All good and looking happy. Started some LST. I was undecided if I was going to train these girls but decided to do it. I gave a 1/4 feeding of Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag extra. Now that I've had a good watering schedule down with slight dry back they have been surging with growth! One starting to flower fast and the other is right behind it.

Semaine 9

The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Nov 13 - Day 94 - More bulking up, girls are holding water longer. Watered Older plant at 7.45PM. Started defoliating withered leaves with trichomes, I'm keeping those for now, and will combine with bubble hash trim. Nov 14 - Day 95 - Both pots aren't super light so I'll wait until tomorrow and water both at the same time. Starting to think about drying and harvest, I suspect there to be a fortnight between each harvest - but unsure if I can afford the tent space with next run growing. I think I'll water either as lights turn off (if humidity wont rise) or first thing on Nov 15. Nov 14 - Trichomes are milky with the speckle of clear and amber. Lets hope the lagging cola fattens up in the week to come. Nov 14 - WATERED Younger plant at 10.30PM. Nov 15 - Watered Older plant at 3PM Nov 16 - Watered Younger plant at 5PM Nov 17 - Woke up to 80F. Likely at higher temp for 1 hour before noticing. Defoliated a few leaves, including one or two with trichomes, of which I've saved. Nov 18 - Watered Older plant at 6AM. Younger plant pot is light at lights off- will water first thing in the morning. Also removed dead tips and accidentally chopped a healthy fan leaf. I was hoping to chop today, but it might be another week before the younger plant is ready. Nov 19 - DAY 100 - Watered Younger plant at 10.30AM. Trichomes are developing nicely, I suspect 1 more week with younger plant which makes me wonder when to chop older plant.

The 4 gelatos are just about week 3-4 of flowering. Looks like they will all mature within 10 days of each other. This gives me some time during harvest - as doing all 4 big plants at once is a lot. So far no nutrient burn at all as I punch it at 600ppm koolbloom and 450 ppm Jacks RO with RO water at 5.8ph. 1050 ppm. So far this mix has been very ph stable. I used power SI in my coco. I like silica in my substrate in lieu of in my reservoir. Hence no more ph drift. Very impressed. They’re drinking a solid 2 gallons a day. That’s a lot of RO water (8 gallons a day). It looks like the stretch is slowing, the branches are hardening in anticipation of the weight of the buds. I’ve defoliated almost every day. Next I have to move the plants and net them to prevent the moths / caterpillar during the fattening stage. My biggest problem has been the plants toppling over from the wind. One has hit the deck 10 times. But they just keep chugging along. Best of luck on your grow.

7 weeks in, and the girls are flowering nicely. Some are close to peak bloom and max feed levels (MBAP) and some have only just started to form the first small buds (PP). The 2 x MBAP and 2 x SOH seem to be the furthest along. Interesting that these are under the much more powerful 480w QB. I've no idea if there's any correlation between light intensity and the speed of an autoflower's life cycle, but all the plants I've grown under the QB seem to finish much quicker than those under the purple LEDs. Pink Panama first started showing small noticeable budding around day 45 (compared to SOH which started flowering around day 18), so I think she's gonna be one of the last to finish up. Check out the long, spindly fan leaves in the pic, the sativa is strong in this one. The mixture of different smells coming from these ladies is absolutely mouth watering. It's more like a taste than a smell!! The WW is reeking like lemon meringue pie. Not a sharp lemon smell, but real smooth and creamy. The BGS straight up smells like "Anglo Bubbly" brand bubblegum, if you know it. Super Orange Haze is certainly living up to it's name, giving off a sweet, cloying Sunny Delight type smell. But over the top off all those smells lurks the MBAP. Fuck me, this stuff stinks. Heavy and dank as hell, like some kind of swamp beast. It's quite menacing, leaves you wondering if it's safe to breathe it in :) I've had some feeding issues with the MBAP along the way, but it's knocking out some fat buds for sure. Nice long, bulky colas, which are probably going to need some support soon. The Walter White is also super impressive. She's been LST'd as much as space would allow, but the thing still looks so much like a damn Christmas tree that I want to put a star on top. Feeding levels of MC range from 5g a gallon up to 6.5g a gallon depending on the plant. Bud Explosion ranging from 1.5 to 2g a gallon. Have a great bank holiday everyone :)

- GERMINAZIONE - P.S. = Periodo da quando tolgo il seme dall’involucro fino al settimo giorno (una settimana) conterò questa settimana di germinazione a parte e le 5 settimane successive come vegetativa. Settimane totali dall’innesto del seme: (6 settimane piene prima di girarle in fioritura). Ciao amici !! Dopo aver tolto i semi di Gorilla Girl f1 fast version di Sweet Seeds dal proprio involucro abbiamo proceduto con l’inserimento di 3 di questi nei soil plug, mentre uno l’abbiamo fatto germinare nella carta/cotone, mantenendo i semi bagnati e umidi per i primi 3/4 giorni, tempo necessario per far “sbocciare” il seme. Una volta notata l’inizio della plantula abbiamo innestato i soil plug (e il seme singolo) negli appositi vasi, rinvigorendo il terreno con la giusta quantità d’acqua. (Terreno già concimato una settimana prima)

The plants are slowly going to flowering stage, the tallest is about 43cm the other 2x35cm and 1x22cm. I have got this “RAW” microbes for the flowering stage but I am not sure if I can or should use it, any advice is appreciated.

Well fuck me sideways, SBG may have been right. A noticeably large cola exists between these 2 test plants, and it looks to belong to non defo. ... I may have fucked up, but lets wait to find out!!!! Thanks for looking

DAY 28 flowering: Hi all Hope we are all fine and dandy in the grow diaries world this week. It has been a steady week this week with the ladies now focusing purely on bud site development . The only lady not really thriving is the smaller Mexican airline #1. It does seem she will be all plant and very little yield at this point but we will see it through. She isn't poor by any means but I do think she will have a inferiority complex within these beauties. Heehee Thankfully the other five ladies are powering on and producing some potential big bud sites. The stars of the grow are the Strawberry pie girls. These plants are huge and very, very productive . The lowers are developing some nice bud sites that in themselves look like beasts developing. They have really dense looking flowers that will no doubt become thick and possibly need some support on the side growth but seeing the stem strengths , they may be ahead of that issue themselves already. A perfect strain for an outside run for sure and with no training beside the tip spreading , they have easily now reached approx 4ft tall. The buds start really low on each limb with some node spacing initially large but the growing tips and main stem have a more stacked up bud appearance forming. I think they could possibly top my personal best for the autos at this rate. Both have about the same structure and bud building so I would hazard the same phenotype too. This is the second time I have grown this strain and the last one was very similar too. Very stable and should give some top notch nugs out. Six Shooter #1 is only slightly smaller than the Strawberry pie and has just as many productive side branches that want to show off too. Her sibling #2 was grown a lot flatter after the tip spreading and seems lost down low in the canopy now. She has a lot of buds tucked away but could easily be overgrown by the mexican#2 and Strawberry Pie #2 , if I am not pro active with her progress. As mentioned earlier, the Mexican airlines are both healthy and happy but the #2 is far more productive than the #1 . I do expect that the #1 will harvest a little after the others and that she may come through in the end. Overall these strains are genetic perfection this run . They have done their own thing with only the tip spreading being my intervention initially , and they have produced 6 perfect looking plants that are clearly different strains . From past experiences with these 3 strains , "The best is yet to come " with the development of their unique looking buds. Here comes some down and dirty bud porn only viewable to the faithful.!!!
