This past week has been a blast! After getting these ladies nutrition straightened out, they are thriving!💚🌱💚 I gave defoliated wayyy more than what I see other growers traditionally doing. After the "3rd and final haircut" I defoliated two more times 😅 Thank you the GD community for the support and resources along the way 🙏 My only concern now is the tent actually becoming too crowded.😆. I (pre-moistened) worked in 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water, with my fingers into this high-porosity soilless growing medium. This variant is very dry, and seems to reject water, until moistened(3cu ft compressed, Agro a5-hp from local nursery). Even after the 2.5 gallons of water was worked in (with no runoff), there was still a dry patch at the bottom of the pot.. I figured it would start to absorb from the wet medium on top, over time. It is now Day 10, and the moistened medium never needed to be watered since day 1. The medium is almost dry enough to be watered (see final picture). Maybe one or two more days. I will poke/scratch the soil daily, to ensure that I wait long enough, to not over-water.

Despite being a dwarf, despite all the shortcomings and damage it has suffered, I cannot complain about the buds it has produced. I am satisfied with my little bonsai. ❤️

Roots looking good, plant looking good but look close and you can see a nute deficiency coming. most likely because my lazy ass did not change the water yet so i got some pH problems. but i wasn't paying attention to this yet haha

Week 7 begins. Removed some dead leaves and big leaves that were blocking light to the lower parts of the plant. Buds getting bigger and frosty! Very happy with the plants development up to this point.

Day 42 Sept 9th - Keeping tent way cleaner from now on, still have more to do. These ladies are getting very bushy. I can and need to defoliate them again this week ASAP. I am impressed with how they turned out so far, but allowing more light penetration during the 3rd week of flower is going to hopefully get me thicccc colas up and down the branches. Day 43 - defoliated and lollipopped :) Day 45 sept 13th - Switched light schedule back to a 20/4. 10 AM off, 2 PM on. Dehumidifier working flawlessly, cool temps all week as fall rolls around. Plants are doing very well as I prepare them for mid flower :) Day 47 sept 15th - Pistils are poppin like crazy, looks like these gals responded very very well to the defoliation. I'm considering taking cuttings but I only have one grow tent and I'm not sure I can keep the cuttings until my tent is ready to accommodate them. 🤔 I'm doing a little defoliation this week and I'll continue for the weeks to come. All round great strain to grow , responds well to lolly popping technique , produced around 8/9 good main colas ,, covered in resinous terps with a strong earthy smell … I cannot wait to try this one she’s a beautifull looking plant DRSHOTZUK🍀🍀💚💚

Training as hard as I can

Day 63 flowering (77 since flip). The bud trimming suggested by Silky Smooth has worked a treat this week (Thank you Silky ) The buds are looking a little fatter than they would have been without a doubt. I am still considering making Hash from her to avoud a nightmare trim jail sentence from her but will see once she is out of the Dark period. She smells great up close and is sticky with resin too. The tips i smoked hit me harder than i realised they would too.lol roll on harvest time
