8 weeks / 56 days today. Growth has slowed down a lot this week luckily. Smell is getting really hard to contain now. Sticky orange buds still nowhere near as big as purple skunk but definitely a bit fatter than last week. Purple skunk buds are getting a lot fatter. Both are really sticky to the touch, looking a bit frosty close up and can see plenty of trichomes. Little bit of leaf burn but not a lot I can do because of the space issue so just tucking the branches and leaves as best I can and moving the lights around a bit to minimise it. Watering between 1 and 1.5 litres every other day and they are soaking it all up. Increased to 3ml per litre of nutrients too. Humidity has been a lot easier to keep under control this week and hasn’t risen above 60 all week so I am happy with that. it’s been a worry for a few weeks. I had a real panic this week when I thought I saw seed sacks forming at the base of each branch. But after hours and hours of reading, I am pretty sure they’re calyxes. No intentional defoliation this week but I’ve accidentally snapped a couple of fan leaves whilst watering. I really need a bigger tent! Would love opinions on when you all think they might be ready for the chop. Comparing to other diaries I still think I’ve probably got another 6+ weeks but I’m daring to think about how/where I’m going to dry them out. I’m pretty sure purple skunk will be ready first so drying in the tent will be a no go.

Still outside and doing good! Added another heater and second layer of plastic because it is now snowing out. Very frosty looks good. Going to take her a little further before chopping. Doing her flush.

2022-09-17 The journey of the Hella Jelly is over. Plants were supereasy to grow. all Seeds germinated, seedlings started strong, and in later Vegetation they were spreading. here they spuld have got more Training from me. Because they turned out quite bushy The branches had to carry Biiiig green Buds , covered with frosting and were bending over in the End, so they needed some Support. I was alittle worried because the Pistils stayed white/ green. then i read the straindescription and looked at Pictures again and i knew everything is fine Iam harvesting with cloudy/ amber Trichomes. Plants leaves were also fading and changing to autumn Im courious what the Buds show , if they are cured, and ready to be tested.

I use face clean cotton to germinate the seeds , After 3 days the roots came out 3 cm and then I place it in my own mixed soil.

(ya que lo comencé y no fotografíe desde el principio, servirá para aprender) Son dos esquejes que me regalaron los cuales no estaban identificados. Estamos en invierno en mi país por lo que tengo problemas con la temperatura, ahora cambie mi iluminación led y está aumento la temperatura a 20ºC cuando esta prendida que es algo mas aceptable en comparación a los 16º o máximo 18ºC que se llegaba con el anterior. Ahora falta corregir la temperatura con el led apagado, estoy pensando que haré. Esa será la principal dificultad de este cultivo. Si alguien tiene alguna recomendación será bien recibida!

Well, sadly had to harvest a week early due to some bud rot. Gave everything a good wash with baking soda, lemon juice and double rinsed. Hang dried for 10 days, paper bag to sweat for 2 days, then straight to grove bags. Full weight dried, just over 1lb. I fimmed so much in anticipation of rot, so while the buds were smaller there was a LOT. Test smoke was amazing, shocked how smooth it was with zero cure, packed a punch to! I expect the humidity to rise a bit in the grove bags over a few days, hoping 60% range. I mostly make FECO for gummies with everclear extraction, so excuse the less then tight trim, trichomes are trichomes! Ended up snipping the second haul 10 days after first, still going strong, but very wet, dont expect it to last much longer. Never going back to synthetic nutes, sticking with organic living soil from this point on! Got Gorilla Cookies Fast Flower on order for next year, plan on doing a 16 cola manifold with some LST. Will cut the trunk and let the root mass decay over winter, will mulch leaves and compost over it all until next years plant is ready to go in around April. Another year down! To tell the truth, I am very surprised myself, how amazing she is FastBuds Gorilla cookies, she copes well with a small space:) she drinks 1 liter every day :) everything looks better than expected:) good luck to everyone.

Hello, things are going a lot better with these girls now, nice & healthy & growing well. Set them up in 15 ltr DWC pots upped the nutrients, a little lower than the manufacturers recommendations for week 4. They are around 10 cm tall & have 7 nodes, started LST training, simply bending over & tying down. Lower branches starting to grow up, noticed 1st pistils on pheno 2 yesterday, right on the last day of week 4, so far I've only seen 2 pistils on both branches on the same node. Would have liked them to be bigger before starting to flower, but hopefully they put on some good size during the Flowering stretch. she smells so good I cant wait to chop her down. thinking about chopping her on monday, the 13th so I can have a little smoke of her on 4/20 possibly. seeing amber trichomes on the cola leaves and they are starting to turn amber elsewhere too. only will gain maturity when she drying

Light fluffy bud, but so much of it that weight got up there in the end. Really soft smoke with some earthy textures and tastes. Less sweet smelling than the previous haze but has a lot more earthy, baking smell to it this one.

Week 9 - Week 9 And Plants Are Looking Fine - Plants are healthy and they have a very nice structure of branches. Looking forward to seeing the bud development.
