Beginning of week 2! Flowering is progressing nicely. All plants have been sexed. Ended up being 11:11 female:male. Can't complain Already got some stud males picked out from the hash plants and the Zed blacks. Rainbow belts f3 had one male and 2 female. The females appear to have two smells but identical looking growth. Tall and thin leaves. Little stretch. The male is short and stocky. No stretch at all. I have stopped feeding since I saw slight nitrogen toxicity in several plants. I've marked that they are more sensitive which is something I view positively in a no till living soil situation as long as the flowers can back them up. To control my water pH I am using 12% humic acid and highly fermented kombucha that is practically vinegar. Not great for the overall microbe population in the kombucha but good for lowering a 9+pH solution that comes out of my tap. I am pitching recharge in about .5tsp/gal as well. Plants are looking good. I have noticed that the Zed black is growing better under lower humidities. I have my lights off during the day in order to reduce the humidity load on my plants. At night when humidity spikes I'll rely on the LED light to burn off a lot of the humid air. However if I had watered recently, which is becoming every other day at this point, the humidity with remain high for awhile. I have now added a dehumidifier. It's been helping a lot and ZB is doing better. Update 1.5 week Flowers are stacking. Mostly in the males lol. But the female bracts are starting to swell. Now onto the stem rubs HP: WOW. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I cannot tell if I hate this with a deep passion or I'm just wanting to grow it out for morbid curiosity. Smells like nail polish remover plus sulfur. I would feel bad giving this to someone because it smells so bad. Had a few that smell more like a freshly opened can of tennis balls that I dig. ZB: very strong pinene smells. Earthy and spicy. Little bit of citrus. Nothing out of the ordinary. Grown many hash plants and this a quintessential example Rainbow belts 3.0: I got a zkittles pheno with classic flavor. Fruit. But with a slight rotten citrus undertone that gives it a little character. Another one is pure pine sol. 100% pine sol. I do honestly love this flavor. Will be using both for seed making. The male is lemon lime candy. Will be pollen source.

I'm watering both of these plants 1 gallon ever 2 days. They're starting to build up!! As an overview You can see from the pictures that both are dealing with a little bit of heat stress. They are in a tent where all other plans love it hot and the temperatures are in the low eighties. if you look at the top leaves you can see canoeing my guess is it's heat. Other than that they're doing great #1 has shot up she stands nearly 12" tall now. this is the plant that we are letting grow completely natural no topping, No training. #2 on the other hand stands almost 8" tall and is much bushier, thicker, and squatter. You can see clearly in the video that we topped her and also are employing some low stress training to tie down her lower branches. both plants are beautiful and doing great! I expect #1 will be transplanted this week sometime #1 is 15" from the light #2 is 25" from it. Day 30: quickly measured because it looked like they grew a bit since watering Thursday. Definitely have too! #2 has easy gone up an inch. #1 is close to the limit of her pot I think.they both have asymmetrical growth 🤨 each have a branch on one side much taller than the other sides so I have begun rotating them daily to help light penetration. Day 31: Today I transplanted #1 she was in a 1Gal nursery pot for 31 day and starting to show some issues. I moved her into a 10x10 square nursery pot. Approximately 3gals. From here she will go into a 10Gal for flower in about 6 weeks!(I'm letting them get some size)Very faint yellowing of the leaves and needing to be watered daily. Attached is a video, showcasing her roots. Idk why, but everytime I transplant they look like the video. Everyone else seems to have an insane amount of roots.🤷‍♂️ #1s roots are some of the thickest I've seen tho, a regular tree! I transplanted using real growers recharge. That's about for today hope u had a great 4th!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Day 33: Just a quick update today. Check the video I say more in that than here. #2 has nutrient burn from the recharge. These are such easy plants!! They need and want nothing! Water them once every 48 hrs or so and that's it! Im obviously going to back off on the recharge tho for then next couple waterings.✌️💚🌱 Day 35: Finishing off the week with a transplant. We put #2 into a 10"x10" nursery pot. Works out to be 3 weeks in the small 3 weeks in the medium then she goes into a 12gal for flower. So, 4 plants. judging by the leaves, there is either a nutrient deficiency or lack of nutrients. This week, I will be defoliation, I think the final one, and onward to the harvest! I will listen to all advice, with pleasure 💚

