The harvest of the first medusa F1 hybrid at day 93 after germination. The trichomes were starting to turn amber. I probably could have let her ripen for a bit longer. I am amazed how fat she has gotten, the weight of the flower is too heavy for the branches. Way to go RQS for breeding such a fast growing autoflower. She is already in the drying tent for 5 days now at a temperature of 19 °C with a humidity of around 55-60%. I want a nice and slow drying process to preserve the terpenes and cannabinoïds. This will take about 2 weeks in my opinion, when the branches start to give a clean snapping sound when bending. I will make a harvest blog once the flowers are dried and I have weighed the buds for the yield. This lady only received some LST and a little defoliation throughout the entire grow. I also dont flush the plant at the end since this myth was debunked by a scientific article. A flush is only needed if you overfed the plant. Dr bruce bugbee also confirmed this. The dry tent smells of hay/grass, which is logical because the plant still has a lot of chlorophyll inside. Untill the harvest blog! Check my other Medusa F1's for the progress of the experiment. See the buds already on week 1 in flower

The buds are really starting to get fat. The pictures do not do it justice.They are also now very smelly in a nice way! As mentioned last week the buds have the most amazing structure. Very happy with these. No issues this week and still only had 3 feeds.

14.3.25: FastBuds Mystery seed grow #1 🌱 We're looking good, nice, strong, and healthy seedling. She started praying after the feeding today. I watered a couple of litres over the last week. I've been watering around the whole pot to encourage root stretching and kick-start the dry amendments and feed the Mycorrhizae. I left the first 2 inches around the seedling until today 🌱 Today, I watered with 500mls of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with: ♡ Black strap molasses ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 18.3.25: FastBuds Mystery seed #1 is 15 days old today. She is 3 days ahead of my RQS Northern Lights, which I have topped or fimmed. I planned to do this one, too, but it's not quite ready yet. Otherwise, she's looking very good. We'll see how this week goes and hopefully get it done by the end of the week. 23.3.25: FastBuds Mystery seed #1 is ready to be topped today. I went ahead with alcohol sterilised scissors and cut the two tiny leaves from the centre of the plant. Everything went very well and a clean cut was made. The plant is looking great afterwards. Its going amazing, start this week with flawless finish. Day 52 and it going amazing, buds getting bigger and bigger. I also made a clone of the purple lemonade and she is doing also amazing in my small grow tent

Welcome I was wrong to defoliate in the fifth week, the same week I sent them to bloom Finally begin to bloom, after a week at 12/12 where unfortunately they have vegetated again 😅

Start of week 7, for the Super Lemon Haze, I'm repeating the week 6 feed cycle as she's going for at least one extra week 9, compared to only 8 weeks for the blueberries, before flushing. Last week was good, but the Super Lemon Haze continues to be a very hungry girl. She is very sticky and has a light lemon smell. The two blueberry plants continue to pack on weight and size, they have a very pungent smell and are starting to get sticky like the SLH.

MINDBLOWN! Proud daddy moment. This thing is a CHAMP! The smells are mixed berry into pine into vick vapor rub >.> It's a huge wild smellin resin coated hybrid :D I am super excited to try this one. One branch has been pollinated by a large purple male (Krunkleberry x Crit) The excitement grows!

2 plants made it to harvest. Small nugs, about an ounce per plant dry. A lot of frosty trim and small nugs I’ll be using for hash later. I had rooting issue when I flipped to flower that definitely negatively effected nutrient uptake. Small yield but quality is good. Smells almost like a sugary jelly bakery. Cured for a week, tastes sweet almost.

The end has come. The summits are nice and dry and all week long they remained in the closet in the dark with perfect humidity values. The air recirculation was constant in fact everything is dried properly and not even in a long time. The tops remained nice and compact and cleaning them after drying them kept them much nicer to look at. I put everything in the glass jars with the Boveda bags of 64% humidity and every day I open them 5 minutes in the morning and evening. In a few weeks everything will be perfect, you can already taste the difference from day to day. The leaves and branches that I have left from the cleaning I left them for a night in the freezer and I used them later to make the extract. Everything went better than I imagined both in yield and quality. in fact I am very satisfied with my work and I hope to learn more and more.
