This week the nice flowering continues. I bought a new light in China, Samsung LM301H 240W so I added it into my grow tent. The weak plant is probably destroyed and the yield will be very small.

La semana empieza con una pequeña poda de hojas para airear un poco y regando solo con agua hasta la cosecha. Esta semana seria para limpiar un poco el sustrato de nutrientes , sin más. Una limpieza en dos o tres riegos.

Our Zamnesia Test #3 has reached the small 16 branches that will one day be buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they will go into flowering. It's a plant with a low internodal distance, they are not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but just let them grow a little and not go into flowering immediately to still get an excellent result. As a general but very general rule, plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance that are very easy to manage, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent sizes even if worked with techniques that keep them short. The topping worked very very well the plant at the time of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilization for growth but without making it go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were quite evident. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a slow-release fertilized soil or even start preparing the soil for a period that is at least sufficient for the vegetative phase at most adding a little alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. We are always using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic, we have only lowered the amount of grow in this topping phase for the reasons mentioned above. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer sheet based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy.. -------- Strain Coming Soon! Thanks Short Stuff Super Cali Haze will be a nice one, I hear she gets big . This strain is the holy grail of auto flowering growers, a true and pure auto-Sativa and one which has been described as a SUPER AUTO by its breeder stitch. Stitch has been working for many years on refining an autoflowering haze strain but as many other breeders know this a very difficult and some say an impossible task. Stitch finally managed to do this when he created his ‘Nirvana sky’ strain and this has been used as the basis of super cali-haze. First a ruderalis was crossed with haze special and bred until it was 100% autoflowering. This was then crossed back with a resinuous colombian mother from Cali state and the super auto was then stabilised. Super cali haze is our first SUPER AUTO and she is a big tall strain which can grow over 2 metres outdoors and produce upwards of 4 ounces. This is perfect for someone wanting to fit 2 harvests into one summer season and still be cropping out before everyone using traditional photo-period strains. Super cali haze also works perfectly indoors although some training and tying down may be required to help control her unbelievable growth. Unlike most autoflowering strains which are indica dominant Super cali-haze is a pure Sativa strain so will give you that soaring cerebral hit you expect from a good old fashioned haze. The aroma of the plant is not too potent but when you take your first hit you will truly experience its wonderful earthy and spicy flavour. The high comes on fast and is uplifting, energetic and incredibly potent keeping you on another level for a good few hours. When you come down its without a big bump and super cali haze will not leave you feeling groggy and lethargic. This really is a very different auto and one which you will surely want in your collection. The super auto is here and its here to stay, this is going be Big!!!

OCTOBER 11th to OCTOBER 17th Sunrise: 08:20| Sunset: 19:03 | Total Daylight: 10:43 This was another pretty good week for weather, however the last couple of days have been cloudy with rain, causing some spikes in greenhouse humidity. Temperatures for the most part have been good, with one overnight low in the greenhouse of 13C. Both Lemon Orange specimens are doing well, with Lemon Orange #1 nearing full ripeness for harvest, and Lemon Orange #2 slightly behind. Greenhouse is emitting very strong smells now, mostly a sweet skunk scent. Weather forecast appears as though it will be adequate and manageable temperature wise for the next week. DAY 155 Greenhouse 13C in the morning, with outdoor temperatures down around 3C (frost evident on rooftops in area). 500mL drip of plain rainwater to all specimens. DAY156 1L hand water BTI treated rainwater (no additives); Lemon Orange #1 showing some signs of purpling. Lemon Orange #2 fading nicely; Greenhouse held to 18C overnight, humidity a little high (51%) but dropped as sun rose; Overcast day; DAY 157 Beautiful sunny day, with warm temps; Greenhouse was 18C in the morning. DAY 158 -1C in the morning outside, 13C in the greenhouse, which is fine. Nice sunny day, drip watered 500mL of plain rainwater (cold) at 12:00 to Lemon Orange #2. DAY 159 Overnight low outside 5C, 17.5C in greenhouse, which is ideal. Humidity in check, at 41%. Cloudy, overcast day, with greenhouse heater working to maintain day-time temps of 21C (no solar energy to drive heating). DAY 160 Greenhouse 14C in the morning, 3C outside. Humidity at 41%; Clear morning, with some sun, turning cloudy with light rain in the afternoon, resulting in a humidity spike in greenhouse to 50%. DAY 161 Lots of rain overnight, causing spike in greenhouse humidity to over 60%; Will require monitoring; Temps in the morning 18C in the greenhouse, mild outdoors.