After week 16 of this grow my 'Fruity Terps'-plants are ready to harvest. I check the trichome-heads with a handheld-microscope (magnification of 150, available in every growshop) and see that all have turned milky and some start to turn amber already. That means PEAK-THC (=all trichome-heads have turned milky) has been reached inside the trichome and it is time to harvest. If I would let them go longer now and continue to flower them, more of the trichome heads will turn amber as the THC breaks down again to other cannabinoids, and the effect of the cannabis will get more sedative when smoked. For some chronic pain patients this is what they want from their medicine, therefore it is advisable for them to let the weed flower than recommended. The aroma coming out of the tent is STRONG and DELICIOUSLY FRUITY! 😍 The fade from the flush has turned the bigger fan-leaves yellow or purple now, this shows the plant is using her own sugars now and has used up all nutrients saved inside her. That is exactly what I want, since a well flushed plant ensures a clean, smooth smoke when the buds are dried. This is my MEDICINE and I use it against my chranic back-pain from hernia, therefore I have to make sure I can consume my medicine as pure and clean as possible. All my plants have grown big buds, which are glistening with TRICHOMES, the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs did an OUTSTANDING JOB! In combination with the BIO NOVA nutrients, all plants THRIVED throughout the cycle and were able to grow healthy to their full potential.

Started the girls with some LST to see how they all coped and they bounced back well.

Week 5 already of Guava. She finally reached a good size and the first pistils started to show. Very excited about her stretching and the growth in the next weeks. Had some aphids this week, but spotted them early and could just remove them (about five or six only). So far no new are visible, but will watch closely.

I had to top Cantaloupe haze and White widow as they were too close to the lights and I didn't want to loose any ppfd on my lowers. My GSC seems perfect for not topping. next time I would top those strains at least once. I have been flushing the CH and getting run off around 1200ppm which seems like the max she can take the others like it stronger so I have been flushing them every 2-3 days. CH is tough to keep happy but will continue to monitor. All plants are in week 4 of flower 12/12 from seed.

Week 3 of Flower (Day 15-21) Should be the last days of stretch. Hopefully, because the height is limited and i do not want to rethink the top of my growtent. Beautiful flower development and i have had no problems in flower so far. I will turn the nutes up a bit, as they have not complained so far. Furthermore, i will lollipop or make a major defoliation when stretch is done, in order to deal with temp and humidity. Bonjour a tous et toutes j ai enfin trouver le temp et la force de sortir les petites de la tante ;) et j ai malheureusement vue que 2 tête de ma melon gum commencer à avoir un peut de bud rot (je n ai pourtant jamais dépasser les 50% d humidité mais j doit dire que les têtes on triplé de volume en 1 semaine et pour la circulation de l air pas top ) j ai donc coupé tous cela et désinfecté aussi bien que je le pouvais, par la suite j ai augmenté l apport en air frais (rajout d 1 gros ventilateur) Autrement tous ce passe pour le mieux fin de semaine on passe au flusch 😉 voilà voilà (Ps= 2 plantes n ont pas été sortie je ne veut pas risquer quel casse vue la hauteur et le poids en bud mais promis vous les verrais bientôt

Week 8 is complete for the gorilla gas. All 3 plants are finishing up and have started their flushing phase with the advanced nutrients flawless finish. Each plant has its own characteristics and aromas which is pretty neat. I should have a nice size harvest of this strain. The skunk and piney smell isn't my favorite aroma but it is pungent that's for sure. If your looking to grow a plant that's inconspicuous then this isn't the one for you. Very easy to grow plant overall just think it could have used a little more nutrients during the flower stage but that's what learnings all about. Happy with the grow overall. Thanks for following!!
