~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/23- Week three from seed and the second week of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's doing surprisingly well considering the crappy weather, and being eaten like a salad by slugs and a rabbit! 5/25- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around her seems to have lessened the attacks on her leaves. I've also been spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap that I'm sure has helped as well. I watered the Papaya Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches a bit as well. 5/27- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet continues to do exceptionally well with great color and vigor, putting out new growth it seems daily. 5/29- There's three weeks on the books for this little lady and I'm looking forward to see what she'll look like in the coming weeks! I will have to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days. I haven't added any dry amendments to her since I initially amended her soil and she's a hungry girl... Z-up #1 scheint immer noch von der budentwicklung bisschen hinterher zu sein. Denke sie wird nicht die selbe Struktur aufbauen können wie ihre Schwester, aber wirkt generell sehr gesund und wird auch einiges abwerfen, auch wenn es vielleicht keine harten blüten werden. Z-up #2 hat eine schöne Blütenstruktur, riecht auch fantastisch. Leider ein bisschen calmag mangel, aber lässt sich jetzt auch nicht mehr ändern.

Update: Harvest complete. 2#8oz. She did foxtail on me, but I guess that's what happens when you let her grow and grow 😆. She's a huge unruly Medusa.. I expected nothing less!! Lol 😂😂00

Os enseño la primera semana de esta farm cheese de genofarm, una semilla con más de 3 años de conservación, tuvo un germinado en 48 horas sin problemas aparentes. La introducimos a 0,5 cms en medio del sustrato, una maceta pequeña unas semanas mientras Coje fuerza. This past week was lovely with her growth...I decided to set her in flower mode from today i.e no more extra hours of solar light from this week. Looking for her to flower from next week with all the darkness.

Aug 24: starting the fifth week of flowering. This plant was started late so it didn’t get as much veg time, but it is flowering nicely and is doing quite well. Updated diary to list this as Overdose Fast which seems more likely than Auto Overdose. Likely just mis-packaged, and also based upon other growers comments about their autos not autoflowering. Aug 26: she’s doing well and buds are forming. Watered with potassium silicate this evening.

So this is the start of the fourth week with me. I find this very engulfing. I like spending an hour with them a day and move the little ones out of the bigger fan leaves shadow by tucking the larger ones away giving the little ones a chance to get more light and flourish. I’m noticing more the strain my one girl went through compared to the others, her leaves being smaller than the other girls. I’ve tried to give them the best environment I can and realize I still play a huge role in their life. This is my first grow and I love it. I hope they grow up well and flourish. They were fed last week and had a bit of nutrient burn so this week I gave them just water. I’m not sure how much longer I should veg but I hear in the scrog game the longer you veg the better. Hoping for the best for everyone on GrowDiaries and their grows!

Things are moving right along, been doing some LST on bottom nodes along with slight leaf tucking. Less stress is best with autos they say. After reading other diaries, I am assuming this next week she’s gonna start flowering. Might raise feed to 70% of what fox farm recommends, she’s been loving it so far! Have a diy co2 generator with yeast and sugar not sure ppm it’s producing but pumping it up.