Not going to say I expected more as I did but I can also say wow they’re doing amazing and forming big ole buds! And the aromas are crazy coming from all of them! And I have NEWSSSSSS… so mystery revealed! On 2 big ones solo still forming! But bottom left is FASTBUDS purple punch and top left is FASTBUDS forbidden runtz and I’m so glad of it as I wanted them to be the fastbuds to get another finish or a better one on these and it seems I may not with the forbidden runtz but I will with the purple punch! My next run I will hold back as best as I can to do nothing but open them up and not defoliate or trim one set and visa versa on the others back to back to see the difference alongside each other! Be great too as I have more fastbuds to run and new Zamnesia to do on this so will be equal in timing! Plus I get to do some solos so will be a great grow!

Week 6 – Day 44 Flower Day 14 🔄 Looking back: This week I did lollipopping and defoliation on Mimosa Evo and White Widow ✂️ Both plants took it well – no signs of stress or herms so far. Everything is stable and looking good ✅ 💧 I also started mixing osmosis water with tap water at a 10:1 ratio. That gives me a stable pH and a starting EC of 0.08, which is great for preparing nutrients. 💡 Lighting & DLI Mimosa Evo is under the Kingbrite P55 320W, and I’ve now increased the light intensity. 📈 DLI is up to 78 (24h), which equals about 39 DLI under a 12/12 cycle. She’s handling it well so far – no signs of light stress, and the stretch continues strong 🌿 🌿 Plant status – Mimosa Evo 📏 Height: 77 cm (+27 cm this week) 💧 Drain pH: 5.9, EC: 1.7 ⚗️ Feeding at 75% of the nutrient schedule ✅ She looks vigorous and healthy, stretching strongly into early flower. No deficiencies, no complaints!

03/01 Wow, I’m honestly blown away by how this grow is progressing! In the last 24 hours alone, they’ve guzzled an incredible 45 liters of water. 😲 I mean, seriously, that’s insane! The stretch is probably just about wrapping up, so I’m keeping busy tying them down for now. Once the stretch is over, I’ll be going in for some selective pruning—there are just so many new shoots popping up. I’ve got to say, I’ve never seen growth like this before. It’s exhausting, though, and I’ve already run out of zip ties again! 😂 So, tomorrow’s mission: stock up on more. I’ve noticed a few slightly discolored leaf tips here and there, but it’s really minimal. That’s exactly what I’m aiming for—pushing them right to the edge without overfeeding. 🎯 Also, I just realized it’s been over a week since I added any CO2. Maybe that’s why I’m seeing these tiny signs? 🤔 Something to experiment with moving forward. Honestly, I’m so curious to see where this grow takes me—there’s so much potential in these plants! Stay tuned, folks. 🌿💪 06/01: Last night, I started defoliating, and I really went at it with a ruthless approach. I didn’t worry about branches snapping while scrogging—my philosophy is simple: the strongest will survive, and the weakest will wither away. Survival of the fittest in action! I also noticed that one plant seems to be either too wet or too dry. I’ll need to keep an eye on this one because there’s quite a bit of dying foliage at the bottom. My gut tells me it’s slightly overwatered, although that shouldn’t really be an issue with coco. Still, better safe than sorry! 🌱💪

