I'm going to give her the chop sometime this week. Giving her one final watering today, then I'm going to let her dry out til harvest. She smells fucking awesome, super aromatic. It's quite obnoxious not being able to find anything on this strain. But I'll try and describe what she's like. For one, I'd say that once you've got an established plant, it's very painless to grow. I didn't measure waterings or nute feedings. Treated her like a tomato plant basically. The smell is incredible, super fruity with just a hint of skunk... and given the character this strain is named after(💩), let's just say that's a very pleasant surprise 😮 We're in the final stretch of her growth here. I'm not expecting too much yield wise by this point. I want an OZ, so I'm hoping this extra week will get her to chunk up just a bit more. Cheers fellow growers, I would recommend other Ethos strains before this one. But if you're accustomed to their Genetics, this is definitely worth copping for the experience. Really excited to see how she smokes! 🤑😎 Update 10/28/21: Something made me decide to give her a flush and maybe a week or two of extra time. I think she'll start doing the purple fade thingy, as I see purple on some of the tips of calyxes and sugar leaves. I hope for one crop like this every year.. Flushed her yesterday and took the updated pictures(the ones in the dark) today. Looks like she REALLY put on some weight between yesterday and today. I mean I had to stake her up, that's how chunky she's getting. The stems and branches look like they're on the brink of snapping 😳 Looking back, I don't think I've had a plant get this chunky by this point in flower. Makes me super excited I have more beans of this stuff. I may end up leaving a lower branch to chuck her into the veg tent post-harvest, I'm seriously that in love with this strain.

Alaskan Purple auto Is doing pretty good. She is growing great under the Medic Grow mini sun 2. She got some lst, and roots pruned today. Everything is looking good at the moment. The three girls are almost switching into flower, so this week i'll start with a low dosed flowering mix in terms of nutes Differences between the three are huge, there is no doubt that the three different environments we've put them in are definetely putting their mark on the growth and overall character of the plants. the signs of light deficiency on plant number 3 are showing clearly: its brittle and very wide spread, you can tell its looking for more light. Number #2 gets the most light and is hardly stretching at all. it seems like a crop of lettuce. Number #1 gets plenty light, not showing any signs of slowing down however i'm noticing that this one consumes less water (probably has to do with temp/RH levels being different due to the different lamp) than number #2. Probably should give #2 some more straight water because its consuming so much water and i do not want to overfeed it. I think #1 is doing fine and can do with a little less water, but with nutrients. #3 is hardly using any water it seems like, i'm thinking of moving it next to a radiator so it should be able to get a quicker absorbtion and vaporisation of water in its system, hopefully charging it with some more power. Just did some LST on day 29 as well, including removal of 2 leafs of both #1 and #2. Not sure if it should be considered defoliation though.. Don't think so ;) ------------ end of week 5: i've flushed plants #1 and #2 as seen on a video on youtube. the idea behind this is to flush out any leftover grow nutes and start with a clean slate when the girls transition into flower. as an added benefit i've discovered that it is much easier to maintain a beneficial VPD value when the earth is completely soaked once a week instead of watering it with smalller portions more often. The earth contains a lot more water and evaporates it into the climate, easily reaching a 60% RH without a humidifier in these fridges. I've even lowered the lamps to get the temps up, because the VPD was reaching values below 0.90.

D08 - 02/10 - 4 girls of 5 are very close to the ScrOG net. I think I'm going to tied'em up tomorrow. I decided to wait to cut off the lower branches of the other girls because I need more time and I don't want a quick grow. D09 - 03/10 - Still waiting D10 - 04/10 - They are arrived. Made first LST to keep'em down... D11 - 05/10 - continuing LST. Very strong girls ! D12 - 06/10 - I'm impressed how the mother plant is strong. So are the clones, just incredible. D13 - 07/10 - Made a big defolation and topped the main branches. All the girls must remain down, else I'm going to have big issues ! D14 - 08/10 - Continuing LST under the SCROG. I cutted the secondary branch trying to do a main lining.The girls are very hard to manage, I think I'm go to double the scrog waiting to move them in the other room.

welcome to Day 37 as you can see from the photos the plants are doing very well 0 deficiencies have been found however the plants strain appears to be very slow and what I mean by that is it grows very slowly at least it seems to be in the early stages of course it's probably even slower because I have topped it. Starting off week 9 now. Pistols starting to change to amber. Buds still fattening up. Did notice some other plants starting to have a bit of a calcium deficiency as well as the center plant that's been acting up a bit. Added 1 tablespoon of gypsum to 4 out of the 5 plants. Continuing to use just rain water for now. Hopefully in a few more weeks it will be harvest time.

