to show and tell for everyone to see. Day 38- PM RES change due to TDS drop from 1327 to 902 in 24hr. WG starting her droop letting me know. She sure does pump right after a fresh change. Must have went light on my measurements cause I ended up in the 1100's. As long as the ratio is right, that's what matters. I don't know exactly WHAT they're eating, just that they are. Adding anything could risk a lockout. Looks like WG is trying to tell me to back off on the Nitrogen?? Maybe dialing it back a bit on accident worked out for the best.. Mild defol tonight to open up those bud sites. supercropped a few more fresh stretch limbs on GC. Day 39- selective leaf plucking tonight. Bare minimum to keep things opened up. RES change later in their day, tomorrow for me. Will be lowering the nitrogen a hair since 2 or 3 of WG leaves are curled downward at the tip. Will update with the breakdown after the fact. Day 40- WG has been looking hungry since yesterday. Don't blame her cause RES is down from 1100's to mid 7's. Even with topping off with 300ppm calmag'd water around 2.5L a day now. Changed RES before they woke from their nap. Modified week 2 transition GHE "medium". Breakdown as follows: 2 gal calmag'd water - 300ppm Micro - 11.6mL Grow - 11mL Bloom - 14mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1253 @ 5.54. Day 41- WG looking hungry again... RES was already down 200 from its change not even 12hrs ago and down 1.5L. top off, PH adjust. changed RES during their night, right before "sun rise". same modified formula as yesterday. need to bump it up so EC doesnt drop as fast. GC need to pick up the pace, cause i dont want WG getting full on amber by the time GC is done. random plucks here and there to keep things kinda opened up without taking off too much ATM. few leaves on GC showing small brown spots, calmag def?? hmm.. already using 5mL per gallon to get to 300ppm.. *edit* looks like the start of a calcium deficiency. Odd, cause I'm adding 5ml/gal now as per the bottle. Raises ppm from 80 to 300. How much is too much?? Going to try 7mL per gal for a few days and see if we can nip this in the butt. As always. Hello everyone, here is an extra week of flowering, the plants are doing well, it starts to bloom, unfortunately an accident occurred: my fan fell into the canopy which caused me some damage, I tried to recover as I could. ..I just hope it will not have repercussions on the future but the plants seem to manage that ... to follow ... for watering from next week I will start to reduce fertilizer ... now place to photos

Started LST today but as of Day 22 Mazar was 24 cm Daiquiri was 13 cm and Auto Ultimate was 22 cm. They are doing really well and growing fast!! Daiquiri is definitely shorter then the other two but I believe that is her nature.

This week I started the regular fertigation schedule for the vegetative period. I'm getting very precise with the measuring of the nutrients, I'm using some industrial syringes for accuracy like Dr. Coco recommends. The TDS is high - I'm working on it. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 10; Friday 23rd October: Nutes in with some LST and defoliation again. Diatomaceous Earth going onto the soil tops today to beat this thrips problem.. Sticky traps to catch the live ones. Glad I caught them fairly early as the girls still look ok. Raised my LED slightly today to give the girls a bit more room to grow and tonight I’m making my dehumidifier in a cardboard box solution to get the dehumidifier out of the tent to bring down the temps to a sensible level to deal with these thrips. I had no probs with thrips until the dehumidifier went in and raised the temps too much. So hopefully these small tweaks with get me back on track. Update same day: dehumidifier in a box method built, my handy work is in the pics, will update again tomz with humidity and temps checked to see if this shit worked! 🤞🏼🙏🏼 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 10; Sunday 25th October- Dehumidifier in a box idea was total shit lol but... I found that just rigging up the ducting to the dry air outlet and leaving the rest of dehumidifier in the open rather than in a box and then pumping that into the tent works much better than having the dehumidifier inside the tent. The plants have soooo much more room, fresh air and temps although slightly higher are not as crazy.. After careful inspection, I couldn’t see one thrip today and my sticky traps have lots of little bugs stuck on them 💪🏼🙏🏼... I’m pretty sure I’m not out of the woods yet, so to not disturb the Diatomaceous Earth in the soil bed I’m going to water them via the bottoms of the fabric pots for a few waterings to really ensure I cut those bad boy thrips to shreds 🤞🏼😎 Nutes will be going in too late tonight when I water them via the bottoms for the first time.. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 10 - Tuesday 27th Oct Girls looking good and the watering via the bottoms went better than expected.. So the Diatomaceous Earth can still do it’s job. Can’t see any thrips but I know they’re still there but no way near as many as before. Buds are still really small and in some areas look like they are beginning to turn orange already, I hope my LED is not burning them. I don’t think it’s that as some of the lower buds under foliage seem to have the same. Will keep an eye! Happy days 💚🍃🌱🙏🏼

Video quality is so so for closeups with GoPro. Both phenos are super fire 2 more watering and will be flushing for about two weeks should take me near harvest at week 9-10. Mars Hydro FC4800 dimmed at 300w, will help lower temps and bring out those colours.

Weeks been chill, plants are not drinking as much as I thought they would be. Still annoying to water them separately with PH'd shit, some days I just give them tap and say fuck it. Can't say they are doing the best they could be doing. Been to busy with other things to give them the full attention they need for a first time liquid feed grow. Really should have done this indoors but I hate running a tent in the summer when the sun and heat are free. Granted the tomatoes are blocking some of their sun, have to move them aorund. been meaning to do that but no where to put them where they won't block out some other plants. Been having some fun making the little videos each week, been using open shot video editor to mash it all together and it works quite nice. Few crashes here and there as this laptop is garbage. It has so many features that I am not fully utilizing like cuts and effects but I've kept it stupid simple. Bugger one of the videos did not upload into the diary. Annoying AF these things take forever to "resize/convert" I like how the dead Blue Cindy plant looks like a biophage, sifi like alien thing.

Hola tod@s, pues aquí tenéis las RQS North Thunderfuck Como podéis ver en las imagenes están a tope, el resultado de las podas no puede haber sido mejor, plantas compactas con 3 - 4 colas principales, pues al hacer la poda apical las ramas inferiores han alcanzado la altura de las principales. Al final no las trasplante a 11l, no quería que se hiciesen demasiado grandes para que tuviesen más espacio entre ellas y así fomentar la circulación de aire para evitar el oidio, en los últimos días ha estado lloviendo y como os he comentado en otras entradas, a no ser que tengas una sala de cultivo con opticlimate o te hallas gastado mucho dinero en aislamientos y equipo, el clima de fuera afecta al interior también. Lo mejor es usar preventivos, así se evitan las sorpresas indeseadas. Pronto empezarán a asomar los primeros pistilos blancos, iré subiendo la EC poco a poco, en esta ocasión creo que podré subir un poco más, esta variedad es una comilona de cuidado, así que llegaré a los 1.9 - 2.0 de EC. Hace tiempo que buscaba una variedad que reaccionase así a las podas, al tener las ramas casi todas a la misma altura recibiran mucha más luz y más tratandose de iluminación LED que penetra menos que otro tipo de iluminaciones, lo cuál debe traducirse en una mejor producción. he realizado una última poda de bajos, ya no podré hacer más, para estimular el crecimiento de las ramas superiores, aparte en estas variedades de hoja tan ancha hay que quitar bastante, sin miedo, por la misma razón que comentaba antes de la penetración de luz. Espero que todo siga así y pronto empezarán a tener las primeras flores, saludos!!! 😃