Hey! Welcome to week 8! Karen is mid way through her flowering stretch. Please check back to last week as I update daily so the week is now complete. I count about 20 colas now. Day 51: Have reconfigured the tent, see video. Karen is now 36cm and still stretching. Karen has more light now. Smell is still there hits you when you open the tent. Fertigated 2l. Day 52: Height: 39cm. Karen's scent is heavenly. I have reconfigured again and installed some upgrades. Better reflector. Much bigger carbon filter. Increased airflow. Better config. More efficient pot layout. Karen is lovely. I am grateful to her and for her, so I wrote her a little poem, I hope she liked it. "Karen! Oh Karen! The phoenix of flowers, Three lowly weeks she struggled in vain, Shadowed and starved for five hundred hours, He slowly wept to witness her pain. Karen! Oh Karen! I P-H'd your showers, and in the fourth week you started to gain, Hallowed and hard you survived as you cowered, I thought you meek, I was wrong once again. Karen! Oh Karen! Forgave me my howlers. She set a pace, a pace she maintained, Now shes a girl at the peak of her powers, And so I'm a geek, with buds on the brain." Day 53: Approx 48h into a simulated dry spell. Alright I think it is time for Karen to get her first MAJOR defoliation. I will update shortly with photos and info. I will also be doing some gentle LST to separate the colas a bit. Day 53.5: Defoliation and LST. Finally got chance to photograph that bunda. Enjoy! Day 53.75: Bit of a fail. Messed up the timer and the lights ended up being off for about 3 or 4 hours. Because I was cooling the room (open window) to keep temperature in the tent down, without any light the temperatures absolutely plummeted as it is sub-zero outside. By the time I realised and turned the lights on, the temp in the main tent had dropped to 14 degrees celsius. Whoops! How is that for mistreating your girl? Defoliated about 80% of her leaves, 4 nodes, significant LST, then stuck her in the cold and dark for 1/6 of a day. Not to mention she is now almost 3 days into a "dry spell". There do not seem to be ill effects, and Karen has already begun to respond to the LST; all the colas that had been changed in angle are now upright again. The dry spell I keep mentioning, there is a method behind my madness, I have spotted one or two small flies and I think they may be fungus gnats. I am starting to suspect that the 2nd seedling in the Purple OG Punch Auto grow was actually beheaded by fungus gnat larvae. So I am drying out the mediums as much as I dare. I am closely monitoring the plants, so far the only one I have had to break the drought for is Enigma; all the girls in big pots haven't even noticed it's dry yet. How far am I going to push it? Well I will judge it on a plant by plant basis, but quite honestly I am hoping to see physical signs of thirst before I breakdrought. Of all the plants the two I think will respond most strongly to this will be Karen and Bertha, because of where they are. Karen here is actually probably 4 weeks into flowering rather than two, so about now is a good time to give her a little hydration stress. I do not think I will push it past 5 days, as RH is 34%. By now all the plants will be compensating for the lack of moisture and the high temperatures and low humidity. They will be taking more and more moisture out of the coco, and as the coco dries further and further down, those plants that have space will start desperately growing roots to find moisture. Mark my words, 24 hours after I end this drought, every plant in the tent will throw out crazy growth. Day 54: Ended drought and fertigated 6l, no run off, I will re-fertigate tomorrow. Karen is still stretching her height post LST is now 37cm. The two tallest colas seem to have stopped but the other colas are still stretching. Day 55: Alright so it has been 5 hours since lights on, and Karen is looking in good shape, all her drooping leaves have perked back up and she has added quite a bit of foliar growth. The colas are all still rising, except perhaps the two tallest. This girl is absolutely loaded with pistils, I'm starting to see trichomes on the sugar leaves, but trich production hasn't started in earnest yet. She has a least 20 colas, and 6 of them are thicker/taller than the primary cola at her tip. Every one of her nodes has reinforced itself with a bulbous growth and these cola branches are swelling rapidly. I am increasingly of the opinion that, all being well, this girl is going to surprise us all with her yield. My first grow, which was just mucking about really, I got 60-70g of the two main plants, and they were just bare sticks with 2 colas. Although her height is less than theirs was, 2/3 of their height was bare stick... whereas every mm of her is befoliaged and living. So in terms of the height of the actual cola I think they were about comparable in usable space on a per cola basis. The main difference being that Karen has 20+ colas whereas they had 2 primary and 2 lower. I know that it is probably unrealistic to expect more than 70g from a single auto grown indoors. Nevertheless my gut tells me this baby could achieve at least 100g, perhaps as much as 150g. The next few weeks will determine that, but given where we were in week 3 I will be grateful for any yield of quality bud. I have dropped the lights down to 18/6 from 'tonight' onwards. I really have no idea how long we have left for Karen. According the the "brochure" she flowers for 7-8 weeks, with a total crop time of 9 weeks. The problem is I don't know what a total crop time is? Does that mean from seed to finish? If so Karen is clearly not going to be anywhere near that timescale.I am going to go ahead an assume that, for my plant anyway, the first 4 weeks were veg weeks. I think it is fair to count week 5 and 6 as flowering because pistils were popping out very early in week 5 if not before. So that makes this week four of flowering. I am going to assume 8 weeks rather than 7, so I think we have another 4 full weeks give or take a week. On that basis I am expect harvest week to be around week 12 or so. I am not fixed on this though, I am determined not to harvest this girl early. Day 55: Photos taken 00:00 9/3/23 Strong 24h of veg growth as predicted. Day 56: Existing leaves continue to swell. Stretch appears to be slowing. I've taken so many media this week that I cannot scroll down far enough to select a recent thumbnail. Probably Karen's biggest week in terms of changes. She is looking like she is going to impress. Height 39cm.

Day 107 - Day late and a dollar short on my Update! :P Haven't added any new nutes...just topping up with water on the current base and then will flush around Thursday. The Cookies Kush all look done...pistils been brown and shrunk for days now. The Purple punch still showing a lot of white pistils though and its the oldest of the 4 plants and should be done the quickest (Per Barneys Flower Time Expectations). Am well over the 8 weeks now and will play the flush by ear, like I say, expecting Thursday for a 4 day flush in Hydro but may stretch the current nutes out the end week to see if the Punch Browns (It is fox-tailing slightly...but this can be expected with Purple strains). Apart from that, nothing else to do but wait til harvest! :) Also, have to note...can't say I have sen an increase in frosting using the 10K bulb from where they were before I introduced it a week ago but could be something that's been that gradual, its really been unnoticeable! What I have noticed with it is Cola Leaves starting to Pray, so they're getting some light intensity without bleaching or burning so it has done something...if its beneficial, I can't really say!