4 of the ladies are 13 days old and 1 is 7 days old and had a rough start when she sprouted. Last grow i got a bit too comfortable and fed way too much which i believe caused the lockours since my runoff was good. Its my 4th grow and ill be doing "water,water,feed" till flower, maybe "water,feed,water" if everything goes great. I really want to avoid future lockouts. What is your technique. Id love to hear from you guys how you avoid lockouts. Happy New Year!!

Ok so this week has been awesome! These girls are so much fun to watch! They seem to be doing very well! We have stronger lights now, We are using a 1000 watt, Plus a 2000 watt Spider light LED. Our room is 2x5. We raised them up today to 24inches away hoping to gain some height. Plant #1 we topped at 11 days and did some LST and girl #2 we just let it be. We have removed leaves from both plants. I am super excited to see how it goes 💨 💨 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤩🤩

I think I am worrying myself more than I need too. The calicum defficiency has took over around a half of the fan leaves on 1 of the plants. I don't have much hope in a great yield from this one but fingers crossed my other 2 were caught in time. Have folder fed with a slightly more concentrated spray of cal mag and ph'd water. Whilst keeping a feed, plain ,feed schedule Unfortunately I don't currently have access to a ppm reader so can't say for sure exactly what the problem is but It seems the defficiency has slowed/stopped. Will continue to monitor.

11/10/2021 Catching up on some back burner projects Blue Matter F2 being upgraded to #1) dropped a few seeds into some RO water over night. Following night into paper towel in zip lock bag. Next day seeds cracked, put in jiffy pellets to finish germination under humidity dome. Will post pics when popping through soil. Searching for a special couple male and female's for open Pollination (Keeping clone of each just incase I get a keeper). Here and there we sell untested varieties for a real cool deal, there’s really not a ton of risk here, but every once in awhile shit can go south. Now here is a really trippy blend here amigos, and let me tell you why. When I brought up my BR1947 plants from seed, I got one of the small females, that is just resin soaked and much more potent than any other BR1947 phenotype, in my experience. This pheno of the BR1947 also has the strongest medical properties regarding her abilities to calm down nerve damage type spasms. But she doesn’t get very big, short and stocky with average yields and serious Blueberry flavors and smells. The father is the Dark Matter, which is my Rusty Haze male x my Cherry Thunderfuck. This plant (Dark Matter) gets large and often imparts a Grape Crush type influence into fruity/berry flavored varieties it breeds with. So while this cross is essentially the same parental varieties as the KOS Dark Rhino, this one was made with a very special female and sure to deliver a unique connoisseur treat. These will likely go 9 or 10 weeks, yields should be alright, smells and flavors should be off the hook, medical properties should be at full power, and she will fairly likely stay on the shorter more stacked side regarding morphology. So check out this special girl if you think she may be what the doctor ordered! 11/11/2021 #1 is above ground! Going to measure ppfd tomorrow to figure out where to put them so I don't burn leaves or stress without enough light. 11/12/2021 Three more popped up today at four and counting. 11/13/2021 3 more sprouts today total of, 7 of 11 seeds so far good. Germ rate considering how I stored them. In a warm dresser drawer since 2017? 11/14/2021 Seven of 11 so far. Up potted our #1 sprout to her home for the next 30 or so. Also up pot others as needed over the next week. Veg should be start soon. 11/16/2021 6 days and 7 out of 11 sprouting. So I'll pot up the 7 sisters ( fingers crossed) and ad others if they sprout. 11/18/2021 8 out of 11 germinated potted up 5 got 3 more to transplant. Should be ready to start veg soon got single fingered leaves but waiting on first set of 3 leaves to begin veg. 72.2 germ rate on improperly stored seed. Decent.
