What can I say about this plant, it spent most of the day in the shade, if it had the same conditions as dos si dos, it would eat it for breakfast in terms of yield... 450 g of dry matter and some popcorn... I am very satisfied with but the plant didn't get nearly as much sun as it needs...it didn't fill up, but it wasn't empty either, the heads are nice and fleshy...when I picked it, it smelled like lemon or KeyLime as Barney says...but no on citrus, but really lemon combined with some heavy stench, I can't wait for this miracle to work for some time in the jar... Next year we will see it in its full glory, so let's try to get a one kilo and a half dry from it alone, that's a bit of a challenge for me...but with this kind of genetics and this kind of variety, I don't think it will be a problem in 100-150 liters of soil for this kind of monster... this year my plants were in 40 to 50 liters of soil and almost each of them produced from 450 to almost a kilogram of dry grass

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

One of the seedlings died. Oh well. Dropped another seed in a cup of dechlorinated water today to start another one. It's been getting significantly warmer out so hopefully that will help things along.

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. Trellis netting is working and I'm spreading the canopy pretty well. We'll see what happens! I would recommended against the actual net I purchased, this shit is bulky, big and too stretchy.

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 17-6 After 10 days of drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 End result #1: 37 Grams of dried buds. 35.84 Grams of dried trim and very small buds, into the freezer. I would describe pheno 1 as normal frosty, almost stone like buds, smells chemical with hints of dish soap (i really like it!) I cant describe the taste but it was very tasty out of the box, before the cure, very sad i only had 37 grams of it haha. End result #2: Around 70 grams of dried buds. 43.23 Grams of dried trim and small buds, into the freezer for bubble hash. I would describe pheno 2 as very frosty buds, little bit fluffy, smells very gassy, with a nice sour taste after curing a couple of months. Very interesting strain, i will definitely grow it again! I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! If you are interested in me making bubble hash feel free to follow me as i will make some in the next month, this way you keep notified!

The colours are popping! I’ve started to taper off the nutrients, I don’t typically “flush” the plants, but rather taper nutrients down until I have been able to give straight phd water for the last 3-4 feeds, making sure to water until I get about 5-10% runoff. I’ve tried both methods , the other being that I pour like 10 gallons of water through the plant, and I can’t tell the difference with my smoke, still clean and very tasty. I did a small defoliation at the end of the week, and added a support pole for the 1 lady in the far back, she was already starting to lean… just a couple of weeks to go !

She's really starting to smell like lemom drops and french vanilla ice cream. Her run off water seems to be coming out alkaline even watering with tea at a ph of 5.4 she is handling it like a champ . Next soil build will include much less bone meal, crab meal, and crushed oyster shell depending on my harveat reaults, hopefully she stays looking healthy and strong!

Smoke is amazing. Barely needs a cure to even taste good. I’m sure a nice cure would bring the sweet caramel flavor out as there is a hint of it in the smoke. But I’m low on weed so this would have to do.

Nothing special, everything is actually working. Clearly once my water was at the right temperature, no more worries. The flowers arrived at 12/12 + 11 with the trichromes that pop, it starts to be pleasant! So of course, I'm not going to break any records on this RUN but in any case, I've eliminated a lot of "novelty" and mistakes that I'll make more. I'm counting on the run I'm re-launching to blow all that up, I'm going to go for a performance goal The stretch is off to a good start, it should settle down around 12/12 +21 - 28, so I will place my second net next week. I have done a defoliation. I change the soup in 2 days, so my solution lasts 10 days. I have a slight over-fattening, but really nothing serious, I will switch to an EC of 1.8 - 1.9 instead of 2.0. and I will observe. Here we can see the delay of one of the plants, it's as if I was shooting with only 3 plants. Next time, only one strain, same size of cuttings and passage by cuttings and RDWV DIY mandatory before passage in the V-system. Next week, I change the brand of fertilizer for the RDWC, I go to Athena, I will introduce the PK of Athena which according to their recommendation starts at the 21st day at a rate of 2ML/L. Reaching peak flower now so added PK into the mix for extra Potassium and Phosphorous over the next 10 days or so. Never had plants soak up this much nutrients without any burn (touch wod) so I'm really impressed with the Vitalink range. These 2 clones are at the back of the tent, and to the bottom and right of the screen in the timelapse.
