Another week done. Final selection of the 3 phenotypes I found in a 10 seed run of the f4's. I am pretty confident I'll be carrying on the dark purple/red male since heavy anthocyanins production is what I was hunting for in this particular venture. Will be collecting pollen as I'm doing a good job keeping humidity low in the grow room so should be pretty viable. Will be crossing this into my winner from the ethos hash plant run as well as the rainbow belts

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering her daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and she stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is! 1/23- I watered/fed today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. FBA2502 Week 3 April 13-19 Veg 2 This week I introduced nutrients to the watering schedule. My planned feed schedule will be to feed, feed, water each week until the time to flush. , adjusting nutrients per the growth cycle. Hopefully this will keep from overfeeding and reduce salt build up in the soil. Nutrients: I will be using General Hydroponics Flora line at ½ feed rate and Cal mag throughout this grow. My tap water measures 8.3-8.5 so even after adding nutrients, I have to PH down my feed solution. Regarding nutrients, I’ve tried Fox Farm, TPS1, Plagron and now General Hydroponics. What I am looking for is organic, ease of use, minimal individual bottles that will yield large, dense sticky buds that hit hard in effect. Plants range in height from 5-7” except #1 which has been pinned to the soil. I will try wrapping her around the perimeter of the pot. Since she leaned over, I pinned her down and have been anchoring along the rim, twisting the stem so the node is on the side or top rather than underneath. I don’t think she likes training since the stems are a bit floppy. They are all still in veg, bushy with large indica leaves. I’ve been tucking the large leaves under the bud sites to give more light under the canopy. I’m tempted to top one of the bigger plants to have a comparison on resistance and final yield. This week I made a short video for each 2502 tester and a pic or 2. GH Flora Micro ½ tsp /gal Gro ½ tsp /gal Bloom ½ tsp /gal Fox CalMag ½ tsp /gal PPM 573 & 715 when I added Plagrons Royal Rush 4ml. Ya comenzamos con el lavado! Flawless para terminar con un buen sabor y buena ceniza! Tratamos de bajar la EC lo mas cercano a 0 que pueda. Esta es la ultima semana antes del corte, asi llegamos a las fiestas con flores secas y frescas! Muy contento por como se ha dado todo este ciclo, pero con muchas ganas de corregir ciertas cositas que he ido aprendiendo en este cultivo, muy agradecido con la planta y con este aprendizaje! Felicidad absoluta En la expocannabis de Uruguay pude analizar 2 muestras, f5 y f2. El f5 tiene mayor thc y mas % de terpenos! Mas presencia de limoneno, luego linalol y un poco de myrceno! Mientras el F2 tiene mas presencia de Myrceno, limoneno y linalol. Menos thc que f5 y menos terps, esto ya es otro nivel! Entender quimicamente como esta tu flor, esto otro juego! Saludos Jardin33ro

04.12.2025 After having finished the update last week I went to crop her. When touching her stem I could already notice that her stem is just hole inside. When cropping her she just split apart and first I was shocked. But she recovered well and her main bud is keeping growing strongly. Also I applied two more waterstones and I can notice a better health of the plant.

F+29 20190125 - Plants still gaining more and more resin. Very nice production. I am so happy doing this! Going to give them another feeding tonight. F+30 20190126 - FB#2 has started showing some clawing, and I will have to do some research to diagnose. F+31 20190127 - With the help of some forum inquiries, there was a Nitrogen Toxicity appearing to start on FB#2. To be safe, since both plants got the same amount, they were both flushed with unfiltered, PH corrected, tap water. F+32 20190128 - Both flowers appeared to have improved since the flush. Nice amounts of Resin are easily visible, and the smell is amazing at this point, like a wift warm berries travelling into my nostrils. So sweet. F+33 20190129 - One more flush today, just to be safe. I adore these fabric smart pots. They drain everything but exactly what needs to be there, and they are easy to handle. I also enjoy being able to bust through the fabric to help with LST. F+34 20190130 - Plants still improving. They appear to have bulked up a bit more, and gained some more frosty resin. F+35 20190131 - I can see more pistils turning orange. I estimate about 2-3 weeks to go. FB#1 appears to be behind in it's maturation, but not its bulk or resin production.

Easy grow cycle, 5 weeks of vegetation and 7 to 8 weeks of flowering and they are good to harvest. For drying I only removed the bigger fan leaves. Now they are hanging upside down in the tent to dry for about 8 to 10 days before trimming and getting a proper dry weight.
