7.11. - Entering second week of flowering with some buds already developing. Leaves around are getting covered in sugar. I think even the smallest one might have some decent yield. I cut off some of the lowest branches so the bigger ones will get more energy. Watered. 9.11. - I did a decent defoliation on the biggest plant. Basically just the lowest leaves without any light and few small branches. 11.11. - I've decided to cut back on the nutrients as plants are starting to show signs of toxicity. Today I gave them just pure water. 7.11. - 13.11.

Not long left for her now I don't think. Buds are fattening up nicely the main cola is rock hard almost. Ridiculously strong pepper smell to her haha if you give a bud a rub a lovely fruity smell comes through though. Gonna do a week of dragon force next week then possibly start flush depending on trichomes. I have even checked them at all yet but will get it done over the weekend.

Last couple of weeks before harvest, when my tent is filled to the edges on all sides and the plants can only go up is the moment I will hit the switch to 12/ 12. She drinks a lot and drives all her energy to the buds, they are getting really huge 😎 I noticed some slight foxtailing on the upper colas but this is probably due to my QB being too close so I'll dim the driver down to 75% to end the flowering cycle of this GoldBarKush because I have no more vertical space left. The orange smell is delicious! Can't wait!

This week has been low temps, low humidity, slow growth. Upped the temps, lets see what happens GHL sent me some badass cactus breath cuttings in the mail, theyve been under a dome for 6 days and lookin for some roots by next weekend Peace, internet

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Today is day 74 since planting, so in theory I should have about 2 weeks to go. The taller plant will probably make that, the shorter may take an extra week or so. Overall, pretty boring week, as the buds are at the tail end of fattening up, should be right on the edge of ripening. The bud structures of the plant continue to be completely different, with the taller plant having a more typical sativa appearance while the shorter plant has dense, stocky nugs more like an indica. I'm just excited to see the end in sight. At this point in the grow I just want to harvest and start my next batch, but one of my growing mantras is " let the plant tell you when she's ready to be cut" so I will continue to wait impatiently until a vast majority of the trichomes are milky. Girls are too small to take loads of pictures of them in week 1 but here they are in the tent with some of my other plants that are going well just so there is something to look at in the mean time will update as soon as these new girls from sweet seeds take off i have had great success with them in the past

Easy as from day one , the seed was up in 2 days and never looked back . She loved the heat mat for the first few weeks and then responded so well to being tied down . Less than 90 days from seed to smoke and plenty of it .

Simply put I am so very pleased with the way this plant has performed my only worry is how to properly dry and cure this magnificent specimen
