Started to flush one of the 2 plants. Using pH 6.5 water without anything else. Last couple of feeds for the second one which is about 1 week behind. Have to say that despite my initial skepticism, the dark purple, almost black in the leafs has gradually appeared. Not as deep as with the autoflowers, and nowhere as sudden. The amount of crystals is much higher in these FF ones. Hopefully I don't pull any dumb mistake in the last few days so I can have a no stress dry/cure.

she develops very well. I can't wait to harvest it. the smell is very pleasant. No problems so far, or at least nothing visible. Next week, let's see how it performs, these buds are already beautiful and big, high expectations for it if the high humidity here doesn't get in the way!

1/12: impatiently waiting for lemon auto to finish up. Still not sure what the northern lights is trying to do, but..the little buds are slowly growing. S l o w l y... 1/14: things are getting out of hand in here. Northern lights is bushy AF again but the budlets appear to be increasing in size. Lemon is getting closer every day. Looks like I've got milky trichomes and the pistils are darkening. Still a bit early, but I'd be lying if I wasn't anxious for the space.. 1/15: I've accepted that I have at least a week ish left on Lemon auto,but she's getting there! I did some rather risky defoliation on northern lights and holy shit, she's got potential. I'm hoping she's just a slow grower and those buds will really fatten up! Perhaps lemon is just a really fast growing plant? I've also decided that since space is limited, my best bet is to probably rotate the plants every other day to allow all bid sites an opportunity for direct light. I'm reigning myself in. Once lemon auto is harvested I need to NOT immediately plant another. I've got some mephosito seeds I want to get going, but I've learned my lesson. This tent fits two 5 gallon mature plants... Uncomfortably. Three is too many 😂 1/17: wondering if northern lights has is it her to fatten up. Gave her a good flush &feed. Popcorn buds or not, I'm invested (#forscience). Lemon auto is still finishing up. Can't get good enough pics with phone to see trichomes. Clearly, I have a minimum of a week left, but I got a digital microscope so I can keep track! Grow was very easy and she pretty much took care of herself but I do think I stunted her early on which kept her fairly small but the buds are very fat and dense. Will do some more updates and the drying process goes.

The bud development is going great, did some light defoliation to reduce the humidity and increase the airflow. The tips are turning a bit yellow, the light was a bit close due to the recent grow. Moved the light up a bit. Too make sure it’s not a nute burn I also decreased the Nutrients solution compared to last week.

Slowly cutting back on feeding her probably just light feedings this week then 2 weeks straight with plain PH water. Bring down the ppms. I've heard people saying you dont need to flush. What I do people is I give them plain water for two weeks and sometimes I'll add and extra gallon of ice cold water to stress the plant to make more thhricomes. I used to do ice flushing all the time which is putting ice cubes around the base of the plant and then slamming it with ice cold water. I got this method from oldmanindica on Instagram and then notice many people doing it after me. Does it work who knows right? Just science But other then that beautiful fucking plant great outcome I'm sad it's coming to and end already. Dutch passion again with the great geneicts.
