Originally planned for 8 mains — long, spaced colas and maybe a couple stronger “titans” if she wanted to go that way.
But she’s showing me something else, and I’m not here to fight her — just guide her.
Now after stretch, I’m keeping side shoots only if they: Fill real canopy gaps
Don’t crowd neighboring tops (minimum 15cm spacing)
Aren’t growing into walls or toward the next plant
Anything too close, too low, or heading into shade gets removed. No point forcing it.
Looks like I’ll finish with 14–16 solid tops, depending on how she settles.
I’m just trying to give each one enough light and space to stack properly.
No overcrowding, no larf — just letting her do her thing with a bit of structure.

Grapefruit week 7 biobizz bloom increased to 3ml week 2 of bigbud I've started adding pk13/14 large shade leafs are beginning to yellow and all bud sights are starting to put on weight with the purple running through the stem its definitely gonna look really nice when is finished its already smelling pretty strong got the carbon filter on 6 times in a 24hr period 15mins each time seems to work well smell and humidity wise as in decreasing humidity and keeping it down to 51% sometimes I can get it in the 40% and its stable even with this ever changing uk weather.

Начал применять LST технику на 19 дне и продалжаю применять её через день, а 18 августа добавил ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ
С 20.08 ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ делаю каждые 3,4 дня
С 20.08 LST технику делаю каждые 4.6 дней
На сегодняшний день влажность 70%
Чувствуется по листьям много влажности.
Буду что решать с этим вопросом, ведь впереди цветение.
Не смотря на высокую влажность растение растёт хорошо. генетика радует.

I did a lot of defoliation work this week. Plants look very naked now. 😻 But more light for the buds 😛
= Less leaves = less water (-25%)
The plants don't make many few new flowers anymore.
Plants have nice fat buds, swelling and getting hard. 💪
Pistils turn brown.

Some mild defoliation this week. Budding up nicely and starting to frost. This girl was having a foliar feed of algae last week but this week she's getting light foliar sprays of the Lacalva stress treatment from madame grow on top of her other feed. I'll do this every 2/3 mornings and I'll only lightly mist the top. I'll concentrate most of my foliar feed on the lower growth and undersides, away from the buds. This is the main reason I kept so many lower fan leaves this time.

The deets:
Feeding with .2 ml/gal of RapidStart and .2 ml/gal of SuperThrive, Adjusted pH to 6.5 and then add .25 tsp of recharge.
8/16 - 8 days post sow. All but 2 seeds have sprouted.
I was especially concerned for the Melon Gum because I only had a 2 pack and both beans were quite pale. I gently dug around in the peat pellets and found the bean with a fresh, healthy tap root! I expect she should be popping up by tomorrow evening. The other bean yet to pop is the Jenny Kush. I was gifted 5 Jenny Kush seeds, and I will wait until tomorrow to see if she sprouts a tap root before popping another one. Hopefully, I will have more luck with the next one.
Successful germination in 16 of 17 photoperiod seeds. With a total of 19 of 20 if you include the 3 autoflowering cultivars running along side. They're being documented in separate diaries and will stay in the veg tent when the photoperiods are moved into the bloom room. Go check 'em out!
8/20 Update: Melon Gum has sprouted. If you're not following my Zkittlez Auto diary, you missed that I almost killed this girl on accident. Graceful me, knocked over her solo cup and she got stuck to a sticky trap. Her stem split in half and I put a piece fabric medical tape to mend her and she is actually growing and doing well regardless of her injuries. All the girls, except Jenny have sprouted and are developing. I planted a new Jenny seed 8/18 and left the original in too, just in case.

Sie entwickelt sich toll noch 4-5 Wochen bis zur Ernte, Laut Züchter. Das Wetter ist mittlerweile unglaublich gut, Wenn ich in Urlaub fahre muss ich sehen wie ich den 12h Lichtrythmus aufrecht erhalte. Zur Bewässerung habe ich mit Blumat bestellt. Mitte der Woche sind die Trichome zwar schon schön entwickelt, aber von Bernstein sehe ich noch nichts...

D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room.
- temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF
- no water
- RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF
D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature.

- water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each

D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days.

D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky.

- water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each

D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches.

D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Bubble Runtz, , she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and is working on her 2nd set of true leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%.
I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. This is my first run with Tastebudz genetics and super excited to try a cross of Bubble Gum and Runtz. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend.

The week went again pretty uneventful, other than me not getting the tip burn under control. I have further reduced base nutrients, removed the green sensation (simply because I ran out ;)) and increased pk 13/14 further. The buds continue to develop new pistils and continue to swell. The trichomes look mostly milky at this stage, I will however wait until I have around 20%-25% amber. I have cut a bud from the lower canopy (pictures attached), which is quite solid to touch and had a wet weight of roughly 1,2 gr and is currently drying. Overall the bud structure on this plant looks amazing the buds a re super dense, nicely clustered around the stems and she looks like she'll be a joy to trim.

Man these seeds germinated to quick when I first planted them lol . The team over at this hemp company have been putting alot of work into their brand and seeds .. I was lucky enough to be able to try this @hokuseedsco "purple la berna " it's a hemp cbg/CBD cross measuring under 1%thc . I was interested in growing hemp and with the chance to start these I knew I was on the road to some killer buds. These plants were started indoors under my mars hydro ts-1000 and were grown in organic soil mix with organic nutes . Out of the seeds I planted I had a few males but a few females as well . After being Inside for a while I moved them all outdoors and transplant then into 7 gallon pails fabric and chill on them for a while . They loved outdoors and flourished I was battling hungry plants as I don't like to fed more then I have to or want to. In the end of it all I gave synthetic #future harvest nutes for a while and then I finished with the @dutchsciencenutrients "bloom" . My end result is a beauty pair of plants with one going down today and the other is this week end . The trained pheno was purple everywhere leaves stems and buds while the untrained pheno was tall over 6"feet and had bright orange Hairs with light green buds . I'm in love with this bud here and I'm eager for the next growing this spring.This stuff is the sweetest , danky smelling hemp I could have dreamed of. Crazy bag appeal and I can't wait to get the smoke report going as well .. my whole grow I also used @miicrobialmass every two or three weeks it's good at creating microbiology in the soil helping to release essential nutrients to their roots ..tasted good and gave over an ounce of buds they are sticky and light with very strong berry smells over powers THC cannabis near buy just wow ..calm smoke just kinda relaxes you away !

March 08 I left the air purifier on by accident again last night so there was a blue light overnight. The buds look good though. I taped the window up so I'm no longer having a humidity issue at night. I alternate between having the light on at 100% and 75% and recently 50% as well.
March 10 I just fed them Ph'd water with molasses. Runoff pH 6.2-6.5, ppm 200-600. I'm having trouble getting good shots of the trichromes but I'm starting to see more amber ones. Less than 5%.

I am very happy with the results of this growth cycle. I have improved my techniques for growing plants (LST and topping) and methods for stopping mite infestation. I didn't get a great harvest(not too much big flowers), but I like the result, nice compact and very good smelling buds.I make a wet trimming process and after this I tried for the first time to wash the buds before the drying process, because I use the foliar products to defeat the mites and the result is excellent (the ganja tastes good when I smoke it). Next time I will try to grow bigger and denser flowers to get a bigger harvest💪💪😊. An excellent plant that I would recommend to beginners, who want to experiment without risking too much.
