Blue Shark is looking fab! Still a darker green than everyone else. There are 2 videos this week, one where I explain how my plan for a tomato roof using materials I already had didn't work out, and the 2nd being about the rogue who grew in my pea bed (whom I affectionately call "Rogue One") who has been raised almost exclusively on my homemade compost. I had people who were concerned last year when I made my own compost tea from the compost in my pile. People were concerned about bacteria, nutrient profile, etc. I feel like a lot of people get really regimented in their feeding, and they sort of forget that these are plants and they can adapt. They take what they need if it's available. I moved away from using mineral salts this year because you have to be careful with so many of these fertilizers so that you don't burn the plant, you have to flush it so you don't get a harsh smoke, mineral salts causing lockout, etc. If you stick with products that are natural you don't really have to worry about nute burn. You don't have to flush for an extended period of time before harvest. You don't have salts building up in the soil that are detrimental that you have to periodically flush and then add beneficial microbes back in. There is another way.

The plant took off this week. I am relatively new so was working through getting my PH measuring/balancing down. Now that I have established a better method the plant responded well. Put in a scrog to help even the canopy for the future. The other plant I have running is a bubblegum autoflower that is a few weeks older (right). Personally I really loved the look of the gold leaf at this point, it had a very nice spiral look to it almost like an xmas wreath.

Questa settimana i fiori hanno rallentato la loro crescita ma continuano a produrre copiose quantità di tricomi. Guardando altri diaries su questa stessa genetica ho notato che in molti casi tende ad aumentare il volume delle cime nella 8 e 9 settimana

She is growing very nicely. The buds are getting bigger now and look frosty so far. This should be great strain to smoke and grow in future 💪

This weeks update! Grow tent- so I had a buddy do my res change I talked him through the whole process couldn’t make it to the grow this week. Number and everything where perfect but!. He didn’t close the valve all the way to the blue dream res tank and left the drain pump on🤦‍♂️🏾. So when I got there this week leaves where curling and brown thought it might be a nutrient issue. Opened the res to check it. And there was only about a gallon of water in there out of the usual seven. No major harm I was planning on doing my last defoliation to her this week anyway. But that could have been bad. They are both receiving half strength nutes of the ripening mix GH recommends. Would have been a perfect week if not for that. No harm no foul tho. But def bout to start pushing them on the flower nutes and get back up to my 1000 ppm range buy adding extra bloom formula! #Staykited

Another week closer to harvest! She’s looking and smelling amazing!! I can’t wait to smoke this delicious plant. I grew her once when I first started indoor, so I’m excited to feel the Swiss cheese stone!!

The plant grows extremely quickly and is constantly tied down with plant clips to create the largest possible scrog area. The Ac infinity cloudforge t3 humidifier was installed.

The size isn't awesome, but the high ammount of buds full of crystals plus the strong sweet aroma makes them awesome. Buds are growing and fattenning very very well. This week i added a boost of HomeMade CO2, i never measured the results of this invention so i can't give CO2 measurements. This method is widely used in home aquariums and there is where it comes from. For those interested i'm going to write here more detailed instructions. The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5. Con los 4 litros de agua que he preparado yo da para unas 2 semanas. ---NECESITAMOS--- - Botella de 250 ml - Botella de 5 a 10 litros - 400 g de azúcar por litro de agua - 1 sobre de levadura de postre orgánica (LA QUÍMICA NO FUNCIONARÁ) - 3 tubos de plástico de tamaño medio 40~50 cm - 1 tubo de plástico de tamaño pequeño 5~6 cm - 4 adaptadores para los tubos - Cola caliente para pegar y sellar los adaptadores El proceso de generar CO2 es simple, mezcla agua, levadura orgánica y azúcar en una botella, y el azúcar liberará CO2 en el proceso de fermentación a alcohol. 1. Haz un agujero en la tapa de la botella grande, inserta un adaptador y séllalo con cola caliente 2. Haz 3 agujeros en el tapón pequeño y haz lo mismo con los otros 3 adaptadores 3. Conecta los 2 tapones con uno de los tubos y conecta los otros 2 tubos a los adaptadores restantes 4. Conecta el tubo pequeño en la parte libre del adaptador del tapón pequeño que viene del tapón grande 5. Potted in to 20L and put under a 400w mh, they look a little tired as it was right before lights out. All going well and seem quite a vigorous strain

Still looking healthy and this week was mostly sun/cloudy. She keep starting smell more and more and i hope next week we can see some hairs coming and start flowering.
