Originally planned for 8 mains — long, spaced colas and maybe a couple stronger “titans” if she wanted to go that way.
But she’s showing me something else, and I’m not here to fight her — just guide her.
Now after stretch, I’m keeping side shoots only if they: Fill real canopy gaps
Don’t crowd neighboring tops (minimum 15cm spacing)
Aren’t growing into walls or toward the next plant
Anything too close, too low, or heading into shade gets removed. No point forcing it.
Looks like I’ll finish with 14–16 solid tops, depending on how she settles.
I’m just trying to give each one enough light and space to stack properly.
No overcrowding, no larf — just letting her do her thing with a bit of structure.
Increased Tri Part Micro to 50ml as well.

Deceded to cut! Perhaps a little prematurely but I was seeing cloudy and some amber so decided to pull the trigger. First grow and all so hopefully only up from here!
Not much to note apart from the buds fattening up and further fading in the leaves as expected.
I dropped the temp a bit and they spent their final 48 hours in darkness. Literally just going off what I have read and I will have nothing to compare this to as this is my first grow!
Very happy with what i see and I am now hanging the plants whole. I am expecting some nice clean smoke as these were flushed for their final 3 weeks.
Hoping for a 7-10 day dry and then into jars for curing after trimming over screens
Will update harvest for all 3 plants once this stage is complete with dry weights.
Thanks to all that have commented and I will be planting 4 mephisto seeds from a mystery pack once the tent is free.

Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins.
The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for.
Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well.
Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully.
Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up.
Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time.

First plant got a bunch of lockouts from the feed so I did an emergency flush..don't wanna mess with it anymore or cause nutrient burn on plant #2 so just water for the upcoming week. Will probably skip Cha Ching all together...not sure yet. Doesn't seem to me that either plant even needs it.
Growing super frosty thoooo! Buds filling out I doubt they will get much thicker but I don't care...pretty exciting to watch them grow into their final form. I think these will be my best plants grown to date!!! :)
Did a good amount of defoliation to get more light to the lower buds.
Also cracked open my Mother Earth Coco Coir block for my next two grows and topped off these 5 gallon pots..the plants definitely seemed happier with that fresh layer added!

Tag 48, Woche 3 der Blüte kommt morgen zum Ende… 🌷🌺
Soweit haben sie sich extrem gut gestreckt und Bio Masse aufgebaut.
Stamm kommt photoperiodischen am Ende der Blüte nah, deutet darauf hin, dass es der Pflanze super geht, sieegr als genügend Nährstoffe zur Verfügung hat und anstatt Stämme bauen zwei der Ladys einfach Rohrsysteme auf 😆 die angezeigten Äste sind teilweise so dick wie bei anderen die ganze Pflanze 🌱
Terps sind super Candy, eine Streckt sich komischerweise immer noch, war ein Spätzündung, dafür meiste Bio Masse von allen.
3 blühen bereits gut, eine davon lässt tatsächlich mit der Trichomproduktion auf sich warten, wieso keine Ahnung aber interessant zu beobachten 😄

FINAL HARVEST REPORT: Permanent Bluez (IZI Seeds)
🌼 SUMMARY OF THE JOURNEY
The cycle is complete. From a tiny seed to these resin-drenched, purple boulders, the Permanent Bluez has been a pleasure to grow. Despite a minor LST injury in the early stages, she bounced back with incredible vigor. She handled high VPD levels and a full BioBizz feeding schedule like a champion, staying vital and deep green until the final day.
❄️ THE HARVEST
Harvested at Day 70 of bloom. The buds are incredibly dense and heavy. The trichome coverage is top-tier – literally every millimeter is covered in "frost". The visual contrast between the anthracite-purple calyxes and the bright white resin is world-class.
👃 FINAL AROMA PROFILE
The scent is exactly what I hoped for: A dominant base of Sweet Berries with a sharp, Sour finish. The "Permanent Marker" funk is still lurking in the background, making it a very complex and exotic smelling harvest.

I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt.
They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent.
I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do?
I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible.
Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that.
The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple.

I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts!
In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation.
The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh!
I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived.
The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment.
Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s.
Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week.
They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find.

The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough.
The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips.
Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago.

Everything bounced back to normal. These smoothies want a bit of nitrogen throughout veg. 90% of the time when I have an issue it’s because PH or PPM being too high. This wasn’t the case as I ran two tests on my medium and everything was fine. Once i fed them twice with some higher nitrogen levels and some kelp n algae they bounced back in a week. After the first feeding I could notice a nice green coming back into the leaves. I have not flushed once since then. I’ve been feeding a tea every two weeks instead to break up whatever’s left behind. I plan to do one more feed in a couple days and I’m gonna do a light flush with SLF and then continue feeding nutes and teas until she’s ready to be flushed towards harvest.

Maybe 2 weeks left on her. She is getting denser by the day. Smells so strong and sweet. Getting very nice fade now, will stop feeding next week and then just water.

Day 43 veg been doing LST and super cropping but dunno if i should top all the bud sites please could someone give me some advice on that as I have never grown clones before

Der Pineapple Express von Barney's Farm geht es sehr gut, sie entwickelt sich für ihr Alter wie es sein soll.
Heute gab es das erste mal Nährstoffe für die kleine Lady nach Dünger Schema von "Biobizz" Juju Royal Grow Soldier 0,4ml/L und Juju Royal Green Mystic 0,1ml/L.
Sie hat ein schönes helles grün die ersten 3 Fingerblätter bilden sich, sie bekommt täglich mehrere Blatt sprühungen.In diesen Moment dimme ich meine Lampe von 65% auf 20% runter um gewisse Schäden zu vermeiden.
Mein kleiner Turm Ventilator versorgt die Lady mit der kleinen Brise benötigten Wind um Ihren Stängel zu Stärken.
Freue mich sehr das Ihr vorbei geschaut habt Update wie gewohnt nächste Woche.
Mögen all eure Ladys Gesund und prächtig wachsen und euch mit schmackhaften Stuff versorgen 😀👍

The Pineapple Express from Barney's Farm is doing very well, she is developing as she should for her age.
Today I gave the little lady nutrients for the first time according to the fertilizer scheme of "Biobizz" Juju Royal Grow Soldier 0.4ml/L and Juju Royal Green Mystic 0.1ml/L.
She has a nice bright green color, the first 3 finger leaves are forming, she gets several leaf sprays a day, at this moment I dim my lamp down from 65% to 20% to avoid some damage.
My little tower fan provides the lady with the little breeze she needs to strengthen her stem.
I'm glad you stopped by and will update you next week as usual.
