Week 8 Vegetation Report – Eternity Grow Cup Welcome back, everyone! We’re diving into another exciting update for our Eternity Grow Cup journey. This week marks week 8 of vegetation, and our girls are thriving! Let’s break it down: Growth & Structure All five phenos continue to impress, with strong, bushy growth and uniform structure across the board. They’re praying to the ThinGrowLED Model Ones, which have been running on channel one only, and they’re absolutely loving it. The leaf development is lush and vibrant, a sign that they’re thriving under the current conditions. Environmental Conditions We’re keeping things dialed in with stable environmental parameters: Temperature: 20.7°C Humidity: 57.2% CO2 Levels: 1569 PPM (a bit high but manageable) VPD: 1.05 kPa PPFD: 355 µmol/m²/s Each of these factors plays a crucial role in maximizing plant efficiency, and we’ll go deeper into why these values are set as they are. Featured Grow Gear – WCS2 Substrate Sensor This week, we’re also highlighting part of the grow gear in use—specifically, the WCS2 substrate sensor. This sensor measures: Soil temperature EC levels Water moisture It's currently placed in the Autopots, which are not yet connected. For now, we’re still top-feeding to encourage root expansion. By allowing the roots to reach the bottom of the pots before activating the Autopot system, we ensure they establish a strong foundation for optimal nutrient uptake. We’ll go deeper into this method and why it’s an essential step in the process. 06/30/2020 Ain't she sweet! She has produced the seed I wanted so I am gonna feed her some OVERDRIVE see if she will make a little more buds to smoke. Cookie Cake would normally go 7-10 weeks on a 12-12 schedule so I think she will be done by week 7 at 11-13 light/dark schedule. Can't wait to start these seeds, my mouth is watering thinking of how the flavors and aromas will recombine! Maybe some cherry vanilla earthy pine goodness? We shall see hopefully a perfect union!

Hi, everybody. Today my plants 55 days. They look very good, cheerful. I had a problem with the lamp today. I don't know what's wrong with her after the photo shoot, but she did not turn on even after it cooled down, had to be replaced by a spare, though it has a slightly different spectrum. 😟 I found that the smell was very strong, air filtration fails, the stench goes through a little passive blowing and smells of the whole apartment. When my greenhouse is closed the smell is, but not strong, but when I work in it, it is necessary to ventilate the room for a long time. And for me this dangerously. But, there is good news, the postman gave me a great fertilizer that will help me get a good and delicious harvest. 💪 Bubblelicious Auto - these plants show a very strong smell, for 4 days it has increased several times, the smell is very strong, but pleasant. The smell of skunk was felt better when you smell a flower, but everywhere smells very strong and sweet smell of Bubble. It is very very sweet, resembles sugar cane, very sweet candy. Nevilles Haze Auto-very active, the vegetation period is very long. This plant requires a lot of time and patience, but I think it will reward me with a large harvest, I hope so. This plant practically does not smell, but there is a typical smell of Haze. If you want to harvest quickly, this plant will not suit you, be patient, well, I will tolerate. In General, we will monitor their development. I hope everything will be fine, and my neighbors will not call the police, then I will have a lot of problems, but I'm not afraid of them, because the love of this plant is stronger. Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.👏 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

The time I got a qp off a plant I did nothing but water and top but not sure what day I topped. So leaf tucking might mess it up, not sure. *update* they are untucked

She has the most amazing smell. Looking very healthy with some chunky looking buds already. Still taking full feeds with no issue. I think this is going to be stunning.

Tag 67: Letzte Woche bis zur Ernte.

This week i need to change the reservoir again, the plants drink solution just as I add fresh water the EC stays at 2.7 and i need to add PK and Calmag so that's why. The weather outside is very cold this whole week around -18 degree Celsius at night...this made my reservoir water go under 15 degree Celsius. Since i ran the Spider Farmer UV lights i noticed some purples on my cannabis plants i think it's their doing....i run it now for two weeks the UVs ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 28 cm. over the canopy and runs at 520W. 1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. That's it for week 4-

day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D

Trying to tuck these huge fan leaves to expose the branches to get som growth the leaves were too big and blocking all the sites but man these plants are exploding on these self watering bases from ac infinity ️

Sorry playing catch up again but everything's rolling along smoothly so far. Slowly adjusting pk forward and watching for negative side effects and deficiencies. The girls are starting to smell delicious .. ecsuse me miss ur terps are showin' XD Microbes are real my friends lol

2/1: Woke up to some white splotches on Amnesia 3, which I thought were drops of humidity-water which contains a lot of white junk (ultrasonic humidifiers), but after slowing down and watching the overnight timelapse footage, I think it may be powdery mold. I was able to wipe it off with a soft, damp toothbrush earlier, but now I'm probably going to need to snag some neem oil. There are also some lightening of spots on Trainwreck, however no white splotches yet. I'm really hoping this isn't caused by powdery mold on one plant causing leaf septoria in another. Either way, neem oil should clear this up while still early in the grow stages. Lights are at 60% and are about 15-16 inches above the tops of the plants. I've purchased some General Organics Calmag solution and some neem oil spray. I applied the neem oil to any white spots on Amnesia 3 with a Q-tip. I coated one of the two discolored leaves on Trainwreck with neem oil lightly spread with a Q-tip, as to not allow bubbles to form and cause a magnifying glass effect from the lights onto the leaves. I mixed up a gallon of water with a tsp of calmag, and then heavily pH-upped it to about 6. I carefully watered about a cup of water around Trainwrecks stem. If the neem oil works, one leaf will be fixed; if the calmag works, both leaves should be fixed...at least that's the goal. 2/2: So the concensus of others on the lower leaves of Trainwreck are light burn from water on the leaves, though I'm not too sure. The outside edge of one leaf is starting to brown, which makes me wonder if it laying on the soil could be causing a nutrient burn. I've decided to throw a few toothpicks under those two leaves to help keep them off the soil, in hopes that the browning won't continue to grow. The neem oil that I dabbed onto Amnesia 3 has lightened a few spots, but overall she looks good. 2/3: Looking good. Raised the light on Trainwreck by an inch or so, to hopefully get a little stretch. 2/4: So far so good, growing fast! I used a little bit of calmag water on trainwreck to see if I could resolve the yellowing, otherwise they have not been watered yet since transplant. Probably will water here soon within the next couple of days.
