Not much to tell this week, happy to say that she's been doing well over the last week while she has been flushed with ph'd tap water! She is now getting close to harvest time, I think I might let her flush for a couple of days more before I harvest her😁 She is a little older and further along than the rest of the tent, so she will be the only one to be harvested and I will let the three other run until I see amber trichomes develop on them! I planted her a little earlier than the three others to allow me to use her as my "test dummy" for my first run, and so I could make corrections for the other three early on! But even though she has been my tester and has taken a bit of abuse from time to time while I was still more unsure of everything at the start, she has still turned out way better than I ever had dared to hope for when I started this journey over 100 days ago, and the heavy aroma shes giving off is amazing and she has developed some of the more dense nugs out of my four girls so far! 🙏 But yeah I'm thinking that I will harvest her tomorrow or the day after at the latest to let me get a trail run off on drying before I harvest the other three girls, just to make sure I get that process down! Another great week, They are both enjoying the new nute schedule. Keeping the light 18" from the canopy is proving tricky as they grow. Its approx 16" and Im gonna try to tame the crazy branch at the back of Nancy. But im feeling good about them so far.Im wondering how long the flower will take ;-)

Day 77 - Was her last day. To be truthful she wasn't 100% ready going on the trichomes but needs must and the other photoperiod girls need their space now. It's crazy how my own personal ability has changed over the years. Blackberry is a strain I've grown every 12 months roughly, GrowDiaries is a fab place to track your learning. Looking back through my old grows I must have been mad to think they were ready to harvest! Way too early! Maybe that's the biggest thing I've learned - patience. Don't be too eager to chop, there is a lot to be gained extending by 2 or 3 weeks... Anyway, back to this girl. She has been chopped and trimmed. Have a look thru the pics, if you see a piece of black tape on the stem the apex bud on that branch was BACKBUILT. I have to say the technique REALLY does work. Those buds look fatter and denser than the others that have been left natural. It seems effective to be done about halfway through flowering, but no later than 3/4 of the way. FINAL UPDATE: So after 2 weeks in the drying net she weighed out to 87.81g. Not a great deal but she was compromised by the photoperiod plants she shared the tent with. It wasn't the full purple phenotype like I had twice before but still she looks pretty.

10/8 - going along steady. I'll take few more glam shots later. 2 MONTHS. It may not look like much but I'm proud of these 3. This is probably the healthiest tent I've had since I started growing inside. I just want them to fill out the net a little better before I flip. 10/10 - trellis training is underway. Between topping and this, I should have a nice, full canopy this time around. I've estimated about 72 squares in my net yet only about 35 or so colas forming. Wondering if I should really I push this one or quit while I'm ahead. One thing is for certain, Moby dick is responding much faster to being topped than GZ. Every stem of Moby I've topped has grown lower shoots aggressively and quickly. Gz has been far slower to respond. Noted. Can't wait to see these things bud. But patience is a virtue here. If the veg stage is any indicator, the buds going to be phenomenal.

Been feeding just water ready for the chop. Some of them have all brown pistils and have pretty much stopped all together. The kalimist indica pheno is still flowering so I'll let it go until it looks ripe 👍

Never afraid to show people the truth and bounce back on these autos. I was absent 5 days. You can the coco went bone dry as dick. Within 7 hours the girl back to her healthy glow. Unfazed I'm so keen for this one. So much purple like my c4. Tall as fuck and nugs are slowly filling in her gapes. All the little ones are so happy. I'm one happy grower :) will update with more photos later today. A nice beautiful update on 3/13 holy fuck just realized today friday the 13th haha. Night queen starting to fill in nicely as the weeks go by. 9-7-25. What can I say the Apple fritter continues to do very well have no insect damage and no major issues to mention. The plant has been completely trellis for the last time. The bud structure is really great. The branches are really large. Really happy plant is doing well. top dressed it’s last top dress with one cup each of flower, finisher, primo Hydroslate, pure kelp, dry, and soluble seaweed extract as well as Azomite. All of these are micronized and soluble powdered so the plant should uptake the nutrients much faster than traditional top dresses. Don’t have any large granules that are gonna take time to break down and water in from here on out it will be water with its last two sugar water drenches, which I will use boogie brix, and black strap molasses brixs. with all of these nutrients and amendments in place I will let the girls ride out their last few weeks with Just nice rich mountain water to ensure they use every bit of the sugar, phosphate and potassium for frosty buds with heavy resin and terp production .
