Grow Diary – Week 6, Day 1 of Flowering Boom, today marks Week 6, Day 1 of flower and things are moving along nicely. Buds are stacking and the aromas are straight-up explosive — seriously, it’s getting loud in the tent. PPMs are holding steady around 1000 and I'm dialing in pH to 5.8 every time, no exceptions. The only gripe I’ve got is how dense and crowded the plant has become. I got a bit greedy during training, went for too many shoots packed too close together. Now there’s a ton of foliage and the lower bud sites just aren’t getting the light they need. I’m in there every single day at lights-on, doing leaf tucking and rearranging to get better light penetration to those lower sites and hopefully avoid a bunch of larf. Lesson learned for next round: focus on strong main shoots only, less is more. But with the way things are going, I’m still optimistic I’ll pull at least 7 oz of solid, dank bud. Whatever ends up on the fluffier side will go to canna butter, nothing wasted! Airflow’s solid. Got three fans in action one low, one mid, and one up top keeping everything circulating. Humidity’s on the drier side, which is intentional to help prevent mold, powdery mildew, or pests, especially with how tight the canopy is. Gotta stay ahead of the game. Plant might be a little wild right now but overall we’re on track. Fingers crossed for a strong yield. Let’s go.

no signs of pests during the grow. only one time i had ants trying to infest one plant but easily got rid of them by using cinnamon around the stem. she grows easy and is fun to train, you don't have to be an expert. in the late flowering i got some budrot in both plants and stalled the harvest by inspecting and cutting it away daily, haven't lost a lot due to it. i would recommend this strain as she is a high trichome producer, big yielder and easy to grow plant that gives nice buds with a good smell and greath high. she is a strain that makes you talkative, giggly and euphoric and is surely gonna give you a good sleep. be sure to go easy on her as she is a strong breed. an amazing strain to grow. she creates colourfull purple buds filled with trichomes that is really good for the chilling occasions, be sure not to have to go somewhere as she will last long and prepare for a joyfull evening with lots of laughing and good talks. i'll post more pictures after the drying process!

After a lot of research I realized that my plant needs more food. I increased the PPM to 700PPM and plant seems to love it. Also I started spraying with Neem Oil and Copper Fungicide since I noticed some rust on the leaves. Also this week I added Roots Accelerator.

Off to the races after the first week of veg. And the girls are looking good. They had about 24-48 hours of transplant shock but have since turned over and look perky. They never fully transitioned and all of em look like they’re turning back around. Definitely starting to see some pheno variation on one of the indicas (F6) - trademark from the Skywalker 100%. A light bluish/purpleish hue on the fan leaves. We’ll see what happens over the next week then probably just pick a day and flip. We don’t need em huge - just big enough to show off dem buds. On the hardware side of this grow, the mods to the dutchy system look to be working well. It just makes plant management easier with a full trough drain as opposed to individual drainage holes. Really, the system isn’t a concern for the most part. It’s proven time and time again how manageable a recirc system can truly be. Scaling down to smaller pots and more plants has also been a revelation of sorts around here. We used to grow monsters and now the aim is strictly proportional yields across a wider array of genetics. Been a great trip so far🤟. Couple more boring weeks of veg. And as soon as the breeding tent is cleaned up and pollen free - it’s go for blast-off👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.

Great growth this week from the 6 hydro. Slower results from the 2 in All-Mix which was expected. I'm not sure whether to keep them on veg or to top them and flip them this week. Anybody out there grown THC Bomb before with any experience on the above? Cheers

Growing strong, no issues...

6/8 Haven't had to water yet (besides the two tens and I should've held off). It's an overcast day. Perfect for the plants. I've noticed more off shoots of 3 pronged leaves so a few plants will reveg but thats fine. I'm happy with how things are going thus far. These are certainly very resilient strains. I've done some SLIGHT LSTing. EDIT: IT'S BEEN A NICE DAY TODAY. A LITTLE OVERCAST BUT SUNNY AT TIMES. PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE GIRLS. THEY ARE LOVING IT OUT THERE! 6/9 And the girls are lookin' Fiiiiiine. In all seriousness everything is doing pretty good. Even that overwatered pink kush runt in the 10gal is coming out of its little funk. Some of my FIM's turned out amazing! With the reveg of some of these I'll definately have my hands full. Very grateful for smart pots and well draining soil! We've gotten some harsh rain but the girls all seem fine. It's the wind today that's a little worrisome. I may stop over later. I COULD put up tarps around the cage as wind blocks (and have before in the past) but it increases the humidity of an already extremely humid day. These girls are strong. I'm sure they'll be fine. I've found that the tarps typically hurt worse than they help.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Buds swelling and smells great

start of week 2 veg, i put an aquarium heater in my res to keep the temp 21 celcius also added an extra airpump in the res with the waterpump roots are already in the water i used CFL so far i might hang my led above them now

Transplanted from 15 gallons to 25 gallons at the start of the week. Changed amendment ratio to 50/50 of 444 & 284 as this is the last week of veg. Adjusted lst to have the canopy level and I will take clones before the flip to flower.

Finally found a balanced Nute mix 3-4 ml cal-mag 3-4 ml floranova bloom. The smell outside is wonderful where the vent exhausts. old leafs are being used up for energy, as the buds fatten looks normal for this plant. Whole this is top heavy now when it comes time to water the 3gal pot hardly keeps it upright. This is a 20% soil mostly coco mix so watering daily 1-2 times with 1.25gal.

Shes budding really hard. I discovered I have minor thrip issues. I'm waiting patiently for nematodes. I've also been spraying em with neem. Seems to be working it does the trick. A week on and I have transplanted the girls from the nursery to the 15l pots. My main girl is doing well with leaf development and is coming to the second node of growth. One of the mutations is looking a lot better now and has a better shape to it. The third is still on the wild side but again I’ll stick with it and see what I get.
