The first week of Flower is just about in the books. A big week from the girls perspective, but relatively quiet from this growers point of view. On Sun., 5/16 The lights went out @ 8pm to kick off the first week of Flower. On Monday evening around 7pm they got 1 gallon each of the new nutrient mix Bloom A & B and I decided to raise the light up to 36". I wanted to give the ladies a reason to grow again...(I think they came thru.) No water or nutes on Tues. Wed., 5/19 they got another gallon each of nutes, but run-off was more than I expected, so I knew they were getting skipped Thurs. On Fri., 5/21 I lifted the pots again before watering to make a final decision and I was surprised that they were still kind of heavy. Well yes and no. It rained a lot this week and humidity was a b!tch to maintain. I had to buy a new dehumidifier to try and even things out because the small one that I can fit inside my tent just wasn't cutting it, even with the portable air conditioner. There were 3 days were I wasn't able to get the humidity lower that 80% before I was able to get the dehumidifier. I think they girls were stressed and didn't drink as much as they would have...anyway on Fri., 5/21 I gave them 1/3 gallon each of water, no nutes. I figured they'd drink that up and they'd be ready for big water today (Sat., 6/22) but they still felt like there was some weight in there towards the bottom 1/3, so nothing more till tomorrow. I pushed the stakes down a little bit for some LST but that's it. Again, I think it was the humidity this week that kept them from drinking. Today was really the first day all week it hasn't rained at least a little. I have the dehumidifier and the portable A/C off at the moment (after 9pm) and it's about 75 F. and 48% Hum. in the tent. Sad to say, no little balls that I can notice growing yet...but the girls did get a little growth spurt. Comparing the pics/measurements from last week to today, well, here are the numbers. I think I'm being realistically conservative. You can look at the pics and decide for yourself if where I'm measuring to is the right place. Triple Cheese last week: 15.5' this week: 18.5" White Widow last week: 14" this week: 16.5" Critical Kush last week: 16" this week: 20.5" So it looks like the ladies on the ends have taken over the Widow in the middle by a significant margin now. I think that covers everything this week. More to come next week.

Week 11 started, I was hoping for a harvest soon, but looking at buds and comparing to other growers, seems like plants arent quite ready yet. Will harvest at end of week I think. So week 11 has ended, I got myself a better microscope mid-week, looking through microscope and comparing whats written on the internets it looks like it still isnt quite ready. Perhaps I'll go for an early harvest, what could go wrong? Will wait few days to decide if want to harvest at next week start or wait much longer. First grow, zero experience. :D

Kosher Haze is what it says, kush and haze, very resinous buds. More leafy and less dense buds but long colas full of frost. Effect is powerful, euphoric, longlasting. Amazing taste of sweet berry.

Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Nah, just some weird bumps on a couple leaves and from what I can tell it's a copper and or zinc thing so I'm gonna get some Proactive, lol. So the mothers have definitely stretched, lol. This is looking like the final week on the mango, they are 2 weeks into flush now and the colours are so vibrant! I am off on holiday in September and need ten days to dries these before hand, so I maybe forced to crop next week Friday. We will see how it goes. I have been checking the plants all over for milky and amber trichomes. So far I can say the mango has about 80% milky 15% clear and 5% amber..... she's not far off 🤤. The amnesia has about 75% milky 24% clear and 1% amber. These do vary between top and bottom of plants of course. But take them as an average. The amnesia is sooooo fat! And I am in love with tho colours of the mango. Will keep you all updated and add some proper photos of the final plants on harvest (without L.E.D light), that will all be next week. See you then!

The nutes above were mixed with 16.9 fl oz of tap water every other day after no nutes or water on monday of week 9. fan leaves were trimmed on day 3 of week 10 1hr before lights out

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. So it's the day 9 of flower start of week 2 and she is really starting to stretch!!! I'm trying to only feed her a couple litres at a time to reduce the amount of humidity in there and to make sure she dries out a bit more regularly...so far it's staying around 45% which is pretty damn good 😁👊 So day 13 of flower 31/08/21 and she is FLYING! even after the heavy defoliation!! I've still got about 9 days of upward growth to go she's staying quite squat though perhaps because she's 60% indica or maybe I should have vegged a week or 2 longer.. first grow live and learn lol Last feed she had was Monday 29/08 and she drank 4L of full dose nutes and so far so good no burn 😁🔥stays at 2ml per litre of bloom feed for another week and I also picked up some "Rezin" to stimulate trichome production that will be going in next time More pictures to follow next week!
